I am having ongoing problems with Pastdue Credit Solutions. They are so incompetent I thought they were a scam. The phone.numbers they give in their e mail's or letters do.not work and they.bombard you with automated text messages with which you can't resolve anything I do.not owe the money they are claiming I owe and it is proving very difficult to sort this out

Sky say I owe them £65 - I say I don't Pastdue send emails and texts on "no reply" basis, so impossible to communicate with them If you do have contact, insist it is "in writing" (email etc) They just seem a bunch of bullies who try to grind you into the ground until you give in I've told them on many occasions to take me to court, but they still send emails / texts etc I won't give in & really hope they take me to court

My experience is similar to many others, I'm being hounded to pay a DVLA fine, which I paid direct to the DVLA in November 23. I have sent them proof of this, the DVLA reference number, the email receipt and they continue to harass me. Trying to deal with this company is impossible. I've sent the CEO of this company a link to these reviews - I wonder if the person at the top has any idea what is going on? I wonder if the DVLA know how bad this company is ? I will let them know and post it all over social media !! I will also write to central government.

I have had dealings with this company twice now, both concerning the same account referred to (wrongly) by eon my energy provider. Both times these guys have been absolutely 100% professional.. I am so impressed that it’s enough for me to write them a 5 star review. Their client eon however doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Thank you today to Stephen (Steven) at Past Due Credit Solutions handled this situation. These 5 stars are for you buddy. You deserve them. Thank you.

Worst experiense. My three bill was overdue and they sent me letters. They said that if I did not make the payment, they would impose sanctions on me. However, they have no authority. Never pay this company and make your payment directly to the company you owe money to. Even though I made my payment in one go, they did not connect my service and do not inform Three. The customer service officer, whose accent I could not understand, was like a complete thug. He threatened me with interrupting his conversation at least 5 times. I asked 3 simple questions and got absolutely no answer. They are nothing but complete scammers. HMRC and the Police need to inspect this company. They can commit qualified fraud.

These guys are a disgrace. They are pursuing me (landlord) for an SSE/OVO electric bill that they say my tenant owes at a rental property. I have sent them a copy of the tenancy agreement 6 times now and they say they've not received it and they just keep hounding me. to top it all off the the tenant has confirmed they've had a prepayment meter in for years so they are very puzzled on how any money can be outstanding!

I am being hounded for a payment of £20 which is the amount applied by OVO after I paid an Old Lady's bill. I paid OVO the full amount outstanding on 27th January 2024, then received a letter from Pastdue which was dated 31st January, stating that I needed to pay the £20 fee because the debt had been transferred to them. I have telephoned them twice, they will not speak to me about the account as I don't have PoA. The debt was in my Mother in Laws name, she is 99 years old and has totally lost Mental Capacity - but Pastdue do not care, and I am refusing to pay them, as the debt was paid 4 days before they got involved.

Due to making a few mistakes when young I have dealt with literally dozens of these type of companies and PDCS are BY far the worst I have ever dealt with. Website is old and slow/barely works - tried to make a payment several times this morning but there is somehow no option to pay with a different card rather than the one that is stored (and expired) so I am going round and round. Website also occasionally says they are no longer dealing with this issue, then says they are. They will hound you via text, email, and whatever means they feel necessary even when you are engaging with them. Staff on the phone are disinterested, sound bored and border on rude and belligerent. Not only that but when a debt is passed on they add on a hefty fee (in my case this was £40 odd quid so no small amount). Phone line also kept cutting out - they say to use the text service which NOBODY replies to. I have been trying to use the automated payment service to make a payment for the full amount several times today and the automated service repeats back the amount (which is the EXACT amount I can see on screen in front of me) then says they can't accept it because this is more than my balance. Seriously - do you want my money or not? Ready to pay my full balance of £143 today and I'd like to say another creditor will be getting my money instead but I'll be persistent with PDCS purely for the fact I cannot wait to be rid of them!

Had a letter from them stating that I’ve not taxed my car last year when it’s run out October till December so we moved the house twice so letters from dvla went to where my car originally registered adress even though I always set up tax reminder and I don’t pay tax but have to tax it even £0 so I called the company explained that reminder didn’t receive from dvla even it’s via email n text but they said can’t do nothing about it as their customer dvla told them to chase me anyway it’s my fault to trust reminder system dvla clearly it doesn’t work I’ve paid the £80 the lady was helpful on the phone explained me clearly but her accent was Scottish I didn’t understand one bit had to pass Mrs to deal with her . Lesson learnt dnt trust dvla if you set up reminder

Don’t know why the reviews are so bad. I received a letter from PDCS regarding an outstanding debt with Tesco mobile. Was able to set up payment plan via their website and have found their customer service support to be helpful when needed to call them regarding the issue. I’ve never been bullied or harassed for payment, rather the opposite. Having explained my circumstances and that I have mental health issues, they were very understanding. I’ve very nearly paid the debt off. Thank you PDCS

This company continue to harass me over a bill which is not mine. I have sent them proof that the bill they are chasing me for doesn't actually belong to me because I never lived in the property at the time they are accusing me of. I've not just sent proof once, not twice, not three times but over 8 times I have sent it. I have made countless calls to them and yet they still harass me for the bill. They are quite literally harassing me!! It's disgusting I just want them to leave me alone!! I don't even owe them money the fools!!

An extremely bad company with employees who think everyone is guilty ie trying to run from 'supposed' debt. They do not listen to you or believe what you try to tell them. They threaten and intimidate and should not be allowed to trade. What these nasty people do not understand is that most people end up in debt due to unforeseen circumstances ie illness, redundancy etc. and have every intention of continuing payments when things pick up. I was passed to them by EON Next due to an internal mistake they made. This company needs closing down immediately.
