I booked a hotel with this agency with the amount shown online but afterward notified that the hotel would charge a destination fee of ~$100 - this was disclosed only in the confirmation email (after the payment was made) but not anywhere prior to booking. Misleading! Fraud!! Prestigia, Is this the right way to do the business?! Follow the Law! This cheater-Prestigia should be excluded, at least, from the U.S. market!

Espero cambiar lo de la no devolución Edito hoy 27 de agosto que se me ha devuelto parte de mi dinero. Pero falta otra parte y espero poder volver a editar el comentario.

United Kingdom | 24 August 2024I have had a Terrible experience with this company, they are extremely cheap so I can understand why you would book with them. However, they do not refund in the 3-5 days that they specify. I had free cancellation and met all their guidelines when I cancelled on 11th Aug but still today, I have not received my refund, (14 days so far). I have now raised this with my credit card company as I feel that a delay is ok if they give you a specified time for when you will receive that amount, which they have not. The responses are generic and do not give you any timeline of when you will receive money. UPDATE: After Prestigia responded to this below I checked my credit card on 27th August and still no refund so their below comment is a lie.

I cancelled it 5 minute later ant I received an email “ A refund of 662.11 EUR will reflect in your account in 3 to 5 business days.” It passed 2 mouth and I didn’t recived the money yet!!!

Germany | 21 August 2024Habe über Prestigia.com ein Hotelresort in Dubai gebucht. Das Hotel wurde wegen dem unbegrenzten Zugang zu den anliegenden Parks gebucht. Laut Hotel Voucher haben wir auch diesen unbegrenzten Zugang. Im Hotel angekommen heißt es, dass dieses Paket nicht gebucht wurde. Wir haben daraufhin unverzüglich den Service von Prestigia.com kontaktiert. Dort hieß es von einer Person namens Adnane, dass man sich unserer Sache annehmen wird. Nach etlichen Telefonaten und Anrufen ist nichts passiert. Immer wider hieß es, dass man sich darum kümmern wird. Ich habe ein Vermögen für Telefonate aus Dubai ausgegeben um mit der Service Hotline zu telefonieren. Doch dort wurde ich stets nur vertröstet. Mittlerweile ist die Hotline plötzlich telefonisch nicht mehr zu erreichen. Dort heißt es immer nur, dass ich der nächste in der Reihe bin, doch es geht niemend ran. Man freut sich das ganze Jahr so sehr auf seinen Urlaub und dann so was. Das hat mich bis jetzt sehr viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Also falls Ihr so etwas in eurem Urlaub nicht erleben wollt, dann bucht bitte nicht dort. Ich werde nach meinem Urlaub einen Anwalt einschalten, um eine Erstattung und Entschädigung einzufordern. Doch der Erfolg ist fraglich, da das Unternehmen seinen Sitz auf Gibraltar hat. Und da Gibraltar nicht zur EU gehört, wird es vermutlich für jeden, der aus einem EU Land bucht, schwierig sein Recht einzufordern. Also Finger weg! Und werd die Bewertungen liest, wird erkennen wie häufig positive Bewertungen fast identisch verfasst wurden. Update: Prestigia.com hat auf die Bewertung geantwortet. Jedoch sind das nur leere Phrasen. Wir reisen morgen ab, da hilft es nicht, wenn Sie was mit der Unterkunft klären. 8 Nächte ohne Parkzugang und Ihr habt in dieser Zeit nichts geklärt bekommen. Kommen Sie Ihrer Verpflichtung nach und erstatten Sie den Reisepreis. Ich rate dringend davon ab hier zu buchen.

Italy | 20 August 2024Assolutamente da evitare . Io ho prenotato con Trivago un hotel e Trivago ha utilizzato Prestigia per il pagamento. Intanto paghi subito tto nonostante nella mail di conferma della prenotazione ti dicano come avviene il recupero dei soldi dalla c.d.c. a seconda di quando cancelli . Palese contraddizione. Poi mi dicono che la stanza che ho scelto non c'è più è quindi io cancello la prenotazione. Peraltro l'hotel contattato non aveva nessuna prenotazione a mio nome . Adesso nonostante ti dicano che ti rimborsano in 3/5 giorni non ho ancora ricevuto nulla dopo 15 giorni nonostante innumerevoli solleciti . Nell'ultimo dei quali li ho minacciati di denunciarli . Loro comunque nelle mail di risposta si dichiarano dispiaciuti del ritardo etc etc . Ti prendono in giro .

United States | 18 August 2024The first time I visit the Prestigia website and I booked the Dream Inn Santa Cruz - 4 Stars hotel.The customer service after the reservation is outstanding. There is always a response. I called the hotel after they collected the money from my account and they showed my reservation for the dates scheduled to arrive and depart. It is worth noting that I read terrible reviews about the site and I was suspicious of them, but it turned out that the site is very reliable and there is no fear in making orders through it Prestigia!

United Kingdom | 17 August 2024Unfortumately stay away, we booked, and then we had to cancel within 24 hours. 14 Days later after many emails, no refunds yet. Being told they are busy because its the summer. The money is no doubt sitting in their bank, it was never paid to the hotel as we checked. Check before booking anything with them, they are registered outside the UK are not covered by ABTA, and have no scrupples at all !!

United Kingdom | 14 August 2024**DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - SCAM ALERT!** I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel and I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to think twice. I booked five rooms well in advance, and despite arriving at the hotel before 11:30 pm, they canceled my booking. Their excuse? They claimed the system was down and couldn't retrieve my reservation. Even worse, I had been in constant communication with their customer service, providing proof of emails that confirmed my arrival—my flight was running late, but I still made it on time. Customer service assured me that my booking was safe. However, when I arrived, the assistant manager had already marked me as a "no-show" and tried to claim they had no communication from the head office. This hotel essentially **stole our money** for five fully paid rooms and is refusing to give anything back. It's a complete scam. They seem to prefer if you buy the room directly from them at a higher cost rather than through a third-party site. **On top of that, beware of the reviews! Most of them are fake and have been paid for by the hotel to boost their ratings with locals.** **BEWARE: This is a dodgy hotel. Stay somewhere else if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.**

Al día 13/8 estoy con grandes problemas bancarios ya que Pretigia aún NO REALIZÓ el reembolso!!! Cuando en el correo de cancelación dijeron que lo harían entre 3 y 5 días hábiles. Espero recibir prontamente el reembolso y que no sean una empresa estafadora!!

Brazil | 13 August 2024SCAM BEWARE !! Look on all the reviews, they take your money and never refund you. They say ooo 3-5 days, then 5-7 then 7-10 then rest assured the money is on the way back. No refund in the history of refunds has ever taken 2/3 weeks to be returned. Please don’t use this company just be so careful. The funny thing is they try and report your review also haha
