Have since repeatedly reneged on that offer, saying we couldn't use that discount on hotels that have already reduced their prices! Just seen their reply and having contacted their customer services several time over several days, without any semblance of understanding, let alone satisfaction, their response is laughable! Utter charlatans!!

France | 25 June 2024Bonjour J’ai réservé 2 chambres d’hôtel fin mai 2024 on m’envoie une confirmation et 1 semaine plus tard l’annulation de la réservation on me propose un autre hôtel rien à voir à celui que j’ai réservé je refuse on me propose un remboursement et là après 3 semaines toujours aucun remboursement ( 1670€) je relance depuis 3 semaines et toujours on me dit 3 a 5 jours Franchement déçu et j’attends toujours mon remboursement ça me gâche mes vacances car je ne peux pas réserver si j’ai pas mon remboursement

Belgium | 25 June 2024Boek NIET met Prestigia. Ik wil 0 sterren geven, maar dat gaat niet. In maart heb ik een boeking gedaan van 5 kamers maar door omstandigheden heb ik deze moeten annuleren. Na enkele weken heb ik refund gekregen van 3 kamers. Nu na 4 maanden heb ik nog steeds de refund van de andere 2 kamers niet gekregen. Ik heb reeds een 10-tal mails gestuurd, en telkens sturen ze mij loze beloftes terug. Hoe lang kan een terugbetaling duren??? Dit is BEDROG.

A reserva da direito a reembolso integral se cancelado ate 8 de julho de 2024, realizei o cancelamento no dia 14 de junho, e ate agora nada, vários e-mails enviados solicitando o reembolso e só recebo informações para aguardar. Segundo o Site o reembolso ocorre em ate 3 dias, o ultimo e-mail recebido diz que pode levar ate 10, mas já estourou o prazo e ate agora nada, não recomendo essa empresa

Peru | 18 June 2024Buen dia...hace mas de un mes hice una reserva.Al momento de llegar al hotel, me dijeron que no habia ningua reserva, tuve que pagar en ese momento al precio del hotel! Luego, en prestigia me dijeron que no me preocupe, que cancelarian el cobro, incluso me enviaron un print de la cancelacion ( si yo cancelaba ese dia, solo hubiera pagado la mitad, aun cuando no fue me responsabilidad)...fue todo una mentira, sigo escribiendo y me siguen respondiendo que estan viendo el tema...nunca me reembolsaron.

Venezuela | 18 June 2024La peor página web para realizar reservaciones no la utilicen es un desastre, expuse mi caso anteriormente con un solo número de voucher de reserva cancele dos habitaciones, a lo que me dijeron que solo una se había podido cancelar y debía hacerlo por separado, que me iban a cobrar obviamente por la habitación más costosa una penalidad del 33% y me iban a reembolsar 672,01 euros el día de hoy me llega un correo diciendo que me reembolsaron solo 315 euros al pedir una explicación solo piden disculpas llevo más de 10 días esperando mi dinero es un chiste como juegan con el dinero y la disponibilidad de fondos de los clientes un abuso y un completo desastre la forma de trabajar ahora me dicen que van a revisar ! Pero si ustedes mismos me enviaron el monto que me iban a reembolsar ! Son un chiste ! Estafadores

Denmark | 18 June 2024We used Prestigia to book 2 apartments as a family with 2 small kids. When arriving at the location us was told by the owner that there was no booking art his place. After calling Prestigia we found out that instead, the accommodation was at a different location (and a completely different hotel). These rooms were much smaller and only had 1 double bed each and no kitchen. The Prestigia customer service was very hard to reach and promised us to solve this issue the same day which did not happen. At the end we had to pay 360€ for an extra room + around 140€ for food as we did not have a kitchen to prepare it ourselves. Additionally, the rooms were on the 3rd floor (instead of on the 1st what we originally booked) without an elevator which was painful carrying a stoller + 2 kids up and down each time. After our stay Prestigia offered us a 5% refund. We will not book with them again.

Agradezco la disponibilidad y atención de Prestigia cada vez que he llamado/escrito email. Siempre me han respondido rápidamente y de forma muy correcta.

United States | 17 June 2024I didn't like after completion that all I got was a voucher with nothing but the 4 nights I booked at the designated hotel I picked no amount or breakdown of the money they already charged my card and nothing truly confirming I had a guaranteed room at the hotel and instructions on how to cancel my booking if needed no check in time or check out time literally nothing on what to do or who to give what at the hotel when my supposedly stay is suppose to take place.
