I booked a very expensive hotel through them and it was a terrible mistake. They knew how to take the money directly and quickly from me, but even though I canceled according to their terms - they did not return my money! They only know how to answer countless e-mails flattering themselves with AI bots instead of returning the money; They give the same answers to everyone every time. Don't be tempted to buy through them despite the cheap price, they promise to return the money which is not true. Give me my money back, it's a very, very large amount!!!

Estafadores y mentirosos, no cumplen con lo que prometen. El 06/10/2024 se hizo una reserva con numero 061024-GARC-1627845 por valor de 202,58 euros. Esta reserva tenia la opción de cancelación gratis antes Miércoles 9 Octubre 2024 a las 00:00 hrs. El Martes 08/10/2024 a las 16:45, hora de España ,esta reserva se canceló correctamente y dentro del tiempo reglamentario y me enviaron un correo de confirmación de esta cancelación diciendome que recibiria el reembolso en 3-5 dias laborables. A dia 20 de noviembre, tras mas de un mes reclamando la devolución, todavia no he recibido el reembolso de esta reserva cancelada y cada vez que les contacto me responden diciendome que continue esperando. Incluso en un email me respondieron que ya me habian realizado el reembolso y no es verdad. Estoy desesperado y harto de que me tomen el pelo. ACTUALIZACIÓN 28/11/2024: Hace tres dias que respondieron a esta denuncia diciendo que ya se habia procesado el reembolso y por ahora siguen MINTIENDO como en todos los emails que me responden ya que no he recibido todavia el reembolso. MAS MENTIRAS Y MENTIRAS. NO USEN PRESTIGIA si quieren ahorrarse problemas, hay otras webs igual de baratas y mas fiables.

Ich habe ein Hotel über Prestigia gebucht, das nach ein paar Tagen von ihrer Seite storniert wurde. Seitdem warte ich nun seit über einem Monat auf meine Rückerstattung – ohne Erfolg. Der Kundenservice ist schwer erreichbar und gibt keine klaren Antworten. Vorsicht! Abzocke pur.

Firstly when booking it confirmed in the email that payment for the hotel would not be taken until a few days before, however it was taken straight away. I then had to cancel the 3 hotel rooms as I got a better price elsewhere and was told in an email that it would take 3-5 days to refund me. However 5 weeks later and countless emails later, I am still waiting on my £600 refund! Do not use this website they are fraudsters!

A great price but when you cancel, within the correct time frame for getting a 100% refund, getting your money backs proved very difficult. I'm currently still waiting for my refund. I wouldn't advise using this company.

I have been waiting for a promised refund from Prestigia of $135 dollars since January 2024! I am still waiting! Following my previous review in September 2024 somebody called Ali (QTS) did respond and contacted me to say that they would get the matter sorted and that they would personally manage the issue through to resolution. On the 4th October 2024, he contacted me to say that the $135 was now being refunded to them by the Orange Lake resort in Florida and that they in turn would then be sending it on to me ie to my original payment method (which was my Mastercard CC). and that it would take up to 30 days to arrive with me. As naturally 30 days has long passed I have chased to find out what is happening. Whilst Ali has totally disappeared from the scene despite saying he would see it through to resolution, and despite my many requests asking what has happened to him. All my requests in this regard have been completely ignored in all correspondences. I have however, been told that the refund has now been actioned and processed by them (2 November) and that it might take a further 3-5 business days to arrive in my account! Clearly that has long since passed as well, as it certainly doesn’t take 13 days to reach my credit card account! They keep saying they have processed it and that it will arrive in my bank account. I have repeatedly told them that they do not have my bank account details so where have they paid it to as it would have shown on my CC if sent correctly inside of 13 days!!!! I have repeatedly tried to get an answer to WHEN and WHERE the refund has been sent without any cooperation or success. Either they have lied about when they have transferred it to me, or they have sent it to the wrong place ……..which naturally they would need to correct!! It really shouldn’t be hard to establish! As the Orange Lake resort have refunded to them, and I have still to receive it, it is currently tantamount to theft!! Somebody senior from Prestigia please get this sorted ASAP, and I will then gladly update my review accordingly. 130423-FLOW-1421253

fuyez! ce sont des escrocs! ils proposent des biens à la location à des prix séduisants et une fois que vous avez payé, ils vous disent que le bien n'est plus disponible. Ils vous proposent ensuite une ristourne sur un bien "équivalent" mais qui est en fait nettement moins bien pour un prix affiché déraisonnable. Vous refusez donc cette offre et demandez à être remboursés mais rien ne vient! presque un mois que j'attends un remboursement qu'ils me promettent pour dans deux ou trois jours! scandaleux

