Orders some slides from here thought I'd start small as I had read a lot of reviews and some wernt to appealing however they arrived and early!, I was very worried at first as I'd recieved an email saying payment had not gone through however I realised this is was because I had first gone to order but got a little scared and then went back on the site and ordered so there was intact two orders one had gone through and the other hadn't (obviously) although when I did email my concern the response back was very fast, I also enquired late about my orders delivery (as you can tell I was never as I've not ordered abroad before) but they responded once again very fast and with a lot more detail into my order I've now recieved my order and I cannot explain how happy I am to have gone through with the order despite the concerns I had, thank you so much and look forward to ordering from use again!

No problems at all and much cheaper than anywhere else

Wenn at customer service was very helpful when the shoes I ordered were out of stock, I re-ordered half a size bigger and managed to arrange the same price as when I originally purchased (as the sale discount had been reduced). Larger size actually fits perfectly. 40£ cheaper than all other websites for Stella McCartney Ultra Boost Sneakers arrived after 8 business days due to COVID but were dispatched from the warehouse immediately so really no blame to the website only the delivery service which you can choose. Parcel was tracked the whole way with email update of dispatch. Would use again. Thanks again Wenn

I have just received my Adidas Stan Smiths Ltd Editions on the day they said, I had never heard of this company before they just came up on Google, I telephoned them a few times, they answered their calls every time after 3 rings, very polite, they said delivery would be approx, 6-9 days due to Covid-19 and yes they arrived on time. I will definitely use them again without any question. Thank You

Ich habe eine Jacke bestellt, welche auf 180€ reduziert war. Verkauft wurde als Neu. Die Jacke, welche ich dann bekommen habe war jedoch lieblos zusammengeknüllt, in eine Plastiktüte gestopft, hatte mehrer Flecken, welche sich nicht entfernen lassen, und waschen ist bei Goretex ja eh so eine Sache. Weil ich nicht zurücksenden wollte, habe ich 20% Rabatt bekommen. Besser als nichts aber das war dir schlimmste Kauferfahrung, die ich jemals gemacht habe. Kein Unterschied zu Gebrauchtkauf in den Kleinanzeigen, und das von nem lizensierten Adidas Partner.

Don't bother entering any of their sneaker raffles - absolute waste of time

J'ai payé 0,91€ pour l'acompte de la sortie d'un sneakers pour participer au tirage. Le lendemain matin, je reçois une notification de ma banque avec paiement refusé de 1091,64€ !! Heureusement le paiement a été bloqué ! C'est dommage car ce site a l'air génial et j'aurai pu avoir la paire que je voulais tant...

Do not buy through this site. I gave them a try and payed for shoes and just next day I got en email telling me that my payment is possible fraud and they asked me to send picture of my card which I used to purchase. I am using my card for years and I have never had this kind of issue. I rejected to send them and they cancelled my order. Terrible communication and customer service. It is not my fault that their system has some errors.

Still cant believe that i won the raffle , very happy with fast shipping and good customer service from footshop , i would definitely shop with you guys again .

Ich habe mir bei Footshop zum ersten mal Schuhe bestellt hab sie sogar von 210€ auf 140€ reduziert bekommen hab mich mega auf die Schuhe gefreut es vergingen 2 Wochen und die Schuhe waren immer noch nicht da nach dem ich den Support angeschrieben hatte wurde ich die meiste Zeit nur unnötig hingehalten nach einiger Zeit wurde mir gesagt das es sich jemand informiert und bescheid sagt 2 Tage später bekam ich dann eine E-Mail das ich mein Geld zurück bekomme jetzt steht in der mail das Geld wird bis 14 Tage zurück geschickt. 1 Woche ist vergangen und mein Geld ist immer noch nicht da :/ Positiv: Als Entschuldigung durfte ich mir auswählen ob ich einen Gutschein im Wert des bestellwertes nehmen möchte oder doch das Geld zurück haben möchte. Die Seite ist trotz alldem mit den Preisen nicht zu überschlagen teilweise teure Schuhe für einen billigen Preis und dazu kann man Auf schon reduzierte Schuhe noch ein Rabattcode benutzen. Ich hatte nur leider keine gute Erfahrung !
