Spain | 08 August 2024El 9 de julio hice 2 reservas para alojarme en Toulouse en noviembre, ambas confirmadas y pagadas. El 17 de julio me envían email por cada reserva indicando que cancelan por un error técnico (Desde cuando un error técnico lo asume el cliente?) y que han intentado buscar una alternativa pero no han encontrado una adecuada (a 4 meses del viaje no encuentran una alternativa adecuada?). Me dicen en el mismo email que proceden al reembolso, y tras no tener noticias, el 30 de julio les escribo preguntando, y el mismo día me indican que esta en proceso y que lo recibiré "pronto". En que escala temporal miden ustedes la palabra pronto? llevamos más de 20 días esperando los reembolsos. Se pueden ahorrar responderme un copia y pega de las anteriores opiniones con que lo recibiré en el siguiente extracto, porque eso y nada es lo mismo. Espabilen y hagan los reembolsos cuanto antes. No sé ni como sigue abierta esta empresa...

There is always a response. I arrived at the hotel and they honored the reservation. It is worth noting that I read terrible reviews about the site and I was suspicious of them, but it turned out that the site is very reliable and there is no fear in making orders through it Recommended site

Me puedes pasar por favor el justificante de devolución o algún comprobante para que pueda hablar con el banco y verificarlo. Es vergonzoso que me anuléis una reserva el día 16/07/2024 y que todavía no hayáis devuelto el dinero.

United Kingdom | 07 August 2024I strongly advise against making a reservation with prestigia.com. I booked a reservation on July 11th and canceled it within an hour, as it was a free cancellation. Despite receiving an email guaranteeing a refund within 3 to 5 days, I never received it. After reaching out to Prestigia for an update, I was informed that they were facing a high volume of refund requests causing delays. Even after five days, my refund had not been processed. Subsequent attempts to follow up with Procedure resulted in the same explanation of being overwhelmed with refund requests. After weeks of unsuccessful attempts to receive my refund, I had no choice but to involve my credit card company to initiate the process, which is still ongoing. It is advisable to exercise caution when booking with Prestigia and to avoid using a debit card. The customer service experience was extremely poor, with unhelpful and repetitive responses. The lack of explanation for the delay in processing refunds, despite citing a high volume of requests, was confusing. Additionally, their stated operating hours of 9 am proved inaccurate, as it was often impossible to reach them until after 1 pm, with the phone continuously ringing or the answering machine indicating closure on multiple occasions.

Portugal | 05 August 2024I made a reservation on July 14th and canceled it on the same day. They say the money is returned in 3 to 5 days, but so far I haven't received it, it's been 22 days! It is completely unacceptable how long it takes to return the money!

Hungary | 03 August 2024The booking goes smoothly, the prices are good. Everything is fine until something goes wrong. They cancel my reservation 4 weeks before the trip, with the following reason: We regret to inform you that due to availability, your reservation did not go through and was declined. The reservation was made 3 months ago! Of course, only the template e-mail message comes, the refund is in progress, but they don't know when it will happen. I have been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks. The holiday is here in 2 weeks, but my money is nowhere to be found! The most beautiful thing is that the accommodation is still available on the site to this day, of course now at three times the price. I received a coupon code, with which the other accommodation was more expensive than without a coupon. This is anything but service. I am now looking for the right accommodation, of course not on this site.

Ireland | 03 August 2024Do not use this website I booked a hotel with them they took the money out of my account straight away and emailed me the next day and cancelled to say there was no availability in the hotel when there was. I have still not received my refund 10 days later after emailing them numerous of times.

Tampoco contestan al telefono! A mi hermano le ocurre lo mismo! Son unos estafadores que se quedan tu dinero

Estoy angustiada y no hay manera de que cojan el teléfono ni de que me envíen un correo dirigido a mí y no un copia y pega. Es una vergüenza, alguien les ha denunciado? Ha servido de algo?

France | 31 July 2024J'ai réservé un hôtel à Las Vegas. Les conditions indiquaient clairement "Toutes taxes comprises"et "Free self parking". Arrivé sur place, j'ai dû payer 50 dollars de frais supplémentaires et 20 dollars pour le parking. J'ai contacté Prestigia, capture d'écran a l'appui, mais ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Soit disant que ces taxes m'avaient eté indiquées lors de la réservation. Pour le parking ils m'ont dit que "Free self parking" veut dire "vous pouvez garer votre voiture vous-même sans avoir recours à un service de voiturier". QUel malhonnêteté. C'était la première et la dernière fois que je réservais avec Prestigia.

Hice mi reservacion el 14 de mayo para un viaje de 10 al 17 de junio. En el cual termine cubriendo mi hospedaje ya que el PRESTIGIA no pago al hotel mi reservacion.

Italy | 30 July 2024ho effettuato una prenotazione i primi di luglio e pochi gg dopo l'ho cancellata, restando quindi nei termini della cancellazione gratuita. dopo qualche giorno li contatto perchè non ho accredito sul conto e mi dicono che ci vogliono 4/5 giorni. ok... una settimana dopo nulla e quindi altra mail. mi rispondono "in effetti è strano, verifichiamo". spariti di nuovo e del mio rimborso manco l'ombra. è il 30/07. ovviamente ho prenotato con loro perchè partner del walfare aziendale....... poi uno si chiede il perchè

Spain | 30 July 2024Realicé reserva y en periodo de cancelación gratuita tuve que cancelar. Llevo des de el domingo 7 de Julio sin haver recibido el reembolso de 1588,36 euros. Primero dicen de 3 a 5 dias laborables, después de una semana de incumplimiento, dicen que me espere 7 a 10 dias laborables más. Ya se cumplió el plazo y continuan diciendo que perdón por el retraso y no me saben decir el porqué. Lo que asusta es que hay muchas más personas esperando Edit: a pesar de la respuesta de Prestigia, aun no tengo la devolución... Edit 2: Después de 25 dias y muchos correos detrás, he recibido el reembolso, subo a 2 estrellas... Espero que por norma general devuelvan todas las devoluciones, aunque en verdad no es justificable el tiempo y retardo con que lo hacen.

They never refund u back for ur free cancelation. I still haven't got my money back for a month. Also they will never answer your call.
