made a booking via Prestigia.com and got later information that rate and hotel is not available. After checking Prestigia.com again, the offer was still available to book. Be careful whith reservations via this site - offer may not available even you get a confirmation. Update after Prestigia answer: called the hotel and confirmed directly as plenty of rooms are available.

Do uno perché non si può fare zero. Sono stata vittima di una truffa. Ho pagato tutto e ora tre giorni prima di partire mi dicono che lhotel non ha camere. Cosa non vera visto che ho parlato con lhotel e le camere sono disponibili. Loro Vogliono fare il rimborso tra 7 giorni. Nel frattempo si lavorano i miei soldi. E io non ho altri soldi per effettuare una nuova prenotazione.

I have been waiting for 2 years for a refund! Thsi company has committed to paying me a refund but have just never actually paid me. In that time my credit card expired so i gave them new dertails and still nothing. Dont risk your money - book somewhere else Update - The reply form Prestigia is more of the same empty promises. I have years worth of email promises but no delivery

Actualización: al parecer están confirmando mi estancia en una de las alternativas que escogí, cambiaré mi calificación cuando a mi correo electrónico llegue dicha información. Reservamos un hotel pagando por adelantado desde el 16/05 nos comentaron que la reservación estaba confirmada por medio de correo, el día 10/06 marcamos al hotel para confirmar nuestra llegada y nos comentaron que no tenían nuestra reserva, mandamos un correo nos dijeron que no había opciones y que no se pudo confirmar después nos dieron opciones de baja calidad con respecto a eso, estamos en México y no nos contestan las llamadas, es un FRAUDE!!!

Cancelled my fully refundable hotel which was refundable until July and not received a refund. When I cancelled, I was told I would be refunded in 3-5 days but 2 weeks later still not received a refund. I've sent numerous emails and called them twice. Each time I'm told they are treating this as a priority - clearly it's not a priority. Looks like i will now have to take this company to a small claims court. Just read the reply from Prestigia on Trustpilot saying that they have paid the refund in full but they haven't. The booking was for 2 rooms costing £171 and £118. Prestigia have only refunded £171 so I'm still out of pocket for £118. Is it really so difficult to sort out a refund?!!!!

Great experience

I felt extremely let down by them, as I booked through them and after paying the amount, they replied to me by email that the hotel does not accept non-cash payments and that they would refund the amount to me. Now 4 days have passed and they have not refunded my amount and here I am on The third day, the tenth. It is disappointing. I do not recommend dealing with them.

Hace 2 semanas cancele una reservacion que tenia con el reembolso del 100%, a la fecha no he recibido nada, aun cuando debía tardar máximo 5 días laborales, si los contactas por correo solo te dicen que los disculpes por la tardanza y que ya estan trabajando en tu devolución, pero tu dinero no lo recibes A los 15 días hábiles y después de quejarme aquí por fin procesaron mi devolucion

I booked a hotel and cancelled because i could not travel. The site claims a refund within 5 working days. 7 working days later, no sign of the refund. All my emails to them are promptly answered and very polite but so far no refund. I have also tried to call but only to get hanged up on. Gonna go further with this.
