United Kingdom | 17 January 2025Fraudulent Company! Do not use them. Rated 1 out of 5 stars Not sure how are they allowed to run a scam business. You will end up chasing them countless times for your money in case you need a refund. I booked a hotel stay on Dec 12 for a 6 nights in July 2025 which was fully refundable until 2 July 2025. I cancelled my booking two days later on the 14th December and received a confirmation email stating that I will receive full refund within 7-10 business days. I have emailed them several times in the last Few weeks asking when my money will be refunded and every time received same standard respond saying “We understand the delay has been longer than expected, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be assured that we are doing our best to expedite this matter” It has been 21 business days since I cancelled my booking and still no sign of a refund. I initially got this “great deal” through Prestigia using Trivago. Next I am going to contact my bank to report disputed transaction as i paid by mastercard and also let Trivago know that they have a fraudulent company advertising through them which is not good for their reputation.

United Kingdom | 17 January 2025Do not use this company. I wish I had seen other reviews before booing a hotel through Prestigia. I am still waiting for a refund after 4 weeks. The terms state refunds are paid within 7-10 days. They are witholding my £1500 GBP and I have been force to do a credit card chargeback.

Germany | 16 January 2025Vorsicht bei Buchungen mit Prestigia! Hotelbuchung wurde 2 x abgebucht. Auf Nachfrage, wann der zu viel entrichtete Betrag denn gutgeschrieben wird, erhalte ich die immergleichen, standardisierten E-Mail Nachrichten - wir werden nur hingehalten aber es passiert nichts. Finger weg!

France | 14 January 2025J'ai réservé auprès de l'entreprise Prestigia (Prestigia Ltd, uite 4, 4 Giro's passage, GIBRALTAR, GX11 1AA, GI, GICO 109169-51.) une chambre à l'hôtel Charlemagne à Lyon (France) en mars 2024 pour 2 nuits (6 et 7 novembre). Réservation 1534806. Arrivée à l'hôtel, il s'avère qu'ils n'ont aucune réservation à notre nom. Prestigia ne leur a pas transmis la réservation. J'ai eu à payer une nouvelle fois la chambre auprès de l'hôtel (facture jointe). L'hôtel a confirmé de plus travailler avec eux depuis 2021. Nous avons pris attache de Prestigia pour remboursement. Or malgré plusieurs échanges d'emails, ils ne nous remboursement pas et semble coutumier du fait (voir avis sur internet). Plainte déposée ce jour. Ne réservez pas avec eux, ils vendent des chambres sans travailler avec les hôtels ! Note : remboursé le 20/01/2025 soit 1 mois et demi après la demande de remboursement, une dizaine d'échange de mails, une plainte déposée... A noter que le siège est à Gibraltar mais il semblerait que ce soit une simple boîte postale... Pas de recours possible à Gibraltar... Évitez cette société ! Note : suite à votre réponse du 21/01/2025, arrêté de mentir. L'hotel m'a confirmé ne plus travailler avec vous depuis 2 ans. En outre il n'y a pas eu de surbooking car ils avaient des chambres de dispo !

Il 29 luglio 2024 ho annullato una prenotazione, effettuata tramite Prestigia.com, rientrando nei termini previsti per l'annullamento gratuito con rimborso totale di quanto pagato. Dopo ben 3 SOLLECITI da me effettuati al loro Servizio Clienti ( il 21.08.2024 - il 27.09.2024 e il 08.11.2024) a tutt'oggi 13.01.2025 non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso dovuto!! Sono più di 5 MESI DI ATTESA!! Altro che i 3-5 GG lavorativi che dicono loro! La risposta di Prestigia alle mie mail è sempre la stessa; che stanno elaborando il rimborso...senza parole...

Austria | 13 January 2025Can I give ZERO? I am waiting on my refund now for THREE month and I am getting only excuses, that the supervisor orvthe manager is involved. For 97 Euro? What a joke. I am 100% sure I will never see the money, although the hotel showed my the e mail they sent for the refund and I have signed paper by the hotel that they approved the refund . I have received 50 mails and most of them ask je to rate their performance. I would laugh if it wasn't so sad. STAY AWAY and use Booking I have booked over 100 times with booking, never had a problem I HAVE RECEIVED OVER 30!!! MAILS of Prestigia.com and all full of excuses!!!! FINANCE, SUPERVISOR, MANAGEMENT... IS INVOLVED FOR MY ISSUE. 97 EUR, I have signed documents by the hotel that they approved the refund. Unbelievable

