Portugal | 28 July 2024I booked a hotel through Prestigia for €1.900. All the menus exclusively mentioned €1900, and the final invoice itself stated "total amount of stay €1900". Then they sent me an email saying that when I arrive at the hotel, I will have to pay an additional €1700. I complained, showed them all the screenshots and the invoice, but they did not admit they deceived me, they did not accept the cancellation of the purchase, and they stopped responding to me.

Australia | 25 July 2024I am still waiting for my refunds for two cancelled bookings on 5th July 2024. It would appear that Prestigia thinks 3-5 business days equates to 3 weeks or more????

Spain | 24 July 2024Realicé una reserva el pasado 8 de julio, instante en que realizó el cargo a mi tarjeta. Al día siguiente, procedí a la cancelación. Recibo un correo electrónico de confirmación y se me dice que en 5 días laborables se me devolverá el cargo. Les escribo el día 19 y me dicen que están tramitándolo. Hoy observo, estupefacto, que se ha procedido al cobro por parte del banco. Vamos, que no han efectuado la devolución. Ninguno de los teléfonos que figuran en la web están operativos y los correos se responden de forma automática. Única vía de solución, denuncia en la Comisaría. En relación a su respuesta y dado que la devolución ya ha sido tramitada, según manifiesta, le agradezco adjunte copia del justificante de reintegro emitido por la entidad financiera. De lo contrario, seguirán mintiendo y engañando a sus clientes. Quedo a la espera de ver la orden de devolución tramitada.

It's been over 1 week now that I am wainting to receive the funds on my account despite the fact that they inform you that operation will appear on your bank statement within 3 to 5 working days. When you contact their customer service (if you manage to reach them on the phone), they inform you that reimbursement is currently being processed. You can see Prestigia.com "standard answers" sin reviews sent by other users. Next step... legal action ! STAY OFF THIS SITE !

As of 30/07 to see what a scam company they are : -1st replied its already sent -2nd it will be with me in 10-15 working days -3rd they are processing it and cant give me the estimate... As of 27/07/24 money still not refunded!!! Scammers nothing else. Ive raised this issue with my bank. Give my money back ASAP!! Booked hotel with them and canceled it during free cancelation period. I should receive my money back within 3-5 days. Over a week now and still no money. They are scammers

Sweden | 24 July 2024Do not pay prestigia! I Booked hotel rooms through Prestigia. Payed the room in advance to Prestigia. At the check in the hotel stuff informed us that Prestigia didn’t payed the hotel and we had to pay agin directly to the hotel to get the rooms which we did I have been in touch with Prestigia in one week, more than 20 emails. They admit the mistake and every day ask for more time to solved the issue. I start to believe that my 2223 USD that I paid them will never be refunded to me. The support people answer when you contact them but they give you no specific answer. No wonder that there are so many bad reviews comments about the company in all places 30 of August: It has been more than one month since Prestigia informed me that they will refund me, still no refund has been performed. 30 emails and the answers are the same “ We are truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. We want to assure you that your refund is currently under process, and our system confirms that it is being handled. We’ve escalated your case once again to expedite the process.” I believe I have to go Gebraltar and get the refund in cash. The day I receive the refund I will update this review comment

Ich habe ein Hotel in Frankfurt reserviert von 5.07 -7.07, und leider ist was dazwischengekommen, habe dies aber am selben Tag storniert, Rückerstattung sollte innerhalb 3-5 Werktagen auf meinem Konto gutgeschrieben, ist schon mehr als 2 Wochen vergangen und immer noch nichts Zurückerstattet bekommen!

Norway | 23 July 2024Never book from this company prestigia and use this website prestigia.com for hotel booking. I had booked a hotel with free cancellation in Prague. It has been now 16 days and I have not received my refund. This is really insane how can it take that long. Booking.com refund you amount instantaneously. They have been sending auto replies to me claiming my refund is handling by the department. I have to report the issue to my credit card company under fraud.

