Scam I had a message the website it gave me dosnt exist don't get drawn in.

I am not their customer, why they gave me a customer number? You can't find an email address to them, to have a recorded written conversation with them. They want me to log in to my account???, that I did never open and once more again I AM NOT THEIR CUSTOMER! They harassing me. I don't own money for Three and I can prove it.

SCAM Funny how all the reviews only go back to mid-September, must be a new scam company. And the only very few good reviews are almost too good to be true. Especially when they’re asking you to part with your money over a fine you don’t even understand why.

PDCS are pursuing me on behalf of Three for money I have never owed. Three says my accounts are clear. I have tried to contact PDCS to tell them this and have suggested they contact the person I've been in contact with at Three, but they don't accept emails and their texts are sent and answered by bots. I don't generally make phone calls but even if I did I want a printed record of what's been said when dealing with a company like this. If debt collection agencies must exist (and it seems a pretty low way to earn a living to me) then the least they can do is make communication as easy and inclusive as possible. For repeated pursuing of a non-existent debt and for their rubbish communication options I'd give them no stars if I could.

Sent a letter saying I had a fine because I hadn't payed something on 2023-10-11, despite having a receipt of payment from the DVLA on 2023-07-25...

Something very wrong here!!!! SCAM. EDF have told us they contacted these people to tell them to close the account. We are still getting daily emails and texts!!! It's been going on for months

They did ask about mental health impacting my ability to deal with the issue and they also answered their phone fairly promptly. Each time the staff member was courteous. Their manner was helpful in a stressful and difficult situation

You issued no information about the debt owed until I pursued it further, at which point I discovered I did not recognise it. Nor would you furnish me with any more information when I called. Your modus operandi feels like a scam in an environment already heavy with them and you refused to find any way to alleviate my concern on that front. Your phone operator was inhuman and unhelpful.

Why do we not have a rating scale with a minus section...It would most certainly be applicable. These clowns are looking for me to rate my experience....after they have chased, bothered and harrassed me on behalf of the HMRC for a long disputed debt... Are these fu*#wits that unaware and or oblivious to the anxiety and stress that these calls, texts and letters bring to people on a daily basis.. Hang your fuc&ing heads in shame, you shower of absolute cu#@s... Go get a fuc*#n decent job...you might just sleep better..

My Wife has received several letters over the past 6 months or so, supposedly from "Three" stating that she owes money on an unpaid account (all her accounts are paid in full each month) We checked with Three and they couldn't find any debt from 2016-2018. Now today 06/10/23 she has received letter from said above company saying that they have been appointed by Three to recover the owed debt and that they "may" be able to get Three to waive the cancellation fee. Report this company, they should not be allowed to trade in any way, shape or from. Their letters look convincing enough that if you had a little doubt then you could be out of pocket with no way of getting your money back. SCAM-FRAUD-SCAM-FRAUD-SCAM-FRAUD-SCAM!

Started with a letter trying to get a debt that was never mine and were hostile on the phone actually stating "that if i am refusing to cooperate...." did not provide proof of the debt or cease and desist as requested. This company should not be allowed to operate as a debt collection agency. To complain go to the financial ombudsman site.

Edit: put their telephone number into “who called who” and you will see that it has been searched some 10300+ times… negative negative minute minus Edit:Time to get these on national TV… Martin Lewis should do it.. I mean they are now sending me letters for a debt with a mobile company that i have no connection to. Well also if someone is stupid enough to get a contract in my name and then allow people to work up a bill. Damned 1diots. Just protect your loved ones from these people. Scammers. Scum!!!!! Well not sure why but they have started sending me debt letters connected to Three. Well this is hilarious since I have never had anything to do with them. Ever. So basically tells me that three “knows” me by my telephone number because i called up and gave them a mouthful of venom. The Three letters have stopped and now this. The letters will be binned and they will be reported to action fraud. They need to stop harassing people. They are just fraudulent scammers - if that is possible. I would not throw urine on them if they were on fire. I hope everyone looks on here before even worrying. It’s the first place i looked… thank you to everyone here who has said something. Hopefully soon their nonsense will stop.

FRAUD! Asking for money which is 100 percent not owed. When I complained and asked them to check with their so called client they refused and threatened to ‘take it further’ The reviews all say the same thing. This company should be Investigated and closed down with immediate effect before someone falls for this and pays something they don’t owe.

Very dodgy. Received a text saying I have an outstanding HMRC balance. I do, in fact, have outstanding balance with HMRC that is in agreement being taken care of by the HMRC. This is the SECOND company that tried to imply they are officially sent by the HMRC and they are most definitely NOT.

Harassed in a daily basis. They text and called everyday for a payment that was made 3 months prior on time... I told them constantly that I had paid my hmrc bill on time like I do every single year but they wanted proof. I had said that they needed to contact them themselves but wouldn't. I then threatened them with harassment charges and then they stopped.

Should be minus 5 stars. This company is a bunch of scammers who steal personal information (phishing?) and then pretend to have been appointed as debt collectors by companies claiming that they are owed money by consumers. The lying fraudsters claimed to be recovering a debt owed by me to the dreaded OVO energy which was entirely false, as the disputed bill situation was settled by the energy ombudsman. Whatever you do, do not pay any money to this bunch of crooks. They should be investigated by the fraud squad.
