Order 000014496. I ordered and paid on the 1st August. The following day they inform the client they don't have stock of his "surprise", good one Karibaa???? It's now 6 weeks and no refund yet,

Giving Karibaa a one is too much! there should be a minus score!!! you took over R8800 from me and delivered half my order with no sight of the rest. now you dont respond to anything i send!!! i am now in the painstaking process of opening a fraud case against this company to save other customers the hassle of having the same experience!!

Experienced the exact same aggravating spiel as majority customers on this site, Ordered coffee machine, after payment informed on insane lengthy leadtime, 4 weeks down the line they noticed item out of stock, then accepted refund which supposedly takes 7-10 working days to process, That was nearly a month ago - not a word/cent from Karibaa since. REQUIRE REFUND ON ORDER #000012059. KARIBAA WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really bad unacceptable service. Only receive an email on 02/10/2020 that order #000014460 has been updated with a status of PAID. And there start the problem when logging into my account at Karibaa I can not trace my order I send emails no reply. When reading all the reviews on Karibaa I should have read the reviews first before order or pay anything for Karibaa. But I am not going to leave this. Going to report then.

Do Not order from these people. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for an item they had in stock. The payment was processed through payfast. I did not receive a order confirmation from karibaa and have been trying to reach them ever since. Multiple times by email, phone... None of the numbers are answered and their live on line help. I have to date received NO Reply and no product! This is a total scam! Please learn from my mistake!

Ordered a product in August which was said to be out of stock and a refund is being processed. October now and still waiting for a refund, and my emails are being ignored!

It seems everyone buying from Karibaa are experiencing the exact problem. You order and then get a message that the product is out of stock!! How can a portal like Fastpay allow a company like this? I had to give my banking details for a refund, but up to now has not received anything. They do not answer their phone, it goes onto a voice message. Bad bad bad. Something has to be done against them and force them to remove their online sales.

KARIBAA - what a SCAM - never buy anything from them - They DO NOT DELIVER - this site is a SCAM. I ordered item on 26 Aug 2020 for R490 - they responded to say - Item no longer available - so i said REFUND me - am still waiting for the REFUND. NO ONE answers their phone number. THIS SITE IS A SCAM.

PATHETIC SERVICES EMPTY PROMISES Order 10892 I placed an order online at Karibaa on the 4th of August, as a gift for a baby shower dated for 16th of September. I received an update to receive my order 17th to 24th August, every since the date had been changed 7th to 14th September, and lastly week of 28 September. NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE THAT THE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK, I do have understanding for the Covid Pandemic, but please take note I don not want this any more, the baby is already 4 weeks old, and will not utilize this to the best potential. You blocked me on your whatsap number and do not reply on further emails or facebook messengers or phone calls. I did report you to hello peter page and I was totally shock with all the many bad reviews and problems dealing with Karibaa. I am going to report you also with the ombudsman. Please I need a total refund urgently, although theirs a lot of customers waiting more then 2 weeks after agreed from your side on a refund,,,

I placed an order online at Karibaa.com on 26 September 2020 and promptly received a proof of payment. However, I have not yet received a confirmation of order or any other communication from them. I have tried calling their customer service number and no one picks up, just a very badly recorded voice recording. I have emailed 3 times to the customer service email address and no response. They have R1800 of mine and I don't know how to either receive the product I ordered, or get a refund. This is now 16 October 2020. I have received a full refund for the item I had ordered which was no longer in stock. So, after all, not that bad...

Can someone please explain to me why you have a contact number and support email when no one bothers to attend to a customer? You have a website with is utter nonsense, the system states 'no orders were placed' yet I have an order number and proof of payment. This company is the most unprofessional service provider I know. 1. My order number is 000014479, I request a tentative date as to when this order will be delivered? If not, I expect a refund as the soonest. 2. I want a direct contact number of a manager or superior of the company