Netherlands | 13 January 2025Trap niet in die leuke prijzen! Ik voel me opgelicht! Op 21 december heb ik een hotel geboekt op Curacao. Vervolgens ben ik daar diezelfde dag naar toe gevlogen, maar kon ik niet in het hotel. Prestigia had de boeking geannuleerd, door problemen in beschikbaarheid. Raar want er waren nog veel kamers te boeken... In de mail met de annulering stond dat ik mijn geld met 8-10 werkdagen zou ontvangen, maar ik heb nog steeds geen cent gezien. Ik voel me behoorlijk opgelicht en zal dus een gerechtelijk proces moeten starten voor de 2000 euro die ik nu kwijt ben.

They advised they notified us of the cancellation and offered an alternative, that we declined! That is an absolute lie! No mention of this when we called them on the 19th! More lies to cover their backs! They also said the refund has been issued. It hasn’t! And as for offering a compensatory voucher! What makes you think we would want to use you again after this experience! Now issue the refund and reimburse the extra costs we incurred! You are a disgrace and I am flabbergasted by your response and utter lies! And you have the audacity to come Back again with absolute lies! Still no refund!

Italy | 13 January 2025Ho due prenotazioni su Prestigia, una fatta per il 4 settembre... e vi saprò dire, una al 17 settembre sempre 2025, su cui ho notato che contrariamente alla prima,(stesso hotel) c'è una dicitura sospetta "ulteriore tassa".. al che ho chiesto delucidazioni e mi confermano che l'importo è dovuto e che avrei dovuto guardare meglio perché era scritto.... e beh,.. certo che cera scritto, una volta che è arrivata la conferma e dopo il pagamento l'ho letta anche io, ma sinceramente avrò prenotato 1000 hotel con Booking e non mi è MAI capitato, ho voluto provare Trivago la quale mi ha indicato Prestigia.com che non conoscevo, fin'ora esperienza non piacevole

In my refund email it says refunds should be processed within 7-10 days but it is well over that period now. The booking was a free cancellation option. Regards

Despite receiving a confirmation email and full payment being processed, my reservation was never communicated to the hotel. Upon arrival, I was left stranded without a room and spent over eight hours trying to resolve the issue. Their customer service was unhelpful, providing vague responses and no concrete solutions, all while I incurred additional costs from repeated international phone calls. Prestigia.com’s failure to deliver on their promises, combined with their lack of accountability and poor customer support, makes them an unreliable platform for booking accommodations. I strongly advise others to avoid using their services to prevent similar stressful and costly experiences.

Dopo aver cancellato, in tempo utile, la prenotazione di un hotel, a distanza di due mesi e mezzo, non sono stato ancora rimborsato. Evitate questo sito. La risposta che mi viene data da ottobre è la stessa riportata qui sotto.. " abbiamo elaborato il suo rimborso..."....credo che a distanza di tre mesi, questo rimborso sarebbe già dovuto essere visibile nel mio conto.. poche parole.. evitate di prenotare tramite questo sito.. non esiste nessuna cancellazione gratuita ma soltanto dei truffatori

Agradecería que me proporcionaran una actualización específica sobre el estado actual del proceso y un plazo estimado para la finalización del mismo. For 8 weeks I am now awaiting a refund, and have been informed a refund has been issued in 7 different emails, however no refund given. I will be taking them to court. Avoid at all costs, total scam and incompetent company.

A pesar de que el hotel se comprometió a no realizar el cargo, ellos no nos han devuelto el dinero, se han quedado con nuestro dinero, estafan al cliente y al hotel, son unos ladrones sin ningún tipo de escrúpulo. J'ai réservé deux chambres, arrivés à l'hôtel une seule chambre était disponible ! Les 2 chambres ont pourtant été encaissées. Et depuis (nous sommes le 23/12/2024) aucun remboursement n'est arrivé, malgré des échanges de mails réguliers. Des demandes de justificatifs dans tous les sens... Bilan nous avons payé 3 chambres... à prix d'or !!!

Every time I call, they give me the same excuse YOUR REFUND will be receiving it in the next few days but those days never come. Now they’ve stopped responding altogether. This company is untrustworthy and operates in bad faith. They take your money, fail to deliver what was promised and then make you run in circles if you ask for a refund. It’s beyond frustrating!!!!! and they need to be legally stopped from scamming others Please don’t make the mistake I did and please stay far away from this company!
