Después de 5 días me avisan que no pudieron garantizar mi reserva que ya estaba confirmada! Ahora hace más de una semana esperando el reintegro a mi tarjeta de un servicio que no use !! ESTAFA

Australia | 26 May 2024OMG.. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. PSE READ OTHER REVIEWS. THEY ARE SUCH A BAD COMPANY. I booked a room for our family of 4, that we had been saving up for for a year. Realised I had made a mistake and booked the wrong room. Within 24hrs I cancelled the room, and asked for a refund as it was over $5000 for a week holiday. They said it was non refundable, and have kept our money. I spoke to the hotel directly and they said that there are no restrictions on that room, and that we should be allowed a refund with no issues. I then contacted prestigia.com to inform them. They said they are keeping our $5000. This company is the biggest scam company with no morals or ethics. Stay away. Go with someone else.

Italy | 26 May 2024Sconsiglio vivamente di utilizzare prestigia, avevo chiesto una prenotazione con cancellazione gratuita, quando mi è arrivata l’e-mail di conferma ho notato che la prenotazione risultava essere non rimborsabile quando ho fatto notare l’errore mi hanno dato un link per effettuare una nuova prenotazione e annullare la prima, io ho fatto come hanno detto e prima di tutto non mi hanno rimborsato l’anticipo della prima prenotazione poi ho annullato la seconda prenotazione e non ho ricevuto il rimborso dell’anticipo nemmeno di questa prenotazione in totale mi hanno fatto spendere 150€ di anticipo per un loro errore e non mi hanno rimborsato dopo che mi avevano detto che avrei avuto un rimborso in 3-5 giorni lavorativi. Sconsiglio vivamente

Actualizo la calificación a 2 estrellas. 28/05/24: Aún no he recibido el reembolso, en cuanto ocurra actualizaré la reseña -------------- Hice una reservación y cancelé el mismo día, recibí un correo de Prestigia indicando que el reembolso tomaría de 3 a 5 días hábiles y ese plazo ya se cumplió. He estado enviando correos y recibo la misma respuesta genérica que tienen una alta demanda de solicitudes.

France | 25 May 2024Bonjour . J’ai réservé et payé des chambres ( 5 pour 10 personnes en février ) . En mai , on m’annonce que seulement 3 d’entre elles seront confirmées et on me propose de reloger les deux autres à 20 kilomètres . Puis une deuxième proposition reloge les 5 à 20 kilomètres . Le remboursement de ces chambres annulées n’est toujours pas survenu au bout de 15 jours alors qu’elles ont été encaissé en février . On vous raccroche « au nez « , vous met en attente et cela raccroche , des formules toutes faites vous dont répétées mais rien d’autres . C’est un site à éviter absolument . Le remboursement n’a pas été effectué . C’est un mensonge . J’ai votre réponse courrriel ce jour , le 27 mai , qui le prouve . Switzerland | 24 May 2024Die Buchungsseite ist massiv intransparent. Steuern und Gebühren werden doppelt belastet!!! Bei der Buchung wird ein Preis pro Zimmer angegeben plus Steuern und Gebühren. Auf der finalen Seite wird dann dieser Preis bei uns rund EUR 820 plus Steuern und Gebühren von EUR 200 angezeigt. Total wurde der Kreditkarte EUR 1'020 belastet. Auf der Buchungsbestätigung folgt dann der Schock, wir sollen nochmals Steuern und Gebühren von EUR 286 bezahlen. Die Gebühren werden unter "weitere Details" schön versteckt. Da aber in der Buchung schon Steuern und Gebühren belastet wurden, ist dieses Vorgehen massiv intransparent und wir bezahlen Steuern und Gebühren doppelt. Auf meine Reaktion bei Prestigia folgen nur faule Ausreden. Die zuerst bezahlten EUR 200 an Steuern und Gebühren werden weder in der Rechnung noch auf der Buchungsbestätigung ausgewiesen. Da alles erst nach der finalen Buchung ersichtlich ist, kann man auch keine Beweise vorlegen. Also Achtung vor Buchungen bei Prestigia.

I found by going through Trip Advisor.I was quoted the price and reviewed all fine print.After booking they charged me a fee for the hotel which was not in the included price.I took pictures of the entire process and documented.I have now been waiting for the response from Prestigia in regards to my refund and they continue to avoid . They have been sent all photos and information but are not providing a refund.The website is not legal by advertising one price and then changing after purchase.It is also extremely difficult to get them online.Avoid at all cost! It has now been 3 weeks since I have received the response from Prestigia.They stated I would be reimbursed for their error and I have yet to receive it and they have been sending automated responses to me. Avoid this company!

