I am end of life with a terminal disease and they bully me every morning before business hours by calling and texting when I am trying to sleep, its normal top get calls at 8.55 am from these evil people. I have reported them to the FCA, to the CSA their collection governing body as well as to Companies House. The more people report them to these three agencies we have a chance to stop them. Alkso I have reported them under criminal harassment to the Merseyside Police. I suggest you do the same to your local police force.

Passed from pillow to post by incompetent tits who think they know the law ! Unfortunately for them I do know the law and they r up for a royal barb wire glove up their bum ! People are struggling daily and companies like this make it harder to survive and driving suicide rates ! Shame on u !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

United Kingdom | 10 January 2024The company is typical no one knows anything out the strip they are given. Ask to speak with a manager 24 hour call back no call received. It is also DVLA are at fault for advising them of a dept without notifying them they had raised a offence directly. Neither organisation have contact numbers worth calling.

United Kingdom | 10 January 2024Received a call from this company, didn’t confirm who they were, caller was Cheryl, thought it was ok call at 8pm, and didn’t even bother to say the calls are recorded, I advised that I was unavailable then she said she would keep phoning me. Totally unacceptable. Called back and spoke with KATE who effectively refused to assist. Bunch of cowboys on minimum wage. We know what you get if you pay peanuts.

United Kingdom | 06 January 2024I received a text from this company saying they had been appointed by eon next. I was suspicious when they started asking me for my date of birth and told me not to contact Eon next about my payments, I didn’t understand why my billing had been transferred over to them especially as I already pay eon next monthly. When I told them I would seek legal advice before agreeing to anything or before signing anything I was told they’d put my account on hold for a month but again told me under no circumstances to contact eon next. I will of course be contacting eon next and I will of course be seeking legal advice.

United Kingdom | 06 January 2024Can't agree more with some of the damning reviews on this site. PDCS are bloody hopeless - even worse than HMRC and that's saying something!! The you eventually get through, they don't understand the issue, can help, and just tell men to deal direct with HMRC despite this being an impossibility. Are all their phones actually unplugged?? "Your call is important to us" mantra repeated as if someone would ever believe that lie. Utter shambles top to bottom.

Texted a message to them ,they got back to me eventually, and refused my offer! Told me to contact the initial service ( Shell Energy) total waste of time.

United Kingdom | 13 December 2023Scammers at it again. Sent me a message regards that I owe money to British Gas. Someone is just selling my data to these leaches to keep harrasing me. First BPO, now this "debt collection" - Save the paper as all your letters go back straight to you. I sent them an email with copy-paste answer same as all others before.
