Chased for a debt of corporation tax, they chased us for it for months after we had actually paid it direct to HMRC! We tried to get through to them but there SMS system was that horrendous that we wasted 5 hours trying to verify that we are directors of the company. Eventually got through via phone, to be given varying excuses, in which they tried to tell me that our payment to HMRC wouldn’t count and that we would still need to pay them! Spoke to HMRC who told us that they had informed PDCS that the debt was paid month ago!

AVOID! AVOID! They steal your money!!!! My last payment was a direct debit and after 10 days they still not see the payment. I spoke with my bank and the payment was successful . I sent them a bank statement as a proof… They don’t answer to the emails because they know they are stealing money!!!

As per the other reviews, I suspected this to be a scam. Mine cited a debt from HMRC which I (am still sure I) had paid, however, I called HMRC direct before doing anything, and after 18min on hold (a new speed record!) I was told yes, this is legit. This was a debt from a miscalculation back in 2017 - that's right, SEVEN YEARS ago. Despite having paid other miscalculations between then and now, that debt had been ciphoned off to be sold on at a later date, and that date was now. Anyway, not a scam this time. I logged into the Past Due Credit Solutions website via the SIGN IN button (the make a payment button seemed all sorts of dodgy). Provided the details on the letter which brought up my personal details, the debt amount and the source, along with methods of payment schemes and single payments. All online. I paid in one payment, screengrabbed all the info, and have saved it for when HMRC tell me I haven't paid it again in 2031. Always call the source first to confirm it's not an error. But re: PastDue experience? So far, totally pain free besides the loss of money.

Never heard of this company till I got a random text saying I owed money to b/gas . Rang them up to see what it was about , but got no joy and went round in circles as they wouldn’t disclose info until I could prove it was me . “Due to data protection “. Even though they had my name , number , and some ref no they sent . I told them due to my data protection I wouldn’t give any more info , could smell a scam a mile away and didn’t want my credit rating affected so I Contacted b/gas about this and they stated they don’t even deal with this company and not to worry . After numerous calls and texts they are still hassling me even I spoke to them again to stop , and would be reporting them . Ignore or report these charlatans.💩💩💩💩💩

I don't really understand all the negative reviews! I had a tax rebate from HMRC who then decided I shouldn't have received it. They passed the debt to PDCS and I arranged to pay it back over 12 months, it took one conversation and it was sorted, no follow up annoying phone calls or unwanted letters. All good!

Received letters through the post, stating we owed money for outstanding electric and gas bills with British Gas. Both of the letters were addressed to a neighbours property but in my name. Contacted British Gas who said we didn’t owe anything. Contacted past due credit solutions back who said to get it resolved we needed to send a copy of our tenancy agreement (we don’t have a tenancy agreement as we own our property) they then asked for copies of our electric and gas agreements with addresses and extra info etc.. their calls and emails and letters read and sound legit but after alot of research it led me here and it would seem there are many experiences All the same or similar. I guess if you know you don’t owe any money and youve contacted your provider who can confirm you don’t, then ignore the letters, emails and calls and block them.

Scam, avoid. They do not answer your call, my address is wrong (Three have my correct address), and my debt with Three was paid off years ago. Ignore. DO NOT give them your money

Beware: Pastdue Credit Solutions—A SCAM Pastdue Credit Solutions is a company to steer clear of at all costs. They inundated me with letters claiming I owed an outstanding balance to HMRC, a claim that was entirely fabricated. It's essential to always verify such claims directly with the main provider, as these letters are often attempts at fraud. Don't fall victim to their schemes. Stay vigilant and avoid Pastdue Credit Solutions at all costs.

Being hounded by them for a supposed outstanding bill from OVO. They must have bought this supposed debt from LCDS who gave up when I supplied bills from OVO to them proving debt to be false. Nightmare to contact, as cannot reply to texts they send and I refuse to take their "security test" on phone as I do not have an "account" with them. Want to reply by e-mail as then I have a record of exactly what was done.

Whatever I do I cannot speak to anyone on your phone who is allowed to use their own common sense to report what I am trying to tell your company for your benefit. I am a retired Chartered Accountant who tries to not only help the people you are chasing but also your company to save you time. If you bother to call me on the number you have then I can tell you your problems . I don’t expect an answer so will wait for you to send the bailiff round again or keep calling/ emailing/texting waisting your time & money as I do not intend to keep trying to speak to you but you don’t come back to Me. Don’t blame your staff who have to answer the phone- It’s your system !

I was contacted by pastdue credit by mail. The letter that they sent me said I owed OVO energy money from an address that I didn't live at during the dates mentioned on the letter. I got in touch with OVO energy and was told I didn't owe them any money. Before contacting OVO energy I disputed the matter with pastdue and was told the account was on hold for 30 days. Immediately in the following days I received emails almost every day and a text message too which I ended up blocking. They are aggressive in their choosing of words stating "you need to resolve this matter as soon as possible". Even after i had contacted OVO energy. Pastdue even emailed me and texted me to tell me they have sent me a letter about the account. The text message being sent after I had spoken to OVO and being told I didn't owe them anything and OVO told me their would be no more correspondence from pastdue. I'm going to make one more phone call then block their emails and put any letter I get in the bin.

I spoke to their representative John about my situation, he was understanding and listened, and using common sense reached a decision and formulated a plan based on the present dilemma I am facing. At last someone showing some sort of empathy

SUSPECTED SCAM. Just got a letter from them, with my name spelled incorrectly, claiming I owe Scottish Power for a period after I'd closed my account and moved out. I'm not sure how they know when I'd moved out as the date was the same as when I closed the account, but on contacting Scottish Power I was told there is indeed zero debt linked to my account. Very suspicious. I'll be completely ignoring them, and

DO NOT ENTERTAIN THESE MUPPETS. Claiming they are recovering an outstanding debt from OVO/SSE. Provided tenancy agreement and proof of address prior to tenancy and still claiming there is a debt owed for a period before I occupied property. When challenged over the phone and referred to all evidence the line conveniently cuts off. Will be reporting to OFCOM and whoever else needs to be made aware of this SCAM and will go back to original provider. Do not waste an ounce of your energy

They send me automated letters and text messages for money I do not owe. HMRC lack of processing is the issue. I'm a pensioner and these communications arrive but when I send them messages to clarify they are ignored and the automated letters and texts continue.
