United Kingdom | 21 January 2020They started chasing me up after Christmas for a Spark Energy bill which had been cleared 7 months ago. They harassed me several times a day with calls, messages and emails. They also sent letters about "an important matter". That sounds like a big scam to me, I believe Spark and Pastdue Credit are fraudulent companies which try to take advantage of vulnerable people by harassing and threatening them. Those companies should be under investigation and should cease business. Thankfully I had proof of payments dating from 7 months ago so I was able to back myself up. They probably hope for people to have forgotten about previous bills and to not be able to defend themselves which elderly people might struggle to do. Shame on them!.

United Kingdom | 18 January 2020The option to rate no stars wasn't available kept on hold for 15minutes with no apologies in between, worst thing is I dont even owe the money as I had prepayment meters for my gas nd electric, no wonder Scottish power were fined for awful customer service.

United Kingdom | 03 January 2020Terrible company, chasing me for a bill I had already paid, & when I rang them to clear up the matter they refused to discuss unless I gave them personal details - phone no. date of birth etc. Ended up having to go back to the utility company to communicate with them and get them to stop. Incredibly unprofessional cowboys.

United Kingdom | 07 December 2019They harass, bully and threaten you. They refuse to answer any questions. They constantly break the Data Protection act. I now hope they take legal action against me, so it can be highlighted that they employ illegal methods to recover debts that cant be substantiated.

United Kingdom | 27 November 2019This company keeps ringing me and insisting they are Scottish Power. They refer to an account a previous occupant of my adress didnt pay. Scottish Power were fined and had to pay me compensation for harrasing me this involved the Ombudsman and courts. They sold to Pastdue but didnt tell them the history, Pastdue keep harassing me and if they turn up on the doorstep there will be damage done to their staff.

United Kingdom | 23 November 2019Because we have a name that is the same as someone in a totally different city with a totally different address and a totally different owner we are receiving demands from this company and they are impossible to contact.

John Stacey
United Kingdom | 22 November 2019Rude offered me a prepayment meter for a bill I'd paid before due date! Received bill on the 12/11/19, paid on 14/11/19 due date was 26/11/19!!!! They sent me a letter on 18th. When I contacted them they didn't want to listen just a quick sorry then have a meter fitted so this dont happen again. BILL PAID EARLY what didn't you understand?

United Kingdom | 20 November 2019This company is absolutely appalling. The fact they haven't been investigated is unbelievable. They have hung up on me twice, I have been sticking to my payment plan yet they keep adding extra charges and saying its Npower. Npower have even opened an investigation to prove they have not added extra charges. They are so aggressive and fraudulent. An absolute bunch of cowboys. Where is BBC watchdog rogue traders when you need them.

United Kingdom | 16 November 2019I what a load of arsholes

United Kingdom | 14 November 2019Absolute morons. Have sent me an email saying I need to contact them urgently regarding a debt. There is no information on the source of the debt. Have replied asking if at least they could tell me who the debt might be with and as I haven’t lived in the UK for some time and left with zero debt I find it unlikely. The Govt should be doing more to close clown companies like this down
