Bad experience. I setup payment plan online but don’t work. I paid some money online instantly but no reduced from my balance. I don’t need to spend time for speaking by phone with support because I working and can’t lost more money. They should contact with customers by email when payment wasn’t taken from account by their fault but no one do.

SCAM - telling me I owe money when I don’t! Recieved a text message and I know I don’t owe this money. I was thinking possible scam but then researched online and read a lot of fees back on them. 100%!a scam!

I called them about my issue and the agent listened to me very attentively. He was friendly and polite. He understood my concerns and solved my problem immediately. I’m really pleased with this service, thank you!

SCAMMERS!!!! They wanted my full personal information before assisting me on the phone, even though I provided them with their REFERENCE number from their letter. I called the HMRC and they confirmed that this SMS and letter is a SCAM. HMRC confirmed that my business doesn't have any outstanding bills.

Repeatedly sending text messages to my 79 year old Mum, who is grieving for my Dad who passed away recently, saying that my Dad owes money. Mum went to Tesco with the message, worried sick about it, on top of everything else and they reassured her it was a scam. The messages still keep dropping in, I cannot believe that this company are using the name of my dear Dad who never owed anyone in his life.

You need to stop sending me threatening letters saying I owe e.on Next £197.97 I,ve told you loads of times I don’t owe them this amount as there is a breach of data here as e.on next shouldn’t be sharing my data with you and you telling me e.on next will share my data with credit agencies as this is against the law as your name should be King Billy Williams Of Orange as you a bunch of crooks I will share your details as well with Rad in Northern Ireland they will sort crooks out like you harassing people for money so best stop pestering me for money I haven’t got and do you no the country is in a f#cking mess because of the Tory’s starting war with Russia causing the cost of living crisis

This is a summary of my experience with them - which relates to an alleged account with OPUS energy - who seems like very much an eligible partner in crime for them. I presume that their success in collecting debts matches their incompetence in approaching apparent debtors - however I can only suppose sufficient people fall for their scams that it makes it worth their while OPUS energy review Rated 1 out of 5 stars Updated just now Bullying and Harassment of vulnerable residents This company alleges that I have a business account with them. They used to supply this address, goodness knows where they got my name from - my account is with EDF. I finally managed to contact them to explain that I don't have an account with them and they sent round debt collectors - I am a vulnerable individual with serious mental health problems. My alleged account number is 1512703, and I have, in response to this review received notice of DISCONNECTION OF SUPPLY PROCEEDINGS These people are out of control. The Customer ID number for OPUS is 27954150 My present account is with EDF, who are somewhat slow in taking over this account, however my contract with them ran until August 2023, and I have had some correspondence with EDF, including a waiver of my account cancellation fees, because we have arranged for EDF to take over this account In case OPUS are interested, my account number with EDF is 671 152 200 608 The Debt Collection agency is Pastdue "Credit solutions" my customer ID is apparently 27954150 I spoke to the debt collection agency last week, who said that the matter was put on hold for a month so that it could be resolved. I am well past retirement age, the bill is escaping almost daily, and has gone from an apparent £292,65 on the 26th September, to £792.07 Despite a large number of calls to OPUS energy it is impossible to get through to them on the phone number they have on their bills. - 01604673 100 They have not made any contact with respect of this review - The original review was placed on 10 November, it is now 14th September - Date of experience: 10 November 2023

This company has been a disgrace ever since they contacted me Harassing me for a payment I was not aware of. When I tried to email or call there is no answer or a generated email response with no help at all They asked for all of my personal information to be sent it a text message???? That isn’t the worst I made the full payment but £100 pounds of it never showed. Weeks later the company that used these people informed me that the payment was missing and blamed me I luckily had proof of this payment I called PDCS and was cut off three times. I then spoke to someone I could hardly hear and was told when the account was closed then the company could see it (no idea why it had not been closed weeks ago or how long this would take) This man lied to me. I then had to call again to get a better answer. I was then told that THEY had made a mistake!! But nothing could be resolved at that time????? I asked for an email to prove this had been cleared and was told 1-2 days but could be longer ??? This is affecting my credit and causing me to be harassed by the company that uses them IF YOU ARE A COMPANY OR PERSON… DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is absolutely horrendous, they send you a text message from a mobile number saying you owe money but don’t say who they are they just use the company initials and want you to click on a link in the text message (which looks so fraudulent). They don’t check if the case has been closed or all the information is correct at the time of chasing any payments that you may or may not owe. If you do click on the link it opens a page and asks for ALL your personal details, all this is from a random mobile number text message. They really need to rethink there first contact approach, if you have the misfortune to have dealings with this company they are legit but are the worst to deal with.

Owed £559 to Creation/Your Plan. Paid the £559 in one go, then had these lot contacting me saying I owed £30 and that I only paid £529 despite providing proof of receipt. Wouldn’t leave me alone and when contacting them it would take days to even hear from them. Advice if you have any debt with Creation/Your Plan just pay it off before these psychopaths scam you. In total I’ve paid £589, £30 was a scam from this company. Paid it so they’d leave me tf alone. Disgusting.

They ignore formal complaints and their information is incorrect. They have the wrong address for my business despite my business' address being clearly listed on Companies House. Because of this, I have received no correspondence to my address, just a text saying I owe money. I phoned them and they said they had my updated address, so I sent them a screenshot of their website showing my old address. I made a formal complaint about the whole situation, they send you an email an email 14 days later asking to confirm your complaint otherwise it will be considered closed. This is a cheeky tactic to get rid of complaints. I replied to their confirmation request promptly. 6 weeks later, I have not received another email back. This is clearly delay tactics and not how to conduct business.

This firm continues to harass me suggesting I owe a debt to Tesco Mobile. The reality is that the account was with (and paid by) a limited company that I used to be a director of!

They do not have any email address to contact them. Awful. They generte account for you and create Customer ID!! I am not even customer with you!!
