I purchased this product, albeit for only R132.00 pay for it on PAYFAST get email telling me out of stock. Now PAYFAST have my bank details, SO WHY must I give it again to get a refund... Complete incompetent staff... NEVER answer their phone... cannot speak to a PERSON.... NEVER call back after requesting them to do so.... SO VERY VERY SAD....

South Africa | 20 February 2021Thieving company! ORDER 000017353 Out of stock items are only refunded 60-90 days! Firstly, how do you take funds out of reserve when you don't have the goods?! Secondly, 60-90 days is unacceptable, you're legit stealing money! WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK NOW!!!! SEE THAT IT HAPPENS IMMEDIATELY! Buyers beware! This is a fraudulent company, look at their other reviews. They don't have stock of the products that's on their so-called website. They take your (and other people's) money, hold on to it for 2 or 3 months - that's how they make their money, interest drawn from other people's money. This is NOT a legit e-commerce website!

South Africa | 10 December 2020I placed an order 4 Sept, was told delivery would be 5 to12 Oct. In Nov. as no info on delivery, I asked for a refund. I gave bank details and was told they would be forwarded to the finance team. Despite several emails with no response and phone line permanently busy, to date (10 Dec.) no refund. I regret ever being taken in by this company.

When it didn't reach me on the scheduled delivery window I contacted them to find out they couldn't get the product. They offered me a refund some 4 weeks ago. I still haven't received it despite many assuraces I would after almost daily emails. They don’t answer their phone either. I can easily assume that the company is insolvent and no longer trading legaly, whilst they are still accepting payment for orders they have no intentions of fullfilling. This is fraud! 😡

Their line wont go through. This is a very bad service. Would like to know where i can report this case because i feel robbed.

The only reason they take long to deliver was because of the lockdown restrictions around the world, we live in difficult times, not only you but everyone! So start being a bit more patient to those who just wants to help and do their best!

I ordered in July, I'm getting monthly automated emails saying it's on its way. Phone lines aren't working, email addresses are bouncing and no response to online chats. Final attempt before I report them, Shaakira... can you please track down Order ID #000009702?

It's weeks later since and they still have not refunded me after many emails exchange. They keep apologising and telling me to wait 7 days. I don't trust them, at all.

Ordered and paid for an item that was in stock on the 26th September 2020 (order number 000014243) I was later told its out of stock? A month later today, I'm still waiting for my refund. They are no longer responding to emails. No one picks up the call either...Guess I've been scammed.

South Africa | 20 October 2020I have placed an order and paid the amount of R 420.00 on 03/10/2020, the order number: 000014650. After sending messages via the site have had no response and it seems I will not receive my goods nor my money back. What I find very disturbing is that you do get fraudsters still after our money, I'm a disabled pensioner living in a home. Our grant obviously goes to the centre to assist supporting us, we do light work and receive a pittance of R 500.00 a month. I paid almost my entire income for the item and has had absolutely no response at all. Gathering from the other reviews you won't even receive your money back, which once again will send me on a far and wide hunt to purchase what I need, however they said it was in stock! Thank you for being fraudsters!
