Never received my order 😡 still waiting

This company is a SCAM! I ordered a DVD 2 years ago and I am still waiting for it.You cannot contact them. They have blocked my emails BEWARE!

Karibaa disconnected their landline and no response on emails. Order ID: #000007436 purchase in April still waiting

I have ordered in April and not received delivery of spiritual book after a confirmation email that order no. 000007530 has been processed and will be with me soon. upon checking historic correspondence I realised I had made another order in November 2022 #000001669, which had not been delivered. i tried their number in vain, sent emails that are later returned undelivered. This is clearly not how business is run. i suspect a scam. We provided my home address, hoping I am safe!!

I have 2 orders outstanding. And there is no way to contact them. Never use them SAMMERS

This is a Scam, I have now been waiting 6 months for my order. After mails and mails with no reply. I would presume it is time to go to the Police and make a fraud case, in the hope that they can prevent them from stealing from more people. This seems to be a trend.

Avoid Karibaa! They are scammers. I never received my order of a book. When I sent them a query email, they replied with a snotty email, stating "Read our terms and conditions".

Just do not use this website. You won't receive your order and the communication is non existent... They don't respond to emails and the phone number is just a recording. Don't waste your time and money

Absolutely shocking! Ordered and paid for 2 books 4.5 months ago. Still haven't received them, no response to my emails. They say delivery takes 10 - 30 business days. Still waiting for notification of shipment. Must be a scam!

Karibaa the absolutly WORST!!! Ordered Nov 2022 Complaint March 2023 Promises, Promises, Promises In June 2023 - STILL NOTHING All, please NEVER NEVER NEVER use Karibaa they are just promises but no deliveries.

Ordered a book mid March 2023. They said it was held up at customs and would arrive early May. I'm still waiting and no response whatsoever to emails. Lost over R300. So, don't use them, ever. Thanks

Placed an order beginning of March 22 was supposed to be delivered in 10-30 working days, then to be dispatched week of 19 May and now they stopped responding. Wish I read the reviews before I placed the order but won't make that mistake again, and letting everyone know this is a scam website, won't get the products or a refund!

I ordered a book and don’t get any reply on either emails or phone calls, this business does not have a ligament address since I was planning to drive there. This does therefore suggest that this is a fraudulent business, my order 6889.

Order nr 3482. I ordered a book on Rhodesian war on 3 January 2023. I paid by eft and has not received anything to date. I made numerous phone calls and remain nr 1in line without any consultant responding. If you send an e mail to karibaa.com you receive an insignificant e mail that a ticket was opened and a representative will respond in 48 hours. No joy whatsoever.

I feel like I'm being scammed here.ordered on 28-03-2023 till today nothing I'm being fooled

I ordered a book on 26 April. Was promised delivery in week of 15 May. Have been trying to contact them since Friday the 19th. No joy.

Order number # 000007407 Shocking service - I ordered a book needed by a member of staff 6 weeks ago and we are way past expected delivery date. Surprise, surprise, no answer on the phone or email no matter how many times you try! No idea how to get the book here or a refund instead. I do not recommend this site at all - in hindsight it seems like a scam site

This company is not legitimate and should be investigated, reading all the reviews. I ordered 4 books, it took months to be delivered then only 2 arrived, I was told i would get refunded but a month later they have not responded to my emails, you cant call them as their IVR just goes round and round,

I placed an order #7722 and have not received the product, which was for my daughter's birthday. I have tried emailing as well as many calls but no response at all other than the automated response to respond within 48 hours. This is incredibly disappointing and today I see their website is not working either. I would like a refund for non delivery of my parcel.
