Norway | 08 December 2024Scam, fake and stealing your money! Do not book with Prestigia. I booked and canceled shortly after because of the negative reviews. They took my money from my credit card right away. They said they will refund within 3-5 days. It was 3 weeks ago and still no refund!! When i called the customer service they said they are going to escalate my case…just be patient. But they said that 4 times now and still no refund. It is a scam company. I called my bank and they are going to take care of it, luckily I have used my credit card. They are stealing from people. Please don’t do any business with them! Someone should shoot down this company. Horrible experience.

Mexico | 08 December 2024Hola, yo hice una reserva con número ID 5047287, la cual cancelé al día siguiente, la empresa ha incumplido totalmente el acuerdo de reembolso, ya les he enviado varios correos y me responden que están trabajando en ello pero sin ningún resultado, veo que mi caso no es el único, voy para un mes de mi cancelación y sigo en espera, uno no se espera que una empresa aparentemente confiable actúe de ésta manera, estoy muy decepcionada!

United States | 07 December 2024They failed to disclose hidden fees, such as resort fees or VAT charges, and even charged me twice for a single transaction. Furthermore, their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered among travel apps. To make matters worse, they are flagged as high-risk by credit card companies. Also, I should mention that getting your refund from them is not easy. You will be forced to go through a dispute process at the end of the day.

Le pire c'est qu'ils vont laisser un commentaire disant que le remboursement vient d'être effectué alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Je leur écris tous les jours je les appelles mais rien n'y fait. C'est une vraie honte.

Denmark | 05 December 2024Don’t book with Prestigia – you will never get your money back, even if you cancel before the cancellation deadline. They repeatedly promise to refund you within 3-5 business days. However, in my case, after 20 emails, two months, and countless promises, all I’ve received are bad excuses. If you still choose to book with them and later need to cancel, I’m sorry to say it’s on you—consider this your warning. NB: Prestigia has ONLY refunded me 50%, NOT the full 100% as they claim!!! They make promises again and again, but you will NEVER get your money back. It’s your money, not theirs which they don’t understand! Once again, never book with Prestigia!

United States | 03 December 2024Just like other customer reviews, prestigia failed to deliver a timely refund, stopped responding to emails and response with customer service was they would escalate it to the financial department and their manager however, they would not let me talk to them either. Eventually disputed on credit card.. obviously company is having problems if they cannot issue timely refunds. Stay away or risk losing your money. Update: The response by Prestigia is similar to their email responses before they stop responding. Showing concern and assuring you they are working diligently to get you your refund. All lip service, just dispute it on your card.

United Kingdom | 01 December 2024i booked a hotel on the 2/10/2024 with this company, they instantly claimed the full amount of £3851.04 for the hotel accommodation for the 7-14th nov 2024 i received confirmation that the booking was secure but 12 days later ( after booking flights) prestigia advised that the accommodation was not available !, i contacted the hotel directly and was informed they did have my booking confirmed but the travel agent had cancelled it !! I took this up with prestigia but they denied they had cancelled the hotel reservation even though i sent them the hotel confirmation as proof ! Prestigia informed me they would refund my £3851.04 but 2 months on i am still waiting for my refund, i have chased this multiple times but prestigia just keep saying they have escalated the matter to higher management bla bla bla ! i have now had to make a claim to my card provider , i would strongly advise against using this company !!

Germany | 29 November 2024Scam. Refund not issued. Refund conditions were “full refund within 3-5 days of cancellation at least 48hrs before booking” Cancelled 7 days before booking (2Nov). One month later - no refund £235 Customer service are quick to answer the calls but they are inveterate (paid) liars. There was always a delay to refunding me which was always “being escalated”. Referred to VISA to pursue. Total scam. UPDATE: as you can see from the reply below, Prestigia are claiming to have processed the refund. LIE. It is now 11DEC and NO REFUND has been received by my bank … I’m still pursuing the claim through VISA. UPDATE: 21Dec still no refund received despite Prestigia claiming to have processed the refund. They simply lie to you on the phone - shameless!

DO NOT book with them they are con artists. Finally now have resorted to raising to my bank and police to get my money back. Same robot response here, as I get to my emails. You do not fool anyone, just pay my money it’s be over 3 weeks despite you saying 3-5 days. You are frauds

Escribo hace dos días diciendo que no me hicieron el reembolso tras pasar un mes de la reserva y contestan por aquí, a través de trustpilot, diciendo que ya lo han hecho. ES UNA ABSOLUTA MENTIRA ACTUALIZO: 02/12/2024: No contestéis por aquí diciendo que habéis hecho reembolso porque es mentira. Qué bien se os da copiar y pegar el mismo mensaje falso todo el rato.

