I took a year deciding which company to trust due to too many pictures of the same furniture appearing on multiple sites, i decided on this company, visited the showroom and have nothing but thanks to bestow on these ladies and gents. Size is not everything and being tucked away in a little street in Yorkshire has obviously strengthened their passion for quality against quantity. I have a Hampton suite in espresso leather and it is lush, beautiful even. Trust these guys, even the wrapping and protection was thorough. Advice on leather choice is to go and see for yourself, samples are great but what i eventually chose was not on my original list and it is perfect; the same goes for the size of the furniture; it can be deceptive in pictures. Look at all the other Trust pilot reveiws for Chesterfield companies and none will rate as highly as these guys; i’m not their PR guy i just believe in Credit where credits due ! Excellent. I have an iQ and use the word ‘i’ or ‘trust’ because it is ‘i’ who wrote this and having visited their showroom and ‘purchased’ a suite; i trust them. Ein Sofa zu bestellen ohne es "angefasst" oder "Probe gesessen" zu haben, ist ein großes Risiko, aber wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Leder entspricht dem vorab gesandtem Muster und die Verarbeitung scheint uns sehr hochwertig, wir haben es allerdings erst 14 Tage in Gebrauch. Fazit nach der kurzen Nutzungsdauer: wir haben den Kauf nicht bereut.

The communication every stage of the way through to production was excellent. The sofas are stunning and we have had many compliments. The quality of information provided was first rate and we never felt pressurised into buying anything which did not meet our requirements. Indeed, we were able to modify our proposed purchase slightly so that we were totally happy with the final specifications. Having received our order today, we can confirm that the unit looks stunning and fulfils our needs exactly. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to future purchasers. Incidentally, we were even tempted into buying an individual tub chair, in the same leather, which complements the new corner unit precisely. Overall, this is a first rate company which ensured that all stages of our transaction went smoothly and efficiently.

It's always a risk ordering furniture online without visiting the showroom to see the quality of the manufacturing. Distinctive Chesterfields did not disappoint. The sales team were extremely helpful from start to finish. We were after a 3-seater in a bespoke fabric (not in their standard fabric selection). The team contacted the fabric manufacturer and sourced the material for no additional cost. Our chesterfield was turned around and delivered in 4 weeks. And it looks amazing! Thank you, guys!

Having ordered two of the Chesterfields online, it is always a worry as to whether you will like it when it arrives. I needn't have been concerned! The sofas arrived on the date specified, well packed and protected and were unpacked by the delivery guys. I could not have been more pleased with the product, the quality is superb and they are so beautiful to look at, they are exactly what I had hoped for and more. I would highly recommend this company, they are truly excellent!

A fantastic independent British company, me and my partner took a 2 hr drive to visit their factory/showroom so we could take a proper look at the sofa we had in mind, some of the staff were on holiday at the time so the the MD Steve showed us about and went through the gezillion options available to us. It became clear he had a real passion for his business and that they sold a high quality product. There was no pressure to buy there and then so we went away to make a decision and phoned through our order a few days later. Aside from a small problem during manufacture (which was quickly and professionally resolved i might add) our sofa arrived before Christmas and I have to say we are delighted with it. Distinctive Chesterfields were one of only a few companies in the country who could build us a chesterfield as a sofa bed, and unless the bed is 'deployed' you simply can't tell it's there! Frankly given how competitive the price was I can't believe why anyone would go to a high street/shopping park retailer for a chesterfield built god-knows-where when you can have a bespoke, British built product using British materials for the same/less money?! Can't say enough good things about them, think we might be going back for a matching footstool later in the year!

In octobre I ordered a 3 seat Holyroad Chesterfield sofa bed on distinctivechesterfield.com. Only eight weeks later the sofa was delivered at our home in Hamburg, Germany. The sofa is very beautiful, fits well in our living room and is of excellent quality. And it looks exactly as on the website. Extremely good price performance ratio (It's handmade in Europe!).

Very happy. The staff were extremely helpful, I think I must have had every sample sent to me over the many months I took choosing a colour, they even sourced another sample from somewhere else on one occasion as I was trying to find a particular colour to match my existing furniture. When I did eventually decide on a colour the sofa was made and delivered quickly. The colour is great, the leather is lovely, my husband is asleep on it right now and there is still plenty of room for me.

Although we were, at first, skeptical about ordering furniture over the internet and from another country, the 3-seater Holyrood sofa looks and feels great. Also all of our house guests had the same experience. Clear recommendation!!

We took delivery of our Berkeley sofa in November 2014. We had driven to the showroom from Derbyshire to view the range in the flesh. We were shown all the styles and colour choices and we were able to 'bespoke' our sofa to a length and depth that suited us. Delivery was sooner than we expected and apart from a slight glitch with getting it through one door opening(feet were fitted, not loose as we expected), all went well. The sofa is very comfortable and looks very classy. Highly recommended.

I've been a Chesterfield fan since a child.....and its either love them or hate them.....in my case and others looking to buy you must love them.....however finding a real gem of a Chesterfield can be time consuming and expensive.....so many companies out their claiming a good example of quality and build work but far from it..... However distinctive chesterfields are something else just in a different league from all other manufacturers.....we wanted a a corner Chesterfield at first.....however when we visited the showroom we were met by mark who was kind enough to show is the showroom and workshop floor and he listened to what we wanted/needed but suggested we get a bespoke 6 seater sofa made instead of a corner sofa..... Which we thought was a great idea as the height and depth was what we wanted just was a case of going home and measuring the length..... So we confirmed what leather and colour we wanted.....which I must say we were spoilt for choice and did result in some discussion between me and the husband.....but we were happy in the end choice and placed our order with Maxine who we must applaud for her outstanding service from start till finish...... It took 6weeks until we had it in our living room....we and the children absolutely love the sofa and I think it's a big decision as it as the main furniture you will use everyday.....I would not speak ill about any other company but I wouldn't waste your time with them as we have viewed what most of them had to offer...... no one was even close to distinctive chesterfields in the quality of leather the choice of Leather the choice of designs the quality of the build and craftsmanship..... Let's face it, most reviews are written immediately after delivery and who isn't delighted with their brand new sofa? Well, this review is five, yes FIVE years down the line, which in the internet era is quite a long time! I bought my three seater leather chesterfield sofa after plenty of research; I couldn't find a better price and quality than Distinctive Chesterfields. They sent me leather samples and I chose the style I wanted from the website. All communications and delivery were seamless. However, I decided that after 5 years, the seat cushion inserts (fibre only) were understandably starting to feel a bit tired, so I called up to see if I could have a new set to fit the original leather covers. Unfortunately the designs had changed slightly, but this was no trouble for Distinctive Chesterfields and I sent off my cover for templating. In the meantime I decided to add a set of wool covers for an alternative little update to the look in the living room. There were a few hiccups with the 3rd party couriers due to my living in the countryside, but this was all dealt with brilliantly and my new cushions and covers arrived safe and sound. They are stunning and so comfortable! I was delighted with the service and quality the first time around, which is why I returned. I have been even more impressed with the service and quality the second time around, as the staff have gone above and beyond to help me. I would not hesitate to recommend Distinctive Chesterfields for a top quality product, excellent service and delightful staff. A massive thank you from a very happy customer! FYI The style I chose was a three seater, which is now the Holyrood design, in a top quality leather colour similar to the Hazel. The leather is superb and has weathered beautifully. It has withstood pet scratches and 5 years of wear and tear to give that timeless comfortable look that only aged leather can. I have added the feather and foam cushion inserts with an alternative set of wool covers in the beautiful Gargrave Lilac check.
