Booked a hotel room and cancelled during the free cancellation period. They said the refund will be reflected in my account in 3-5 business days. It has been almost 1 month and there has been no refund. Absolutely horrendous service, refusing to refund me, making excuses every time. Prestigia stop playing games and refund my money asap. I booked a particular room for Nickelodeon DR and was informed via email that my room choice was changed (it was downgraded to a less expensive room due to lack of availability), however when I asked if I would be refunded for the overpayment I was told this was not possible. I should not be paying for something I am not receiving. I would also add that room descriptions on Prestigia are not included, and the names of the rooms do not match those on the hotel website. Finally, I was not emailed an itemized receipt, although I was able to screen capture the total of what I paid (which is listed as the total room charge). I read on other reviews that more may be charged upon check-in, so I asked for that information along with a per-night rate and list of charged taxes and fees to be provided via email. Edit: you will see on the reply below that the company is saying I was issued an upgrade, however this is false. Any booking search confirms that my initial room type (ocean view) is more expensive than the change they made (garden view). The US phone numbers for customer service never ring and are failed/dropped calls every time. Update: I received an email informing me the room would be reverted back to my original selection. I was agreeable to this solution and asked again for a room description or name (not yet received). I have also not yet received my itemized receipt or official notice that there will be no further Payment at Property. 2nd Update. I was told by Prestigia that an itemized receipt was not possible. The room description they submitted to me did not match those of the Nickelodeon Hotel (square footage was half that of the smallest available room). To allay my concerns, I contacted Nickelodeon directly and found their customer service to be excellent. They were able to locate my reservation and confirm my room type without an issue. This was an amazing relief. While the outcome seems to be favorable (although I have yet to go and return from the trip), I do not plan to book through Prestigia again.

Necesito el reembolso de mi reserva. No pasaron ni 24 hrs e hicieron una cancelación definitiva sin ni siquiera validar con el cliente reserva 041024-MANR-1626949; no dan explicaciones solo que la reserva si anulábamos no reembolsaban el dinero y no hemos cancelado nada por favor como es posible que lo vean a uno de esta manera y no ayuden sino quitándonos todo el dinero de nuestras vacaciones y todavía no han hecho el cobro por lo que aun pueden cancelar esta transacción.

Ho effettuato una prenotazione sul sito Prestigia in data 07/09/2024, e successivamente l’ho annullata per cambio programmi …ovviamente entro i termini della cancellazione gratuita … Ad oggi dopo quasi un mese del rimborso nemmeno l’ombra … ANZI NELLA SCORSA RECENSIONE, DA ME RILASCIATA, LA SCORSA SETTIMANA, FANNO PURE INTENDERE DI AVERMI RIMBORSATO! Circostanza MAI AVVENUTA!

BEWARE. Here is my email to Prestigia after 4 attempts to confirm my reservation that they had already been paid for: Ad****, This response is unacceptable. I have canceled my hotel reservation for my upcoming trip to Washington D.C. in January. My confirmation number, *******. Unfortunately, I have lost confidence in Prestigia's ability to secure a confirmed room for my stay. My attempts to confirm the room type through your website have gone unanswered for more than ten days since my original email. Yesterday, I spoke with a representative named G****, who informed me that the room type was still being finalized. Concerned, I contacted the hotel directly. To my surprise, the hotel had no record of my reservation. I contacted G**** again to relay this information, and she assured me that a confirmation directly from the hotel would be provided. However, upon calling the hotel's in-house reservation department, they expressed complete unfamiliarity with Prestigia.com. This series of events has led me to believe that Prestigia cannot guarantee my reservation. Due to this lack of trust and responsiveness, I am no longer comfortable proceeding with the booking. Therefore, I have requested the refund through your website and expect funds to be returned to me within three to five business days. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Horrible DO NOT USE. Fake codes given then you must wait for a confirmation from the booked hotel. In the meantime, your room is given to another person... Still waiting for a refund, scam for sure.

Bitte Vorsicht bei kostenfreier Stornierung. Sie erhalten ewig kein Geld zurück. Ich warte nun seit 5 Wochen auf eine Rücküberweisung. Erhalte ständig Entschuldungen und werde hingehalten. Erwarte einfach ein Handeln, wenigstens nach 5 Wochen- in der Bestätigung steht eine Dauer von 3-5 Tagen.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. I have booked my hotel with an iconic Titanic Hotel in Belfast, paying premium for it, and when I arrived, I was told my reservation does not exist. Titanic Hotel advised I am the second person this has happened to today. And 10th person in the last 2 weeks. What this company did is charge me for premium hotel and actually booked me in at the Premier Inn around the corner, much lower standard. What they then tried to do is to refuse a refund, because I checked in at the Premier inn. It was late at night, I was very tired after my flight and just needed to sleep. I had no choice as Titanic had no availability. I am still 'fighting' with the hotel which is just fobbing me off by saying they have escalated this further. They have done this to a lovely couple on their anniversary. This company has to be stopped ASAP and I will do what I can to make that heppen so no more people are scammed like this. They actually made over £200 on my booking. SCAM.

