Tried to call this company after receiving a notification from them, after being redirected to the payment section I tried to enter my details an automated voice would cut in to say I was not recognised. Being elderly with arthritis in my hands I may have been slow but this should be taken into consideration. Was then redirected to speak to a person, after 30 minutes of listening to mind numbing Muzak I hung up, I will send a cheque and I would recommend everyone else to do the same.

I keep getting letters of owing money for eon next. It won't stop!!! I live with my parents and they are not with eon...seems like they will target anyone for fraudulent money. If this messes with my credit rating..for any of my future finances..I will sue! You giving these letters is proof enough!

Got a letter from pastdue claiming I have a £80 fine from DVLA. I was really puzzled by this because I haven't got a penalty from DVLA. I even doubled checked online and went through the trouble of checking my licence history. Nope nothing outstanding. Complete BS letter that had me worried for no reason.

I received a letter stating I owed SSE for Electricty supplied to an address that I moved out 3 years ago completely out of the blue. I have never been supplied by SSE or any other affiliates of theirs at my address during my tenure, so tried calling Pastdue, but never got through to an agent! Then contacted SSE and after waiting for an hour or so, agent transferred my case to another energy company called Spark (I have never been a customer with Spark as well!). This looks like a scam that SSE/PTSC/Spark etc are running, threatening people with fines and bad notes in their credit history without any proof!

This company are seriously deluded that they have customer care! How on earth can that be. I have tried to pay an unfair bill and cannot, due to the ridiculous nonsense presented as ... I honestly don't know. Shame on DVLA for working with these clowns. Mind you DVLA are still working from home so won't give a toss.

I received a letter stating I owed SSE for Electricty supplied to my home address completely out of the blue. I have never been supplied by SSE at my address so I called Pastdue Credit Solutions and explained this to them. I was told they would go back to SSE and sort it out with them. This week I received another letter stating the same again but this time I have been threatened with a default on my credit file or even court action if I don't pay it. I have emailed them again explaining the situation but as normal you only get the generic response. I spent an hour and a half waiting on the phone with SSE to sort this out but I gave up when they cut me off. I have Pastdue Credit Solution's again today to get cut off by them as well. Its amazing if I want to make a payment I can get straight through in seconds but if I want to contest something I have to wait and wait and wait. Absolutely terrible service from both companies.

This company continuously harasses me despite having paid a fine issued by Dvla. I have sent bank statements to prove payment but these are ignored. I have cancer, receiving chemotherapy and cannot cope with this harassment on top of everything else for money I do not owe. What a terrible company.

Dreadful company in cahoots with Eon as well I'm taking them and Eon to court for harassment, inventing a debt they say I owe.

I would give o stars if possible wonder if " Lucy is going to give the exact reply as all the rest" this bunch of cowboys came after a bill they claimed that I owed " three- don't touch them with a barge pole either!!' contacted three as the contract had expired, had already given them 30 days notice in writing that I didn't wish to renew it, which they ignored and after I had cancelled my DD these incompatent came after me, you cannot speak to them on the phone, it's an automated service, if you write to them they ignore it, paid the bill even though three agreed I didn't owe them it, and they have just sent another letter requesting the amount, I will be complaining to the FCA about them. Yep same automated reply! Surprise Surprise!

These fraudulent animals scammed me out of hundreds of pounds and are trying to get more. Somehow they have the same individual attending the phone who goes quiet when asked about the manager or other workers. What is the likelihood of that for a legitamite company? Near 0! Claims to pursuit undue debts from the legitamite E.ONext which we have nothing to do with.  They have already scammed us out of hundreds of pounds and keep persisting for more. I have therfore, now escalated this to involve the police and action fraud agency. The scam has been given credence by key fraudulent and spam indicators in the communications sent: Spelling and grammar mistakes highlighted in forwarded email from apparent debt collector company . Namely E.ON Next instead of eonnext. Same Call handler of 'past due credit solutions'  was reluctant to ameliorate the situation apart from revealing they have an incorrect date of birth for the individual they are harassing whom they don't even know the full name of. Instead they refer to him as 'B' which is a hallmark of scam communications. The format of letters and emails clearly seem abnormal in comparison to those from legitamite companies. Also, the persistent nature of harassment communications and automated email responses to complaints is demanding payments with phoney excuses for 'taking as longer that usual to respond to customer emails'. And you guessed it:' You may be able to completely resolve this matter online where you can Pay' I am now bothered enough to reclaim the scammed money!

The telephone is not manned. I keep receiving letters for the previous owners and there is no way to reach anyone at this company. No matter how long you stay on the singing telephone and no matter what time of day you call, you can't speak to anyone

What a bunch of Cowboys ! They claimed I owed 'E-on' for Dual fuel supply at my previous address, even though I had 'Smart Meters' installed. When I challenged them, all went quiet, but today I have received a letter from 'Wescot' Credit Services re the same. I will be looking into any affiliation between these two companies.

Non stop harassment from PDCS for he last 5 months, linking to Three, or so they say. Letters, emails, calls constantly. Automated messages. This makes me feel like I’m being scammed, randomly picked and targeted. Paid the settlement for my phone contract in April, they apparently didn’t receive the payment when it’s clearly on bank statements. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!! Targeting decent people and tricking them!!

I have been asked to pay almost £ 300 for a place where I lived 6 years ago, and within the time given, I was already living somewhere else and settled all last bills with the utility company. If you involve your lawyer to sort out the issue and explain that they are reaching out to the wrong person, to begin with, it would be more time-consuming and a high lawyer fee. I do not blame them until a point, but Scottish Energy sells wrong data.

When I phone at 17.00 on a Friday afternoon I expect a answer not to be on hold for the full hour before you close that is ridiculous, only for my to phone and say I just moved into the property last month aswell, this company need to pull there thumb out there ass! Also if this was someone in debt they would be using there credit up which could be used for better things to wait on hold for some incompetent company
