They were happy to pursue a non-existing debt at the request of John Lewis Broadband (who deserve their own review on a separate page). I received and responded to an unexpected harassing email from Pastdue Solutions in February and just a few weeks later received an overdue refund from JLB who had acknowledged fault for lack of service months before yet failed to action it on time. Nearly four months later in June, Pastdue Solutions found the time to respond to my email, not to apologise, but to ask for further proof from me so that they could resolve the matter with their client JLB. They were also kind enough to put the case 'on hold' for 28 days to give me time to respond. Conclusion: Instead of speaking to the companies they represent to obtain actual evidence that supports the claims before and during the 'case', they find it much more convenient to harass customers with baseless claims. Should not be allowed to operate.

Scammers!! joined up with 3. I returned a phone to 3 and cancelled my contact in time with no extra charges. 3 and they claim they they haven't received the phone and trying to claim £560. Stay away from 3 and these crooks. Looking into taking legal action.

Incredibly persistent, for a debt I never had. Impossible to “log on” to their portal as I haven’t made an account, can’t call due to COVID, and now they’re threatening further legal action? A little shocked to see so many people experiencing the same. I feel backed into a corner and have found no way of contacting them to rectify the issue. Stressed and harassed.

We are a letting agency - last July a new tenant moved into a commercial property - NPower were provided with the final meter reading verbally. FIve months later (Dec 2019) the final bill arrives but with estimated reading - we have tried to call NPower numerous times, have sent a complaint email attaching a dated photograph of the final meter reading and still they will not deal with it and re-send an amended bill - eventually requested a deadlock letter as we were getting nowhere with NPower - then NPower pass on the bill to PastDue with an additional charge of £50 for the privilege! Our landlord doesn't owe their final bill amount not to mention the additional £50. We are now in conversation with the Ombudsman and even having spoken to PastDue and having the account on hold we have been sent a Final Demand for payment - which is not owed! Would never recommend PastDue Nor NPOWER as neither know how to run a business correctly - can't believe they are still in business. We will be reporting PastDue to the FSA and NPower to OFGEM for their repeated failings.

Ignored my GDPR data request. Completely failing in their role as a data controller for my personal data they shouldn't even have in the first place. Truly a disgusting company.

CROOKS - I made a payment online via their website for £1600 for an electricity bill that was 2 weeks late, first transaction was declined and their website asked me to use another card. I used the other card, this also declined (even there was funds in both). Checked my bank statement and they took the payment from both cards, so I have paid them over £3000. Tried to call them, offices are closed until further notice due to COVID-19. So I have raised a fraud case with my bank.

Crooks Crooks Crooks! Tried to charge me over £250 for 40 days for a newly purchased property which had been occupied due to a complete renovation. moved to a new supplier after 40 days and was informed the meter readings submitted were wrong by the previous owners. It's in middle of dispute since I had a photographic evidence from the day I got keys to my house and when I moved supplier. I called them to correct this but was informed they are unable to accept the meter readings and had to be done through my new supplier, which has now been submitted for dispute. In the meantime while the dispute is taking place they have sent me several letters from PAST DUE CREDIT SOLUTION, saying I am overdue. But looking at their actions I do not wish to overpay for me to go through million phone calls to get my money back!. Tried emailing several times, said they would call back within 24 hours but no call back instead I keep getting overdue emails and letter. AVOID AT ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.! they do not work with you to solve the issue. I have been trying to solve it for 3 4 months and it is still ongoing. Also, I sent an email complaint but apparently they cannot accept it and has to be done via phone!

They have to be the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They are ready to take your money off you but when it comes to giving a refund they are nowhere in sight. I have been on hold for over 45 mins, yet they claim they are committed to giving good customer service. I paid my account off yesterday, but when I've checked it online today. its doubled and they now want more. I'm furious!

More threatening letters saying I haven't paid a penny, when I had a repayment plan set up over the internet and was up to date with payments. Phoned the 20 minute wait "Customer Helpline" only to be put through to the wrong department. Turns out they have my payment, but can't locate the payment plan. Absolute shambles of an organisation, and will be reporting them to the FCA.

Terrible company!! Tried to pay the outstanding amount via their website and online payment as it stated on their letter. Did it twice as it said it didn't work. Checked my bank balance, and it had gone through and they had held both payments for 3-5 days. So I then called them, went through the process with the customer service man, he said it hadn't gone through but they will hold it for 3-5 days. He THEN advised a bank transfer is the only way it will work. Why not just say that at the beginning or put it on the letter instead of holding people's money and leaving them out of pocket!? Refusing to pay until that money is back in my account, god knows if the bank transfer will even work!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Keep getting calls and letters but their autonated system doesn't work. After 10 years with Plusnet I changed to Sky. The swap over date was the 1st December at 12.00 noon. My monthly bill was £46 and Plusnet want £12 for these few hours. I disputed it and it went to these clowns that upped it to £14. They call around 3 times a day. You can't pay it as the automated sytem fails and it is unable to connect you to an operator as they are busy. Must have cost them far more than 14 quid chasing it in man hours.
