United States | 30 June 2015I placed an order unaware that the company had made a mistake on their website. The company contacted me the next day, not to explain the mistake, not to apologize, not to make amends, but rather to inform me that they will not be sending me what I ordered. The horrible attitude of the person who called was most disturbing; it really felt unfair to me as a customer that not only was my order not fulfilled, but the company acted as though I was the one that made the mistake. They did not even offer to provide some incentive or discount; nothing, just bad attitude!

United States | 30 June 2015this company sucks! will never order from them again! i ordered 4 suits, they were in my shopping cart, only to find out 3 days later that they were not in stock at all. they also failed to respond to this matter.

United States | 29 June 2015I was very pleased initially with the quick filling of my order. However, I ordered a swimsuit and two liquid products. Instead of packing the products appropriately, they were placed in one large mailing envelope with no protection. The shampoo bottle leaked all over the contents of the bag, the swimsuit was soaked, and the bag leaked on the mail in my mailbox. I received the package on Wednesday and sent an email on Friday morning regarding the matter, including photos. I have had no response from Metro Swim Shop. So, what started out as a pleasant experience is not ending that way.

United States | 29 June 2015I purchased online. I put in an order and it never gave me confirmation, never sent an email and did not change their inventory. Since my daughter really wanted the suit later I placed the order again. This time I got a confirmation on screen, a confirmation email with tracking info and the inventory for the suit was reduced by 1. So imagine my surprise when 2 suits showed up! I have sent back the extra but the return process is not yet complete. I am hoping that it will be returned with no problem and I will only be out the return mail fee.

United States | 29 June 2015I recently order two times with you, when I placed the order, it was showed that you have 5+ stocking, but it all ended up with out stocking, the second time I even called in to make sure you do have the item I ordered in stock, the customer service lady confirmed with me and assured me that my order would be mail out that day, but, still the same result, out stocking, I am a loyalty customer with you for a long time, I really hope you can update your stocking on time, it is really misleading or cheating

United States | 27 June 2015Order suits on the phone, completed order okay. Then received call that they did not have the suits in stock and they cancelled the order. Two weeks later order the suit on line, it was sent certified mail and arrived the day after the cancel order was delivered without our re-authorization. We have no idea why they mailed the original order when they told us it was cancelled. Not sure why the second order was sent certified mail. Now I can't get the certified mail package because the card was never left and I have to return the suits which is even more of a hassle. This was a real cluster!

United States | 27 June 2015I was a little concerned initially with purchasing a wetsuit from an online retailer that I've never heard of. I took the chance and I'm glad that I did. The wetsuit was delivered quickly and in excellent shape. I was worried that they may try to sell me a wetsuit that had been previously tried on, but that was not the case. It was definitely a brand new, untouched suit. Thanks again.

United States | 26 June 2015Our swim team uses Metro Swim Shop to order swim suits. The team sends out an email with a portal attachment to the site and we simply choose the size needed for boys and girls. I received my daughter's suit last night, and it was not the correct suit to match the team. Also, the New Milford Barracuda team logo was ironed on the spandex. One look at the logo and I know the "logo patch" will rip and crack. Spandex is meant to stretch. An iron on patch will not stretch. The suit I received was a simple black suit. The suit team suit I thought I was paying $60 for was Black with a green border. Unfortunately, my daughter's first meet is on Tuesday and she doesn't have a matching suit.

The female clerk had the most flat affect- she sounded so sad! Made me wish I given my business to someone more eager to please.