United States | 21 May 2024After paying with my credit card -- expecting it to be the total paid -- only to find out additional fees would be charged upon arrival adding an extra $160 approximately to the cost of staying at the hotel. These were not revealed until after I had already paid, then they want to charge $25 per night + taxes for self parking, and $25 per night + taxes for a Resort Fee. Had I of known this I would not have booked. My wife said to go ahead, but no tips will be given at the restaurant or for maid service. It is imperative that customers know all charges before booking. That should be your responsibility to make sure the hotel informs the person booking. As a matter of fact, I will most likely not use your service ever again.

United Kingdom | 20 May 2024My experience with Prestigia has been absolutely awful. They initially appeared cheaper than other travel agencies for the hotel I was looking at, so I made my booking with them, and they confirmed the booking via email. It was after this that the issues began. I went to confirm with the hotel to make sure they had a record of my booking, and they had no booking under my name. So I tried to phone Prestigia, who repeatedly put me on hold and left me there for about 10 minutes before just hanging up on me each time. After 12 attempts, I eventually got through to someone who assured me that the booking was confirmed and it might just take a little while to show on the hotel's side. So I gave it a month, and the hotel still didn't have my booking. So it was back to trying to contact Prestigia. It was still almost impossible to get through to anyone on the phone, and they've also claimed in my previous conversation that they weren't receiving any of the numerous emails I've sent them. So I gave up, and cancelled the booking via their website (thankfully I picked the 'free cancellation' option). They confirmed via email that my funds would reflect in my bank account within 3 - 5 working days. Unsurprisingly, this wasn't true. So after the 3 - 5 working days have passed, I've had to phone them yet again, and now they're claiming that there was a technical issue preventing them from issuing the refund in the first place. It would have been nice for them to let me know there was a technical issue rather than waiting for me to chase it. However, they claim that they've sent this to their finance team now, and have confirmed with 100% certainty that I'll have the amount in my bank account by the end of this week. Whether that's true remains to be seen, but I won't hold my breath. Be very careful if you choose to book with this company. They'll take your money and won't actually book the hotel for you, and the last thing you want is to be stranded in a new city without an actual booking, and desperately trying to get through Prestigia's phone system that keeps hanging up on you. Even if you do choose to book with free cancellation, they'll claim 'technical issues' have delayed the refund when you question where it is. UPDATE: And of course, as expected, the refund still hasn't arrived in my bank account - despite them repeatedly assuring me that it would be. It's just constant lies and misinformation from this company, time and time again.

Hice unas consultas previas via correo electrónico y me atendieron súper bien. Me enviaron las confirmaciones de estadía y pude validar con el hotel. A la llegada todo estuvo en perfecto orden. Estoy muy complacido con la experiencia.

Istället gör man allt för att vilseleda kunden. I mitt fall slussades jag vidare från Trivago, valde rum och kontrollerade priset innan jag betalade trots att det stod 'Total amount all taxes included' och inget nämns under villkoren får jag direkt efter bokningen i bekräftelsen att jag även ska betala ytterligare 250 USD till hotellet vilket inte framkom någonstans på de sidor jag gick igenom under bokningens gång. Efter jag varit i kontakt med Prestigia's kundtjänst får jag veta att dessa uppgifter visst framgår om jag proaktivt väljer att klicka på en liten text som säger 'More details' på första sidan där jag väljer rummet och då får upp en pop-up. Annars redovisas inte denna kostnaden någonstans under hela bokningen, inte heller i sista steget där den fullständiga pris specificeringen redovisas. Jag har anmält bolaget till Trivago då de inte spelar på samma regler som sina konkurrenter samt varit i kontakt med Prestigia och ombett dem att ta bort den extra kostnaden på 250 USD alternativt ge mig en full återbetalning. Dessvärre har de varit fullständigt ointresserade kring att nå en lösning efter att de vilselett mig. Jag kommer aldrig någonsin att boka eller rekommendera detta bolag till något då detta är näst intill vad man kan kalla en scam.

Germany | 16 May 2024Habe gebucht (Las Vegas Hotel Cosmopolitan) über prestigia(über kayak vergleich) bekam lange keine Buchungsbestätigung und habe storniert. Bisher keine Rückbuchung! Leider habe ich jetzt am 30.05 nur 50% bekommen. Bitte um Erstattung des restlichen 50%
