I received my chesterfield sofa and chair this week and I'm delighted with it. I was very nervous as I never went to the showroom to have a look I ordered from the website. After lots of help and samples been sent from Claire I choose my colour and ordered. Everyone comments on it. I've been looking for sometime but knew in my head what I wanted but couldn't find it. I explained to Claire what I was after , she sent me out more samples of what she thought I wanted and jackpot. I'm over he moon with it. Can't believe the price either. Bargain. X

Our chesterfield is absolutely wonderful! It looks good and it seems like it will age well. Distinctly chesterfield's customer service has been really good. We ordered another version of the couch which turned out to be just to small. They allowed us to return the original couch and replace it with a larger version. Wonderful!

The service from the company was without fault. We could adjust the design to our requirements and delivery was quick and efficient. Will buy from them again, but the sofas are of such good quality that will not be for a while!

I was very focused to purchase my biggest interior design dream- Chesterfield sofa that has been classed as original Chesterfield- not poor imitation that you can find in many shops. Therefore I made all my way to Distinctive Chesterfields and was looked after by Claire. I could not believe her sense of humor and amazing customer service skills. She took me onto the warehouse where I was able to see how sofas are actually made by guys working in there, I could see different leathers and materials so that made my choice so much better. Clare was an incredible angel of patience keeping up all my silly requests and comparison wishes, she showed all examples, gave me time to think and absolutely dedicated all her time to me with a smile not coming off her face. I ended up buying not only a sofa but also a discount chair that I could pick up on the day. Later on I have received numerous emails and telephone calls regarding delivery and my overall experience from Maxine, who was just like Clare- very polite and helpful, with great sense of humor. My positive surprise was that one day I received a phone call from one of the manufacture guys who simply said that my double buttoning board will go better with additional studs and asked for approval with that. The delivery day was planned with a very long period of time giving me better schedule opportunities and also an hour before my sofa was delivered guys also called to confirm. Spot on agreed time they arrived and managed everything very quickly with no problems at all, (even no cup of tea). I just would like to say how happy and impressed I am for all of the experience I had with you people. I am already recommending you to my friends and possibly will bring some clients soon. My beautiful sofa is one of my dreams ticked off :)

The sofa arrived a week ago, it is absolutely stunning and the high-quality handmade approach is clear immediately. During our ordering process staff at Distinctive Chesterfields were extremely helpful in guiding us through leather samples and pricing advice. The lead time was quite long, 4-6 weeks, our sofa was towards the end of this period, but the delivery was extremely well organised and the sofa was definitely worth the wait! We are already saving up for our next sofa!

Making such a big purchase from such a distance was a little worrisome as we are in Canada, but from the first email to Distinctive Chesterfield we were put at ease and always kept informed. Yes, the chairs took a few months to arrive but we were told upfront how long it would take. They finally arrived and we could not be happier. The wing chairs are more beautiful than expected. Incredibly helpful staff, we were not sure which leather to order and they advised us well. Our sofa arrived as promised and is flawless, it looks superb in our new kitchen, and fits brilliantly. I cannot praise Distinctive Chesterfields highly enough for their all round service and professionalism. Having ordered something else from an online furniture company, the difference in service level between the two is very noticeable when i am still awaiting a replacement item from them a month later which should have been checked prior to dispatch. Well worth buying the quality and service from Distinctive Chesterfields. I would not hesitate to use them again. As an aside we have several shorter members of the family 4 ft 11 ish who struggle with deep seat sofa's and the Holyrood sofa is not too deep to allow them to sit in comfort without mountains of cushions behind them.

Very pleased at first,great looking furniture.But have become concerned at leather stretching to both our club chair's cushions,leaving unsightly creases,we have been told this is to be expected with real leather. However this has not happened to the sofa and still look's fine.After only three months of use we are concerned.I have had a chesterfield suite previously for 24 years with out this happening to the seat's.Will wait and see.

It was such a relief to find a good chesterfield company where I could choose all aspects of the chairs I wanted to purchase. The Distinctive Chesterfield company made it easy to order and always kept me informed of progress from ordering to manufacture and delivery. My chairs have arrived quicker than ordering from most high street stores and were handmade to my specification and are fantastic chairs.

The choice was easy on the website, with pictures of what it would look like. The delivered sofa is exactly what it looked like in the picture, superb. The delivery was when they said it would be and the two chaps delivering it could not have been more helpful, they put it into the sitting room just where I wanted it to go. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, I am absolutely delighted with my sofa.

Friendly staff and very helpful in making the decision as to style and leather as well as making me feel welcome (I had visited several manufacturers and suppliers to find what I was looking for and it was Distinctive Chesterfields that, in my opinion stood out in providing the product and the service. Ordering was straightforward with regular updates as the delivery date approached. A delivery was predicted approximately 10 days in advance which allowed me to organise my time accordingly. Product, when it arrived, was exactly what I expected and looks and feels like quality. The process from ordering through delivery was excellent and the chesterfields were good value for money when compared with what is available in general furniture stores. Excellent product and excellent service throughout....Highly recommended. I would suggest to anyone, if they are able to, they should visit the offices/ showroom/ factory in Huddersfield when making their choice as it it is so much easier to get exactly the sofa you are looking for.

After trying the usual furniture places for a Chesterfield, we quickly realised that to get a proper, hand made, quality one, that we would have to look on the internet for that small company that makes their own. There are a number of companies that advertise that they make Chesterfields and some of the feedback on the companies leaves a lot to worry about. We came across Distinctive Chesterfields by chance through a search of companies which were in driving distance to go and look at the products. We weren't going to buy without seeing them first. The feedback online was all positive, we visited the showroom which is next to the workshop, looked around the workshop and saw the sofas being made here in the UK! We only then had to choose the style, colour, feet, studs etc. We ordered there and then, paid half and were given an estimated date for delivery. About 6 or 8 weeks if I remember correctly. Towards this time we were emailed with a completion / delivery date and were asked for the remainder of the payment. Delivery was when we were told it would be, and the Chesterfield was 'installed' and all packaging removed. Perfect customer service. I don't usually write reviews. But this company deserves the credit. Quality product. Don't go anywhere else!

I have dealt with a lot of online companies recently as we have just moved into a new flat and had to furnish the whole place from scratch. Distinctive Chesterfields were hands down the best company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. You are kept informed every step of the way, from the inital order to delivery. Delivery is handled by an inhouse team, and you could not hope to meet a nicer person than driver Greg. I actually had a problem with my order as the orignal sofa I ordered would not fit up the stairs. This hiccup was handled in the most professional manner by the team and a replacement was ordered with minimal fuss. I would have no hesitation ordering from this company again or recommending them to my family and friends.

I ordered a Holyrood arm-chair and everything went very well, from getting leather samples to delivery. I ordered from Germany and had a very friendly and highly responsive contact. I can really really recommend this company - especially because prices are very very good and this is the only (Chesterfield) company I found with excellent reviews on various platforms. Ordered a chesterfield and a queen Anne style chair. Both items are made to a high standard. They are sturdy and they look fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again if the need arose.
