They are just a bunch of Ambulance Chasers. Chased me for a £27 debt I must have forgotten about 17 years ago

This company doesn't listen all they do is harass you for money you don't owe. I don't know how many times I have emailed them back and said I have already paid sky. I paid sky on the 10th January this year and have sent 2 screenshots of my payment to them. I have also done a complaint with ofcom too about sky, I have no end of problems with sky.

They didn’t resolve my issue and advised me to go onto the website to resolve. I called them as my issue didn’t have an option I could chose for information. I called DVLA who took me through option then cut me off. So I’m not wasting anymore time on this. If they want my £60 which I don’t owe they will need to contact me. Date of issue! It’s dragged on.

Constantly on time back by text post and i suffer PTSD.

Crooks overcharged and took too much from myself. Criminals need to be investigated by watchdog.

I gave them my contact details and within 24 hours I started getting spam about the same subject. I assume they are selling customer details to dodgy sites.

Awful customer service, tried to call to make sure that my payment had gone through but the person on the phone was was so rude! I told him my address over 10 times and he said that it was not correct?? how can it be wrong when it works fine online.

Thanks for the help. An extremely helpful experience. Dealt with efficiently and politely. Only negative was I could hear a lot of chatter in the background which was distracting. And made it more difficult to hear the person I was talking to.

Harassing my 91 year old father for a mistake by his electricity provider... You will note that there is no option to email them as they clearly do not want a 'paper trail'.

Thought it was a scam as the way I was contacted by text so I initially ignored it . The fact of the matter is I didn't even owe anything as already paid my bill 4 months previous. Then I was hold twenty minutes to get through .I work and don't have time for this rubbish . I was never even informed the matter was resolved and closed .

Past Due Credit are harassing me for a debt with an energy company that I have never had an account with. In spite of having proved this and that the debt was incurred by someone else, Past Due Credit continue to ignore my emails and the evidence I have sent and yet they continue to harass me.

I’ve just started to receive notices from this bunch of bullies. They got me down for a dvla non payment of tax . To a car I sold 2 months before the date of the offence . I phoned up to sort this out and the woman o spoke to accused me of not paying the tax I then told her fir the second time it wasn’t my car , she then told me I got to prove that . Absolutely shocking treatment towards myself, a innocent victim of dvla cock up .

Arrange a payment plan with them and yet they still hound you bully boy tactics

they keep writing letters saying car tax not paid. i have changed car years ago but kept the personalise reg on my new car.there is no contact number.i think they are fraud company rported to fraud
