When I had a special request regarding a bit complicated reservation, the response took a while, but the matter was resolved positively and to my full satisfaction.

BOEK hier NIET. U wordt OPGELICHT. Ik heb voor het hele gezin een hotel geboekt. We hebben toch besloten voor een andere locatie te gaan en na 1 dag heb ik geannuleerd. Binnen 7-10 dagen zou ik het geld terugkrijgen maar ook hier alleen maar excuses. Ik schakel nu de credit card company in. En hoop dat ik dit forse bedrag snel terugkrijg anders kan ik niets anders boeken. Waardeloos dit!

hotel price, easy and quick reservation

I wrote a great review about how great the service I received. Right after the review posted I find out this company booked my reservation and took my money. They have not paid the resort and my reservation has been cancelled. I demand someone contact me. Either pay the resort or refund me my money. I should have trusted the other reviews. You guys need to fix this problem.

Ease of booking and confirmation.

I booked with prestigia for a hotel in Strasbourg. I was worried by reviews I read on line and became superbly stressed and emailed them in a panic wanting confirmation etc. Everything was fine, I contacted the hotel who confirmed the booking, and due to paranoia again before leaving for France. So I wish I hadn’t looked and read all the reports from those with bad experiences. I paid as per offer, easy contact via email and hotel exactly as per their website/prestigia, and no problems with any payments or otherwise. So I hope this helps people that read negative reviews. And no I’m not sponsored or made up, I’m someone that got unnecessarily worried by the reviews and simply saying it was all fine.

I made my reservation on 3/17/25 to the Westgate Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Nv. I had to cancelled due to a Family Emergency the very next day 3/18/25 and they charged Me 64% of the total, I'm still waiting for my refund 4/08/25 I've called 3 times talked to 3 different people and They don't know when they going to give me my refund back.

Prestigia states that refunds from free cancellations will be posted within 7-10 business days, but that is a lie. They take longer than 10 business days frequently with no legitimate excuse as to why, as you can read in more reviews below, and I advise disputing the charge with your bank.
