I was looking to replace a suit that I loved and metro swim not only had the suit but had it in 5 color and had my size in all of the colors. No other website or store had been able to offer all of that before I found Metro Swim. Their selection is such that I was able to find another suit that runs long to try out in the same spot! My order shipped and arrived in less than a week and their prices are lower than any store in my area. A fabulous experience.

So I ordered 3 bathing suits- a competition suit, a blue lifeguard top, and a blue one piece lifeguard suit. While the competition suit and guard tops both came as they were supposed to, the blue one piece guard suit I ordered came in red. A little disappointed with that mix up, but otherwise, it was great buying the suits.

I have 12 yr old twins who swim 6 days a week on a competitive swim team. I find Metro Swim with excellent prices. They are always running sales. On my last purchase I bought my son 4 speedo's for 10.00 each. I dare you to find that cheaper anyplace else. I should of bought more. Next time. Service is excellent and what I love is that if you spend 40.00 free shipping. I did see another site suites $13-15. However shipping was $15.00 - ridiculous . Metro Swim is the way to go and they have a ton of inventory to choose from.

I have ordered Speedo Teamster backpacks for my kids. The price was the lowest of what I could find and the selection of colors was huge. The backpacks were great: roomy (35L) very well made with plenty of pockets and compartments. Shipping was fast. Very pleasant transaction overall.

Shipping cost excellent! Living in Hawaii we always deal with outrageous unnecessary shipping costs. However, this was by far the lowest cost (next to free) that I've had to pay. FAST shipping! Got my package in a few days! Prices of suits are great! Will definitely order from here again!

I placed an order and forgot to put the code in to receive the 20% discount. Called the same half hour I ordered it. Company didn't pick up. Called 3 more times that same week. Company didn't pick up the phone. all 4x left messages. Not one call was returned. Bathing suit was delivered and card was charged full price. Funny how customer service works with this company- there is NONE!

I ordered a suit for my daughter. Laura helped me when order didn't go through due to an issue with my card. She called me directly and solved the issue. I received the order quickly but unfortunately, It was the wrong suit....sent boys suit instead of girls. After dealing with an unhelpful person in customer service, Laura again stepped in to help. Correct suit on the way...my daughter will have her team suit in time for first meet. Thanks Laura!!!

The store has great selection and very reasonable prices. I experienced some problems with the web site: was unable to register as an individual, not a swim team and therefore, not able to track my purchase. Also, did not receive my shipment confirmation via e-mail, had to call the store. New, modern website would strongly improve buyer's experience. And being able to use Paypal would be nice, too.

Navigation offered sorting by particular characteristics, but it was easy to unwittingly leave out suits you intended to include. Images were slow to load. Helpful to mouse over women's suits and be able to see the backs.

Purchased lifeguard shorts and t-shirt for a costume. Fast shipping and quality goods for the price.

girls answering the phone are very rude. I even called and told manager about it but even manager didn't even cared much about my complaint.

Got the wrong color suit. Correct color was not in stock so one was substituted without my knowledge and no one emailed or called me about it. The correct color was even in the shipment invoice, but the wrong color was shipped. One is being ordered from the distributor, but will take over a week to come in.

Ordered two suits online, shown as available. When they should have arrived in our mailbox, I received an out of stock notice instead which is unacceptable. This has never happened to me at Swimoutlet. I only tried Metro Swim Shop because they advertised the suits we wanted as available.

The goods that came to me is not what I asked . I called to the company since it did not come with any label of return and the person did not resolve my situation .
