Am dat comanda si mi a fost anulata pe motivul ca produsele nu mai sunt disponibile in conditile in care eu am aceleasi produse pe un alt telefon in cos. Cred ca a fost ceva facut special tocmai pentru ca beneficiam de o reducere in valoare de 200 lei. In aceste conditii nu recomand acest site.

Very nice discounts. I ordered shoes 5 days ago and they arrived today (because of weekend). Shoes came with nice agreement/motivational message about shoes. I also got 10% off codes for my next purchases. I was not registered, but now I will. Very well deserved.

I cannot stress enough how much I love shopping with footshop, they consistently offer better prices than their competitors along with frequent loyalty discounts. Shipping is quick and shoes are always double boxed. They send you more discount codes and stickers in the box as well! What more can a sneakerhead ask for :) Always my go to when I'm looking for a new pair of kicks! Thank you guys

I’m not normally one to leave reviews but I had to for this company! I’ve wanted these shoes for months and they have been sold out everywhere in my size! Luckily Footshop had them in stock! I had a query about my order and Wenn assisted me almost immediately! The shoes arrived in 2 days to Ireland and I am absolutely thrilled! I’ll certainly shop here again!

**Update to previous review ** WENN in customer service is refusing to refund me after losing my order. I have provided all details and evidence they have asked for. They take days to reply to messages and then just told me "I should have refused delivery" I refused delivery but was told as the item was not sent form the UK they could not return it. Then was told to collect it, then collected it and was told they won't refund me. Like WHAT?! I have lost over £100 and I'm not going to stop until I get my refund. It is my consumer rights to receive my goods, it is YOUR responsibly to use couriers YOU TRUST to deliver YOUR GOODS to ME! - I cannot be held responsible for this! No one will give me ay managers contact details so I am resorting to putting off potential customers until people listen to me!!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

About my experience with them, I bought a pair of shoes which had a different fit so I had to sent them back and ask for another size. Everything worked alright and they sent me the new pair. I had to talk with them in this process and I can say that if you need any information the workers are happy to help you and respond in less than 10 minutes. So I recommend you to use Footshop and I say that they are a lot better than you might expect and thay deserve more positive reviews.

I ordered a Carhartt Mission shirt. Good price and delivered in decent enough time. BUT... the shirt did not arrive with tags.. also it looked worn. It's like I bought the shirt from a vintage shop or second hand from eBay. Can't say I'll use Footshop again unfortunately. Left disappointed.

Won a raffle for the Yeezy Utility Black and the shoes arrived in good time. Unfortunately they did not fit so have returned them but have received great customer service and particularly quick responses Would definitely use Footshop again

Ordered Yeezy Boost 700 Utility Black from their website the day that they launched after being kicked out the official Adidas website twice. Ordering from the UK. Trainers came within the 2-6 days with no issues. Would happily shop their website again.

I live in Spain and won a Raffle with them, very good comunication, and fast delivery to Madrid, that was the second time I bought from them, first one to Germany without problems, highly recommended!

I actually had to return the pair I bought, but Wenn took care of the return and refund without issue. I was actually looking for an exchange but there was a mix up with available sizes in the end. The situation was handled really well however, so won't hesitate to use them in future.