Når vi ankom hotellet ble vi fortalt at beløpet ikke var betalt hotellet, og at vi trolig måtte betale hotellet en gang til. Da til dobbel pris. Etter gjentatte henvendelser til Prestigia.com innrømte de til slutt at bekreftelsen på bookingen ikke var riktig, og at ikke hadde noe gyldig opphold på hotellet. Beløpet ble likevel trukket fra konto, og resultatet er nå en betaling til Prestigia, og en dobbel betaling direkte til hotellet. 15000 NOK for 2 netter.. Prestigia oppleves som totalt useriøst, og vi anbefaler ingen, absolutt ingen, å bruke dette selskapet.

United Kingdom | 21 July 2024I booked a couple of hotel rooms for what seemed to be a bargain price. I contacted the hotel after a couple of days and they confirmed that they did not have a booking which surprised me. I contacted Prestigia and they fed me a bunch of mistruths and lies. They had taken my money and simply not booked anything. I therefore cancelled my booking which I am allowed to do within their T&Cs and the cancellation message confirmed that I would be refunded within 3-5 business days and we are now approaching day 10 and they have not refunded anything. If you call them, they hang up and if you email them they give you a generic stock response that does not solve anything. I can only conclude, like many others, that they have stolen my money for nefarious reasons! They may have been a legitimate travel agency once but I suspect that they are going out of business! Their CEO should be ashamed of himself! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AND REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE IN SPAIN, IF THAT IS THE COUNTRY THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS SENT TO!

A month is gone and all they say is they will process it soon on every email, like talking to a bot. This is called stealing. Never book a room on this website. It looks like they may even take your money and not book your room.

İlk başta çok çekingenlik vardı rezervasyon yapıldı mı diye,oteli aradım rezervasyon yapılmıştı prestigia mail olarak iletişim halinde oldum 5 dakika içerisinde size cevap veriyorlar inanılmaz ilgililer. Otel kısmına gelecek olursak otel inanılmaz güzel her çalışanı güler yüzlü temiz herşeyi ile. Gönül rahatlığıyla gelebilirsiniz.

United Kingdom | 19 July 2024Honestly worst company ever. I have booked a hotel and cancelled it and they still haven’t issued the refund. On the email it says 3-5 business days but it has been 11 days and still no refund. Avoid at all costs. They keep saying it will be issued but still no show.

Cancelled my reservation the day after I made and received confirmation that the room was cancelled and to expect a refund within 3-5 business days. That time has passed and follow on emails from Prestigia are polite and reassuring me that a refund is being processed. My recourse at this point is to turn it over to my credit card company for resolution. The price was too good to be true and should have been a red flag of " buyer beware!" Reply to my review ststes they have processed my refund and it will reflect in my next billing statement. I can look at my credit card online and immediately see any debits or credits as they occur. I do NOT see a refund from Prestigia. Still waiting. Refund arrive 30 days after cancellation NOT 3 to 5 as stated in first email acknowledging cancellation.

Germany | 17 July 2024Habe für 7. Juli gebucht. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen musste ich am 5. Juli die Buchung stornieren. Lt. Bestätigung soll die Rückerstattung in 3 bis 5 Tagen erfolgen. Heute ist der 17. Juli und nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen heißt es, dass ich mich noch 10 bis 15 Tage gedulden solle. Ist eine Frechheit. Schade, dass man dadurch nie mehr buchen werde bei diesem Anbieter.

Portugal | 17 July 2024Avalio esta empresa com 1 estrela porque não me é possível avaliar com 0 estrelas. Reembolso devido ainda não ocorreu. Fiz uma reserva reembolsável no site da Prestigia com encaminhamento feito pelo Skyscanner, no dia 26/06/2024. A reserva dá direito a reembolso integral se cancelada até dia 18/08/2024. Fiz o cancelamento no dia 05/07/2024, e, até ao momento, nada do reembolso que me é devido. Após vários e-mails enviados solicitando o reembolso, apenas me informam que o mesmo está em processamento e que tenho aguardar. Segundo o Site da Prestigia o reembolso ocorre entre 3 e 5 dias. Certo é que já passaram 11 dias e nem perspectiva de receber o bem dito reembolso. CUIDADO: Não caiam no logro desta empresa PRESTIGIA Não são sérios!! E, a minha mensagem para a empresa PRESTIGIA: Poupem-me do vosso discurso/ cassete (que repetem até à exaustão) e PAGUEM-ME aquilo que é meu por direito, JÁ!!
