I wish trustpilot had negative stars to give as Past Due does not even deserve 1 star! I am end of life with a terminal disease and they bully me every morning before business hours by calling and texting when I am trying to sleep, its normal top get calls at 8.55 am from these evil people. I have reported them to the FCA, to the CSA their collection governing body as well as to Companies House. The more people report them to these three agencies we have a chance to stop them. Alkso I have reported them under criminal harassment to the Merseyside Police. I suggest you do the same to your local police force.

Bullied my autistic daughter to pay a eon next bill that was not even due !!!! This company needs stringing up by their balls and left to dry ! Passed from pillow to post by incompetent tits who think they know the law ! Unfortunately for them I do know the law and they r up for a royal barb wire glove up their bum ! The company is typical no one knows anything out the strip they are given. Ask to speak with a manager 24 hour call back no call received. It is also DVLA are at fault for advising them of a dept without notifying them they had raised a offence directly. Neither organisation have contact numbers worth calling.

Received a call from this company, didn’t confirm who they were, caller was Cheryl, thought it was ok call at 8pm, and didn’t even bother to say the calls are recorded, I advised that I was unavailable then she said she would keep phoning me. Totally unacceptable. Called back and spoke with KATE who effectively refused to assist. Bunch of cowboys on minimum wage. We know what you get if you pay peanuts.

Absolutely unprofessional services. I paid them in Sep 23 and have not confirmed receiving payment until I contacted them in Dec 23 and never transferred the funds to HMRC till now in Jan 24

Keep sending me letters saying I owe money to SSE a company with whom I have never held an account…don’t have to be a genius to work out that’s a scam 😂

I received a text from this company saying they had been appointed by eon next. I was suspicious when they started asking me for my date of birth and told me not to contact Eon next about my payments, I didn’t understand why my billing had been transferred over to them especially as I already pay eon next monthly. When I told them I would seek legal advice before agreeing to anything or before signing anything I was told they’d put my account on hold for a month but again told me under no circumstances to contact eon next. I will of course be contacting eon next and I will of course be seeking legal advice.

Can't agree more with some of the damning reviews on this site. PDCS are bloody hopeless - even worse than HMRC and that's saying something!! The you eventually get through, they don't understand the issue, can help, and just tell men to deal direct with HMRC despite this being an impossibility. Are all their phones actually unplugged?? "Your call is important to us" mantra repeated as if someone would ever believe that lie. Utter shambles top to bottom.

I would really appreciate a phone call not a text the figure is wrong and I have spoken to your office in the past and was told this would be referred back to HMRC Iam reluctant to pay when the last payment has not been recognised I have proof of payment to HMRC this should never of been put with recovery agent .

HMRC passed my debt to PDCS and I had best experience with costumer service which they helped and understood me

Constantly harassing me for money owed to HMRC even though I don't. Will not respond to any texts but send more and more.

Company is a scam company stealing data from companies to harass people. Had email about owning money to companies I never delt with. How they are still in operation and have not been reported for fraud is a mystery. Do not reply to them .

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Chase debts that have already been paid. Proof provide but they don’t give up. Quick enough to send through inflated bills but completely ignore and disregard proven payments

Absolutely no idea! Could not access the Website to set up a payment plan. Could not get through to the call center. Texted a message to them ,they got back to me eventually, and refused my offer! Told me to contact the initial service ( Shell Energy) total waste of time.

If i could i would give them 0 stars they are scammers and lie keep ringing me and sent me a letter saying i owed SSE well OVO still the same corrupt company. Scammers told me I owed £170 to hmrc I nearly payed it but I’d lost my card. Phoned hmrc and no you don’t owe anything do not pay them scammers scammers scammers

TOTAL SCAM. They sent me a letter regarding the eon next company about a dept of more than 700 pounds of a property i already paid the account in full and left more than a year ago. SCAM

Scammers at it again. Sent me a message regards that I owe money to British Gas. Someone is just selling my data to these leaches to keep harrasing me. First BPO, now this "debt collection" - Save the paper as all your letters go back straight to you. I sent them an email with copy-paste answer same as all others before.