Attention à ce site ! suite à une erreur de réservation, j'ai annulé un séjour le jour-même, juste quelques heures après. C'était fin juillet, nous sommes fin septembre et je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé. le site me doit plus de 3000€ ! Je vais engager des poursuites judiciaires contre ce site

Very bad experience with this agent. Stay away from them ! Agreed 2 nights room fees refund by hotel and finally by this agent too, still hasn’t made the refund after 3 months. Unbelievable behaviour for such unprofessional and cheating behaviour The hotel confirmed the refund money already paid back to this agent on 24th July but this agent just not refund the money to me. What a ridiculous behaviour?! 290624-liu- 1584149 is my order number. You must refund thr room fees to me that hotel already refunded 2 months ago or this agent is stealing my money !!!

Es una estafa. Bajo ninguna circunstancia reserven por Prestigia. El 27 de julio hicimos una reserva en el Intercontinental de Cali a través de esta plataforma y el hotel nunca la recibió. Al reclamar el reembolso, envían mensajes respondiendo que ya está en curso. Hoy en día no han devuelto la plata. C'est une arnaque!! En aucune circonstance ne réservez via Prestigia. Le 27 juillet, nous avons effectué une réservation à l'Intercontinental de Cali via cette plateforme et l'hôtel ne l'a jamais reçue. Lorsque nous avons demandé un remboursement, ils ont répondu que c’était en cours. À ce jour, ils n'ont pas remboursé l'argent. It's a scam. Under no circumstances should you book through Prestigia. On July 27, we made a reservation at the Intercontinental in Cali through this platform, and the hotel never received it. When we requested a refund, they sent messages saying that it's in process. To this day, they haven't refunded the money.

Avoid like the plague. Despite cancelling my booking, as per the cancellation policy, on 24th July, nearly 2 months ago, I still haven’t received my refund of nearly €1,000. Is this site a complete scam? Has anyone had a similar experience?

Ich warte seit ca. 4 Wochen auf eine Rückerstattung im mittleren, dreistelligen Bereich. Die Antworten seitens des Customer Services sind immer die selben: Entschuldigung, Entschuldigung, Entschuldigung. Zudem oft mehrfach die exakt selben Antworten (KI?). Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich 5 - 7 Tage auf die Rückerstattung warten muss... wie gesagt, es sind mittlerweile ca. 4 Wochen! Die UK-Nummer habe ich viermal angerufen, war jeweils ca. 5 Minuten in der Warteschleife und bin dann jedes Mal rausgeflogen - unnötige Telefonkosten da es keine kostenfreie Hotline ist! Mittlerweile habe ich den CEO in meinen Korrespondenz kopiert damit die Angelegenheit beschleunigt wird... ob das was hilft, ist eine andere Frage. Aber zumindest wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es jetzt an das 'higher management' weitergeleitet wurde. Buchen werde ich definitiv nicht noch einmal über prestigica.com.

Pésima experiencia. No lo recomiendo por ningún motivo. Llegué a mi hotel y no había reserva, pero sí hicieron el cobro en mi tarjeta de crédito. Al pedir explicaciones dijeron que no respondí a un correo solicitando información adicional por lo que cancelaron la reserva. Obvio que no encontré ningún correo como el que mencionaron, tampoco un correo informando la anulación de la reserva, pero claro que sí cobraron. Ahora llevo 3 semanas esperando el reembolso y nada. Mi número de reserva fue: 280724-VALE-1598468.

0* Fiz uma reserva no principio de Julho, e passados cerca de quinze dias, cancelei a mesma. Desde essa data até agora 16/9 e depois de muitos e-mails continuo sem receber o reembolso. A resposta é quase sempre a mesma, "já está entregue ao departamento financeiro, será para breve". NÃO CONTRATEM SERVIÇOS À PRESTIGIA. Depois desta publicação a Prestigia.com respondeu afirmando que o valor já estava processado, e que viria no próximo extracto. MENTIRA. Continuo sem receber NADA. Até ao momento (20/9) nenhum valor foi processado na minha conta. É INADMISSÍVEL QUASE 3 MESES

Cambio mi puntuación a 3 estrellas, porque al finalizar mi check out me regresaron el resort fee cobrado a mi tarjeta. Pero de todos modos me realizaron el cobro por pedir una habitación de no fumar (esto porque decían que mi reservacion era de fumadores). Debo de decir que los mensajes por email nunca me resolvieron nada solamente decían que mi reservacion decía que si tenia que pagarlo, muy mal de su parte al ni saber que vendían o comunicarse al hotel antes de contestar. Gastar 400 dólares al llegar extra obviamente arruinan las vacaciones de cualquier persona

I made a reservation for a hotel in Miami with prestigia.com back in April. We arrived at the hotel today,September 13th, only to discover the reservation had been canceled--and no one contacted us. Somehow our dates were blackout dates for the deal offered, so the hotel wouldn't honor them. Some link between the hotel and prestigia failed and ruined our day. We paid about $700 in advance. I was on hold for about 10 minutes, then was disconnected, and am now on hold again. Update: it's been a month since I wrote this review and STILL no update, explanation, or refund from prestigia.
