I am with Home Secure 3 years , I find them fantastic great customer service always really helpful, I couldn’t fault them If the alarm goes off accidentally they ring to check everything is ok . Brilliant service

Engineer Paul was pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient in every aspect. He is a major asset to this Company. Very reasonably priced as well, although I would question whether there is a need to charge €55 per extra point upfront, in these difficult times. It should, perhaps, be added to bill over 3 month period.

I've had the alarm system installed for nearly 4 years. Excellent service, prompt and professional, competent and helpful. I feel very safe at home and have recommended homesecure to family and friends who are also most impressed with them!

Company came on time. Installation was seamless. App is extremely is easy to use. Hit the panic button accidentally last week and within one minute a call was made to our designated number alerting us. Word of advice, come out of App once alarm armed or disarmed So you don’t make the same mistake.

No surprises in costs, installation was quick and straight forward. Whenever I've need support had been painless and issue resolved.

It's the first time I buy an alarm for the house and I'm getting great. They'll call you right away if the alarm is activated. Easy to use, the app is great. Professional and effective customer service. I recommend it, it gives you great security.

I got Homesecure installed about 12 months ago and i honestly cannot fault it. I live on my own and it offers me great security, i feel really safe in my own home. Anytime the alarm has gone off (due to me opening the door forgetting its on !!) someone calls me straight away to see if everything is ok. On one occasion I hit the panic button on the app on my phone by accident and again a call straight away. I would highly recommend Homesecure for great service as well as great value

I recently moved house, and had HomeSecure reinstalled in this house as I remember the installation and onboarding being very simple and efficient, with everyone I spoke to along the way being so helpful. It was the same if not better experience. The people are so lovely to deal with, so responsive and helpful, and the system itself is very user friendly and reliable. It provides me comfort having this system in my home.

Very courteous helpful telephone support service. Attended to my request efficiently and scheduled engineer visit. Engineer called to tell me when to expect him and he performed his work very efficiently.
