Today I had a service engineer out from Greener Energy. He came because I had reported blue drips at some radiators. However after fixing these he very helpfully talked me through the entire system. Thank you Martin Lobjoie for going above and beyond. Once again I have nothing but praise for this company.

Had a long winded three hour pitch from the salesperson. The price despite subsidies was far greater than we were expecting. Never heard back from them when we asked for the estimate to be itemised.

Just had the first service done by Martin Lobjoie. I was a bit cautious at first because I had some small problems with the heat pump but Martin easily resolved these and was excellent at explaining how best to use the controls and how things worked. I was very happy with that.

The Greener Energy engineer visited to carry out the second annual check up of our Vaillant Arotherm Air Source Heat Pump that they had installed in August 2022. He serviced the complete Heat Pump system and systematically conducted a check list of 20 specific items. The service was thorough, the engineer ensured we understood the checklist items and was obligingly addressed any queries we had. Similarly, the Greener Energy engineers who installed the system in 2022 had ensured we knew how to operate the system and provided their contact details if we had any heat pump operation queries requiring immediate clarification subsequent to the installation. Overall we have been extremely satisfied the ease of contact with Greener Energy

Just had my annual service done and as usual was extremely pleased with everything, from how pleasant they were on the phone when making the appointment and even though they are all over the central belt with appointments, my guy was still so cheery & helpful when he came to do my service and came at 9am which was even better as my appointment was morning one. Definitely 10/10

No fuss. Easy process, very quick. Solar panels and battery installed in less than 6 hours. Engineers and electricians very respectful of house, no mess left behind, permission sought for even the slightest modification to home, all wires sent through walls so completely invisible.

I have recently had a battery fitted to go with my solar panel system, the battery was fitted by two greener energy electricians,both the workers done an excellent job fitting this heavy duty battery,they also made my fuse box easily accessible for the electricians that are coming to fit my heat pump. These guys were respectful and done an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. They also got my solid app up and running for me and showed what happens from the inverter around the battery,solar panels & grid. They even phoned me the next day to see if everything was okay. Couldn’t thank them enough.

From first contact and the appointment with the Energy surveyor / sales man communication was excellent. I found him easy to deal with and non pushy. I couple of follow up emails and phone calls were no trouble at all for him. The office were very helpful and polite nothing seemed to much trouble. Helping not only with dates installation but also help and advice on applying for the grants available The installation went really smoothly with polite knowledgeable helpful and extremely clean workers. One electrician even came back an hour after leaving as he wasn't happy with some communication with the Growatt system. The system that was installed 4.4kw solar with a 3,6 kw inverter and a 10kw battery plus a 17kw ASHP has now been running faultlessly for 5 weeks. I have no hesitation in recommending Greener Energy Group to my family and friends and have already done so to one friend.

We found Greener Energy through their detailed You Tube videos; contacted them and a surveyor attended our house where clear and accurate modelling of the potential system performance was shown to us. We received a clearly set out quotation detailing all aspects of the system upon which we placed an order. Our installation was more complicated than is often the case as some new pipe work was necessary but the engineers still had the system working within the two days planned. We immediately felt the benefit of the heating and hot water all generated from our PV Panels and ASHP and without burning gas! Some return attendance was necessary to complete pipe lagging which was all done very neatly and with no inconvenience to ourselves. During the early days of system operation I had need to call Greener Energy for advice regarding the system operation; the call was answered quickly and my queries answered immediately a quite exceptional level of service! we are now facing our first winter but entirely with confidence.

Greenerenergy are an amazing company. Kept us informed all the way through from sales, installation and after sales. Sales Chloe and Debbie were so helpful. Installers engineers were superb. Quick, tidy, efficient, friendly. Delighted with Heat pump and radiators. Actually looking forward to winter in our sustainable home. Thank you so much ! Would recommend Greenerenergy every time. 😊

Overall very happy with Greener Energy Group. Our point of sales experience was a bit misleading as our initial quote on Energy production was reduced by 10% after being reviewed by their Insurance company HIES who said some nearby trees would cast a shadow. This was after paying the deposit and some way into the application. And we were told we probably wouldn't need planning permission even though we lived in a conservation area, which we did need to apply for, which gave us a bit of a false start. However communication with the office was great and they were helpful when filling out the HES portal application. The installation was fast and very professional although we had some snags with 2 leaks. However they were caught quickly and GEG were quick to send out a painter and decorator with a dehumidifier. The only down side with communication is that GEG don't have an emergency call out number. So the leak happened on Friday evening and we didn't get a response until Monday after phoning and emailing. Luckily it wasn't a massive leak. Really happy with the products so far. We have an ASHP with Solar panels, battery and inverter and its been toasty warm, just in time for winter! I love looking at the shine phone app and seeing how much solar energy we are producing! The main reason we chose GEG is that they do both solar AND ASHP together and were good at explaining and breaking down the grant application process with HES.

Recently had our second annual service on heat pump. Was pleased that Martin Lobjoie had been allocated the service as he was extremely helpful last year. Once again the service visit was conducted very professionally. Martin, like all previous GreenerEnergy Engineers, took care to respect my property and carried out the service in a competent and tidy manner. He also took time to ensure my system had all the latest control algorithms and tariff data was up to date re my provider. The house and garden were left in good condition. Martin is an excellent engineer and a great ambassador for Greener Energy.

We had excellent service from greener energy group with our heat pump installation. Whole process was explained and helped with all the documents towards grants and loan payment. We didn't even need to call to arrange servicing of heat pump, all has been organised by their office and communication was great. 100% recommended 👌
