The hotel had no record of my booking and the customer service at Prestigia was incredible. Achraf, the representative was responsive and solved the issue within 24hrs. I’ll definitely do business with them again.

Tenia miedo de hacer la reservación por esta pagina pues no la conocía era la primera vez que la usaba y no tenia buenos comentarios pero la verdad no entiendo los comentarios a mi me fue SUPER bien, hice la reservación por prestigia porque tiene muy buenos precios. La confirmación de la reserva no te llega inmediatamente me imagino por la difencia de horario con Colombia, pero en mi caso si llego la confimacion y todo me fue muy bien no tuve ningún problema

Yardımcı olacaklarına dair yazılı sözler verip sonra maalesef otelin sorunu ve anlaşamadik diyip işin içinden çıkan bir şirket. Memnun değilim ve sikayetciyim bu arada. Paramı ve kullanamadım hersey içinde iki oda ayarladık. Orda onların otelin yürüme alanında sahil yolundaki eski tahtalarin aralıklı olması ve yuksekliginden kaynaklanan yaşam kalitem düştü. Bana vücuduna verilen hasadın ve düşme esnasinda kol künyemin düşmesi , gozluklerimin catlamasi 1300 euro zararım var. Künyemi bulamadık. Calışanlarda aradılar. O tahtaları değişmesini çalışanlar müdirede söylemişler sedan Side Corolla otelin ama otel sadece gelecek müşterinin parasını almakla meşgul. Yanında iki tane seadan otelleri var onu yenilenmişler yürüme bandını. Elimde resimler var. Ben ödediğim ücretimi ve kaybettiğim maddi ve manevi esyalarimin değerinin geri ödenmesini bekliyorum.

I booked a hotel in April and cancelled the booking on 16 May within the free cancellation period. I received confirmation that my booking had been cancelled and I would receive a full refund with 3-5 working days. I emailed Prestigia on 26 May requesting an update and they promptly responding advising that the refund is being processed, 17 days later and still no refund. * refund has now been returned

I booked a hotel and cancelled on the same day. The site claims a refund within 5 working days. 10 working days later, no sign of the refund. All my emails to them are promptly answered and very polite but so far no refund. Booking confirmation: 190524-ANAS-1565421

El sitio no es confiable. Yo realicé una reserva y tuve que cancelar en el término establecido, indican que la devolución es un término de 3-5 días hábiles y es mentira, yo llevo 10 días hábiles esperando y todas las respuesta son evasivas, indicando que el departamento financiero está trabajando en mi devolución, he mandado más de 5 correos y no hay necesidad de trabajar en una devolución cuando hay un término que el cliente aceptó. En este punto creo que podrían estarse manejando como un sitio de estafas.

After booking and cancelling a holiday on the same day prestigia are not refunding my money. Over £5,000! I had free cancellation and have sent countless amounts of emails and all I get is a generic response. I will issue a small claims in Gibraltar as I see that is their head office and will have to try a charge back on my credit card. Terrible company! I cancelled the same day after reading the reviews, I should have done this first before booking but as I booked through Kayak I thought they would be a legit company. Avoid!

I booked a four-star hotel seven weeks in advance, and just a few days before my trip, I was informed that my reservation was misbooked (on Prestegia's part) and I was instead placed in a two-star hotel with a similar name down the street. This is unacceptable and highly disappointing. Trust the negative reviews here, folks.

Hotel was booked and paid for in early April - travelling to Spain from Ireland in May. Was advised by the hotel upon arrival that I did not have a reservation. Contacted Prestigia only to be advised that I had been selected for "additional security checks" and had been sent an e-mail earlier that week(went into Spam). They then contacted the hotel as I was standing at Reception to arrange the booking however the hotel was fully booked (Spain in May). I was then told that they could offer me a refund which was not particularly helpful as I then had to arrange alternative accommodation which came at additional expense. I was advised a refund would be received within 7-10 working days however this refund remains outstanding and responses to e-mails have been incredibly vague. To be clear, there were no phone calls and the one e-mail that was received(went to spam) was received 4 weeks after the booking was made and paid for and 1 week before my trip. A refund has now been received…after 15 days(not 7-10 days).

Due to my mistake, I made a non-refundable reservation with the wrong date, but they still managed to help me by changing the reservation to another date chosen by me.
