Munro arrived on time as arranged…he spent a few hours with us both and explained everything in detail he made sure we understood everything from the types of air source heating through to costings grants and loans you can apply for and a step to step guide for the whole process everything was very clear and not rushed he was very friendly and informative…the only thing was he didn’t take any dog treats 😂

We have had a great experience dealing with Greener Energy. Changing the heating system is something we have put off for many many years. I can say now that we are finally excited about an upgrade and look forward to the installation. Our sales chap Douglas was really very informative and helpful.

Solar panels - Joe was very knowledgeable about the product and the way he presented the options available was very professional which helped us to understand the process fully. The fact that he has many years of first hand experience in the industry and not just a salesman, made it easy for us to confidently make our decision to go ahead with getting solar panels. He is a credit to your company.

Greener Energy Group were very good in introducing the product and explaining pros & cons. I am happy with their installation and the products they provided. Although they were some issues during and after installation, they dealt with them until I am satisfied.

Joe was fantastic! Explained everything in great detail, even answered every weird wonderful question I had regarding air source heat systems, radiators, the lot. Can't fault his ability to give comfort in a relatively new to the market heat system. As well as giving Insight on options available, he was considerate in the aesthetics of the property and explained ways in which we could keep those whilst adopting any upgrades or change. Highly recommend!

We met Stewart Campbell tonight who was brilliant running through all the details with us. We don’t sign up but he left us all the information so we could go over it all ourselves prior to making a decision. No pressure sales here. 👍

We just had a air source heat pump system fitted. We applied for the grant and loan as advised by the company. No one made it clear that we would have to pay the final bill before funds would be realised. The whole process of applying for the loan was long winded, complicated and exasperating. Once the go ahead was given the company had everything moving quickly. The boys who fitted the stuff were great. Highly recommended. However the after sales has been a let down. We weren't made aware that the fuse box at front door needed replacing until we were contacted by the company coming to replace it. We are also still waiting on the side pannel of out kitchen radiator to be fitted and replaced as it was damaged and taken away and we have still heard nothing regarding it. Despite having emailed a couple of times

Clear and informative initial meeting with James. Lots of questions answered and information shared. Talked us through the process at a good pace. No pressure made to commit to anything.

The whole experience of buying from this company went very smoothly. The sales gave enough information without being too pushy and once we had all the facts left us to make up our minds without any pressure. He followed up a few days later to see if we had decided. Once the order was done a phone call from the installation team was completed. A day of our choice was given and information about payment etc given. In the day we were given the scaffolding was erected. On the installation day the roofers arrived. Completed their part and left. The electricians were efficient, did their part and left with little disruption. They did an excellent job and ensured that I was set to go! An excellent company. All documents were emailed over 2 days after completion.

Able to work around my schedule. From enquiring about Solar Panels to install was about 1 week. Other suppliers are about 6-12 months lead time . Fantastic all round