Update: I'm receiving only promises that you are working on resolving the refund issue (I really don't konw what is your issue !!) such as what you mentioned in your reply now .. you even stopped replying to my emails !! It seems the only way is to claim my money through MasterCard. Update #2 Finally on 31/12/2024 I have got my money back through a claim theough Mastercard after 2 months .. Be careful from booking through this site .. You will loose your money.

United States | 28 November 2024DO NOT EVER USE THIS BOOKING!!! Terrible they are selling rooms that are not available. ** CALL CREDIT CARD to stop payment! You will not get a refund from them. 10 days ago we booked a room in Florida at the Hyatt. The hotel was completely sold out and said they had no booking in their system from Prestigia and have never ever heard of this booking agency. I called prestigia immediately several attempts to make contact while at the hotel desk and no answer even on the US number. This is only 2 hrs after the booking. No answer. Next day and weeks following I have a half dozen emails from them saying the charge would be reversed and refunding and was pending and was delayed apologies promises apologies promises sorry for the delay we will email you when the refund is final it’s pending etc etc. All different people responding each with a different line. They actually have the nerve to send me coupons for more bookings and ask for a good review. 💩 10 days later no refund still so I contacted my credit card company. They are just wasting my time and continuing to play games.

United Kingdom | 26 November 2024Update 27/11: The response below is factually incorrect. I can upload the proof from the hotel reservation to show that. To date, the reservation has not been corrected by Prestigia.com. They sent a booking for Junior Suite for 2 Adult and 1 Child when it should have been Superior Quad for 2 adults and 2 children. I'm even more disappointed that you would take the opportunity to lie to cover for your unacceptable service to customers. We paid upfront and booked a hotel (Pullman Zam Zam Madinah) and are travelling with two young children. Upon arrival, it transpired that Prestigia.com had not communicated the booking to the Hotel so there was not record of the booking (booking was made in August!!!). We contacted the customer service line, first two times there was no response. The third time we got through and requested them to share the booking information. Achraf was the customer rep. After an hour or so when the Hotel received the booking confirmation it was for the wrong room! When we called back they told us to wait as Achraf was on his lunch break. There was zero empathy and no sense of urgency to resolve the situation. Achraf's colleague Umaymah assured us they would resolve it. After a three hour ordeal, where we were stranded in the hotel Lobby, Achraf had the cheek to email and ask if had already checked in and if he could assist with anything! We obviously could not as they had still not corrected the booking. Appalling customer service. Please avoid. At the end the confirmation from Prestigia.com was still pending but the Hotel management took responsibility and assigned us the room we had booked (taking on some liability for the massive shortcomings of Prestigia.com).

No one is picking up the phone.

France | 25 November 2024Impossible de se faire rembourser on vous renvoie toujours le même message le virement est en cours, on fait suivre votre dossier.. Si j'avais lu les avis ici avant je n'aurais pas tenté le diable en réservant avec eux. Pour ma part j'ai envoyé un mail à la DGCCRF.

France | 24 November 2024Deux mois après l'annulation de notre hôtel la veille de partir en vacances, nous attendons toujours le remboursement de notre réservation. Cela fait 6 fois précisément qu'ils m'expliquent que le virement à été fait...personnellement un virement me prend 24h grand maximum. Ne perdez pas votre temps avec ce site, ils sont coutumiers du fait...si j'avais lu certains avis avant je n'aurais pas fait appel à ce site. Je me suis rapproché d'un avocat, j'en fais une question non plus d'argent mais de principe.

France | 23 November 2024Double escroquerie. J'avais réservé du 6 au 10 novembre 2024 au Stanford Court Hôtel de San Francisco. Je continue à confirmer que la page de réservation n'est absolument pas claire en ce qui concerne les taxes supplémentaires à payer, alors que l'écran indique TTC! J'ai donc dû payer un supplément à l'hôtel ( 173€). Et le site ne fait rien commercialement. Mais où l'arnaque se confirme et se double, c'est que je n'avais même pas de chambre de réservée à l'hôtel. Heureusement,il leur en restait.... Tout ce que le site propose à chaque commentaire c'est qu'il souhaite améliorer les choses. Mais quand à faire un geste.... Christian.

In a month I called to a hotel to find that there is no reservation on my name. Contacted Prestigia and they said, that I have to wait. Contacted them again in October, still no result. In November, after 4 months of waiting I cancelled my "booking". Refund should be issued in 3-5 business days. in 5 days I asked about my money and first they answered with the same e-mails and now they disappeared. Read honest reviews about this company and run! Where is my money Prestigia???
