Had my Laser Eye Surgery Consultation with Niyara - Patient Advisor, each procedure was thoroughly executed and explained to what needed to be done for my eyes. Need both Eye Lenses to be replaced, and was shown Finance Options to pay for the Surgery...... at no point felt pressured to make a decision on the day Well pleased with the Service Provided - 12 / 10 🙂👍

I had the best experience with this company better than the other companies I had dealt with Optical Express were so friendly, Professional and informative and funny. They explained everything about the procedure. Everything about post care. And importantly, they were not pushy or pressuring you to have the procedure which I also found refreshing The surgery itself. Was undertaken so professionally, the experience was a pleasure very professional clean this made you feel that you are being well looked after.Everyone was so nice so friendly if I had to do it again I would definitely use them again and I will definitely tell my friends they must go there if they ever need corrective surgery. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who I met and helped me with my procedure. Thank you so much.

I recently visited Optical Express in stoke and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff, particularly Luke, were extremely professional and attentive. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, everything was handled with care and efficiency. The explanations of the procedures were clear, and all my questions were answered patiently. The team’s expertise and friendly demeanor made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Optical Express to anyone considering vision correction.

The clinic and staff are very nice. I feel I did not prepare myself for the procedure itself. I felt overwhelmed in surgery and the sever discomfort of day one was again, worse than expected. I would advise blackout eyewear and attempt to sleep as much as possible. I also didn’t know that you shouldn’t shower for a week post op.

The whole experience has been extremely customer focused and I’ve felt completely at ease. I’ve never had any form of surgery before so had lots of hesitations and questions but the team at Nottingham answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. On the day of the surgery, I had more opportunities to ask questions and everything was very smooth. The actual LASIK procedure was completely pain free and easy - barely any discomfort or unease because the team gave clear explanations for everything that was happening. Everything has been very professional and completely worth the money. I’m so so pleased I’ve gone through with it and am over the moon that I chose Optical Express in Nottingham.
