Ireland | 21 February 2025Easy and quick installation. The engineer was patient and answered all questions. After a week the company then rang to welcome me and to answer any queries I had. The alarm installed is easy to use and the app is very user friendly. There's a panic button on the app which is handy. The control panel is also lovely and neat looking compared to most!

Fitter Josip was 5* Customer care agents also very well trained and knowledgeable. First DD was higher then was meant to be, but sorted very quickly and only fault so far, would recommend.

The engineer explained the workings of the system super well and installation was done in a couple of hours. The one time the panic alarm was set off, i received a call within seconds. I have used there service for 5+ years now and my mother also who feels very safe and secure knowing that Homesecure are looking after her and are always just a call away. My usually experience with other customers service are the usual, useless, waiting on line for ages, the usual excuses on why they can't help me with my query or having to chase them for and positive answer to your query. I can honestly say that Homesecure have the best customer service I have EVER come accross, fantastic people and instant responses if an alarm goes off or even a mistaken panic alarm going off. First the guy that installed felt like a family member in our home during installation day, excellent customer service. Beautiful new, easier to use system. Everything is modern, sleek and beautiful. Had a few home issues and the calls were INSTANT. OK,I had a talk with my dog about the front window and the postman. Very happy with our system and service.

Inappropriate and unprofessional comments which I won't repeat here. *They say this issue is resolved but I had to ask for the install fee back considering the inappropriate comments made in my own home. Will wait to see if this refund will actually be issued before saying this is resolved!

We're long term customers, paying for security for months with absolutely none provided, after having the engineer out multiple times, taking days off work to be available for their engineer to fix issues that never get resolved and dealing with customer service that actually doesn't help in the end. Waste of time and money!!

Keith was our Installation Rep, he was thorough, helpful, & polite the entire time. €755 installation was higher than I expected, having received quotes from other Alarm Monitoring companies, and as we installed smoke detectors as well, the monthly deduction was also increased. Staff were lovely though!

Ireland | 03 February 2025No notification of faulty sensors or low battery and a hefty fee for service or replacement of same because I'm "out of contract". Yet somehow now that I've left I will have to pay for an extra three months to close a contract that I'm out of (and I should be grateful because it used to be 12 months!) Nobody told me I could isolate the broken sensor and still put my alarm on, even though I asked this very question (oh, that's because you were talking to customer service not the technical department) and it would be over a month before someone could come out and upgrade the system. I took the alarm box off the wall and got no call. They said they tried to call me but I was standing with my phone in one hand, the alarm box in the other and I am absolutely certain that no call was made to me. Apparently they called a contact who was removed as a contact years ago. He's in a nursing home now so that was really useful. They also double charged me for months and it took many attempts to get them to stop and refund. Be very careful with this lot.