*Update: See below the reply from Prestigia. They are Claiming the hotel does not have any rooms left. I have just searched on Prestigia and they are still selling the room for the dates i want for a really cheap price £63.65 per night calling it early bird. They are selling fake rooms. The alternative hotel they sent me was self catering apartment. I emailed to say that i wanted to stay at this specific hotel regardless of the price as we have family staying there and needed the advantage of the fast pass.* Warning: Avoid This Scam Company - Honest Review from a Family of Four I want to warn everyone about the distressing experience we had with Prestigia. As a family of four, we booked two hotels at Universal Orlando—Universal’s Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Loews Portofino Bay Hotel—hoping to enjoy the perks of early park access and Universal Express passes that come with staying at these hotels. Our Experience: We found what looked like a fantastic deal, almost “too good to be true” pricing for both hotels. We received email confirmations for our reservations, and the payments went through, debiting our bank account immediately. However, when I called the hotels directly to verify our booking, I was shocked to find that neither hotel had any record of our reservation. That’s when we realized the scam. Red Flags and Poor Customer Support: When I emailed Presigia to address the issue, their response was infuriating. They claimed the booking was “no longer available” and offered to cancel it. They also gave me a “discount” code for my next booking—an offer that was a complete joke, as it added about £400 to the total cost! Ich laufe meinem Geld mittlerweile seit mehr als einem Monat hinterher. Abgesehen davon, dass meine Buchung storniert worden ist, wurde mir gesagt, dass meine Rückerstattung 10-15 Tage dauern würde. Ich habe mich mittlerweile 4-5 Mal bei diesem Unternehmen gemeldet und nach meiner Rückerstattung gefragt, allerdings gibt es immer nur Standardantworten wie "es wurde an die Finanzabteilung weitergeleitet und angeblich beschleunigt". Abgesehen davon, kennt dieses Unternehmen keinen Datenschutz. Ich habe eine E-Mail mit der Buchungsnummer und dem Namen eines fremden Kunden bekommen. Niemals würde ich Prestigia jemals buchen oder empfehlen. Sie werden noch von meinem Anwalt hören!!

Ich habe vor ca. 3 Wochen eine Hotelbuchung fristgerecht storniert und warte anstatt der 3-5 versprochenen Werktage nun seitdem auf eine Rückerstattung. Anscheinend hat Prestigia hier ein generelles Problem und zögert Rückerstattungen systematisch heraus, jedenfalls scheint es ja genau da, immer wieder Probleme zu geben wenn ich andere Bewertungen hier lese. Auch ich erhalte Emails mit "bla bla ist in Bearbeitung bla bla" aber es tut sich nichts. Ich kann eine Buchung über diese Plattform nicht empfehlen. Nachtrag 25.11.2024 Die von Prestigia, in ihrer Antwort vom 13.11.2024 versprochene Rückerstattung (angeblich schon überwiesen) ist bis heute nicht erfolgt. Auf Rückfragen bekomme ich seit dem immer die gleiche Email (scheinbar schon als Template angelegt) von verschiedenen Bearbeitern. Totale Schande und Betrüger. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

I had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience with Prestigia. After booking my stay at The Westin Punta Cana, Prestigia unexpectedly canceled my reservation without my consent. I only discovered the cancellation when I contacted the hotel directly, and despite being reassured that my booking was active, I later learned that Prestigia had canceled it and then tried to reinstate it weeks later without notifying me. This entire ordeal has been exhausting. I had to rebook through another agency at additional cost and have had zero cooperation from Prestigia in resolving the issue. They even insisted on charging a cancellation fee for a cancellation they initiated! Their lack of transparency, coupled with poor customer service and inconsistent communication, makes it clear that this company is unreliable and untrustworthy. I’ve disputed the charges with my credit card company and caution others to avoid Prestigia entirely to save themselves the time, stress, and money wasted on an agency that doesn’t value its customers.

I’ve had a very negative experience with Prestigia.com. I booked two hotel rooms through them but needed to cancel one room immediately after booking. According to their website, I was supposed to receive my refund within 3–5 days, but now, after 14 days, I still haven’t received any money back. When I became suspicious due to the delay, I contacted the hotel directly to check on my other booking. It turned out that the hotel had only received a reservation for one room, even though I had booked and paid for two rooms through Prestigia.com. This means they never forwarded the full booking to the hotel, which could have caused major issues for me as a traveler. I’ve tried reaching their customer service multiple times via email and phone, but all I get are empty promises that my case will be resolved, with no real action. I feel completely let down as a customer and now want to warn others against using this service. I have now called for the second week and tried to get my money back. Nothing happens. I wonder if it would be wise to report these to a consumer authority in Gibraltar. If more people do it, it will have a greater effect. I think it is sad that they are allowed to continue deceiving people. A small update on 13.11.2024. Today I had the last cancellation reversed. The first one I did 14 days ago, the money hasn't arrived in my account yet. Recommends everyone to call and nag about the money. It helps. In addition, I set my card company to demand money. There is something called chargeback. Then you will hopefully get your money refunded. I probably lose some 100 Usd on this, as the exchange rate has changed. I doubt they will cover that up. But I am trying to get my money back.

I have booked using Prestiga for 2 nights in Buenos Aires. The pictures provided by Prestiga did not match at all the reality and I did not take the room. The receptionist said, that there were many many disappointed guests and she prepared a document that I signed and would guarntee me the full refund. It was sent to Prestiga, but no word, they said they check. I want 2 weeks later back to the hotel in front of me they sent again a message to Prestiga that the full refund is appoved. I also received a copy of that mail. I took some pictures of the signed document and sent again e-mails to Prestigia. I had to waste my time of my well deserved vacation to travel back to Argentina, Buenos Aires to get this sorted out because for 2 weeks there was just a putting off caused only by the incompetence of Prestigia. Now, after pressing and pressing Prestigia offered me the money and want to deduct 22 Euro? For what??????? I did all the work to get the refund! I never used the room and the hotel agreed on it. Or, I can keep it on the prestigia account and use it for another booking??? Hell NO!!!! I never ever will book there again. This is why I love booking.com I have never ever had a problem with my over 100 bookings I had taken there. I can only advise, this foul practice is unacceptable and I will never ever book there again.

I have just returned from an excellent stay in Marrakech. I got an excellent rate on Prestigia.com and I had no surprises at the hotel. Everything was according to my reservation. I will use this site again without hesitation.
