Two days later I received another e-mail from them, they are out of stock and will do a refund and for me to supply banking details, witch I dit. After numerous e-mails, till today 21/10/2022 no stock and no refund. They also do not respond on new e-mails, they just ignore me. So I really think it is to safe to say thy are one hell of a scamming business, robbing people of earnestly earned money to feed their greed. If every one with the same experience come together we might be able to close them down and jailed for their stealing from the innocent .You are more than welcome to contact me so that we can unite against them and make a class action against them

Ive placed an order on 19th May 2022. They emailed me to say I will receive it on 13th June. By June I received an email saying there is a delay, but they will keep me updated. Ive sent numerous emails, with only the outamated response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I placed my order (order #000026276) to the value of R900 on 14 June 2022. I was promised that I would be receiving the item during the week of the 11th of July 2022. Then after queries I were advised during the week of 29 August 2022 I would be receiving the order. To date, 21 Sep 2022, I've still not received my order even though I got a confirmation email that it would arrive during the week of 29 Aug. Tried calling but got voicemail that the messaging service is full and emails are no longer responded to by support(at) karibaa.com. Very concerned about this…. Pls Mr. Karibaa, contact me and let me know what is your plan of action and what the real ETA is for delivery of my parcel. I would also appreciate the tracking numbers, internationally and locally.

I ordered 6 shadow boxes In April this year. To date I have received 1! I have sent numerous emails and been told that it will be delivered but I still have no confirmation as to when I will receive what I have paid for or be refunded? Ridiculous!

Scam. Do not order from this site. Order placed and never received. A refund was promised and nothing to date months later . Now no replies to any emails. Do not support these thieves

Please do not order from this company - they are not reliable. Paid alot of money and never received the goods. Phones not working. A coloured lady answered once and never came back to me. Their is no names or contact details on emails. The email replies that you do get back is the same all the time. It has been 4 months and no response or positive outcome.

This website is a scam. I ordered a fire tool set on the 17 June 2022. Order Number: 000026416 I was emailed a quote and given an account to pay into. We then wanted to increase the qty so we paid for additional 2 fire tool sets. I emailed them to inform them of the additional qty required. They told me they would not be able to increase the qty on the order as it had already been processed but they would refund me the additional money paid if i sent them my banking details. after many emails and phone calls ... it is now the 23rd of August. I do not have my original order ... nor have i been refunded for the additional money paid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A minus rating would be even better. They are a bunch of thieving liars. Stay as far away from this horrible bunch as possible.

This "online shop" is total scam. You place an order only to receive an email later stating it is out of order and to supply banking details for refund. I gave it through, and 2 months (04 May)and numerous emails later still no refund or any updates or feedback. Stay away from these people. I ordered two wine racks in May and was told they would arrive in the week of 20th June. Surprise surprise, no arrival or communication, when the order was queried the date moved to 19th July. I cancelled the order and was told to send bank details, they bounced off their server. Called and was informed they would keep 35% of my payment so have instituted legal action but am not holding my breath as I can see from all the negative reviews that this company is a total scam. I reiterate after seeing Karibaa’s response that this company is a total scam, keeping 35% for doing absolutely nothing! They were supposed to refund into my attorney’s trust account over a week ago but still nothing to date.

I also been fighting this scammers for the last year and they also been sending me all excuses and money will be refunded in 72 hours etc. Is anyone winning with this scammers? or what can we all do to get this scumbags?
