Endless phone calls and Chat with Three, speaking to someone in India on the other end. A so called contract I had with them when I had not. I now am reporting to OFCOM and OB

United Kingdom | 25 March 2024Total harassment from this company daily phone calls emails, i have no debt with three, i tried to contact them no email address, am not their customer, why they gave me a customer number?. They want me to log in to my account???, that I did never opened and once more again I AM NOT THEIR CUSTOMER! They harassing me. I don't own money for Three and I can prove it.

United Kingdom | 23 March 2024*SCAM* Just received a letter in the post from this ‘company’ claiming I owe money to my utility company from my previous address. My partner has logged into the account we used for this utility company and we have no outstanding balance to pay. How these people got hold of my previous address, current address and knew which water company we used is actually pretty scary. And also how on the back of the letter it gives an actual bank account number and sort code that we can pay this outstanding balance to is clearly not a good sign. I will not be paying these people anything and pray that nobody else does either. But I’m aware that a lot of people wouldn’t even question it as anything but legit.

Using the Customer ID number 28612137 they had provided, I was able to access the persons account and see their outstanding debt and their personal details. I called to inform them but ironically they wouldn't speak to me because of security. I have escalated this GDPR breach to the ICO.

I've had enough noone getting anything as I owe nothing now past due credit do your own research on my case

United Kingdom | 12 March 2024I keep getting texts from a random mobile number, phone calls and letters from Past Due saying I owe HMRC £1000. I logged on to my HMRC self assessment account, that showed zero due. When I called HMRC, they confirmed that I owe them nothing, they did not appoint this company to collect any money and to NOT give this company any personal details as they're probably scammers. If you're ever unsure, always contact the client, in my case HMRC, before you give out any personal details and PAY THEM NOTHING.

United Kingdom | 12 March 2024Be careful everyone - scammers! They have hounded me about an outstanding OVO bill which was paid in full. I have no debts with OVO. I contacted OVO directly regarding this and they said for me to report this company to the police as its a scam!

United Kingdom | 11 March 2024If I could give zero that would be a compliment ! I am a Landlord and I have been sent a demand for £275 which has risen over 4 months to £360. They say it’s for one of my rentals but they Eon Next were given both end and new tenants details. They have had the details at least 9 times and are still trying to tie me to the debt. I asked them for the usual detailed invoice but no response. They say the past tenants details are no longer available on the system. They just dodge every question with an excuse and harass every other day by text or email or post. The latest one is they say they cannot discuss because I sent information from a different email address but they have responded to both my addresses before because my referral was the account number. I am now going to try to ask for advice from the Police, I’m convinced it is cyber crime.

United Kingdom | 11 March 2024BE AWARE!! I recieved a letter saying I owed my three money, I pay my bills on time. Contacted my3 and they told me to ignore fraudulent messages from anyone. Messages and letters lol like everyone else, they don’t pick up the phone and bombard you with text messages. Keep it going I will report you to the police.
