United States | 12 July 2015Metro swim has great prices for swim suits. I sometimes have a difficult time finding the right sizes (24 and 26). I haven't tried any returns yet to give a review, but will soon next week because of the wrong sizing of different brands.

Spain | 11 July 2015As I said above I acquire some swimming stuff from metroswim. Good price, good comunication in case of a doubt but... But Bongo. If you live outside US I don't recommend get an adress with Bongo. Why? Because the cost of the shipping is a lot more expensive that they pretend to and I mean a lot.

I received email stating order was canceled because item sold out but when I checked website, there was still inventory. I called Metro and after 5 tries, someone finally answered the phone. The person who answered sounded clueless as to what to do with my problem and put me on hold. After 10 minutes i gave up. I spend a lot and you lost a sale.

United States | 08 July 2015In this day and age it should not take an entire day (24 hours) to process and ship an order. I ordered at 9:00 am and wanted it next day, but the order was not even printed out (according to someone on the phone) until the next day, so I got it two days later. Swimoutlet ships stuff within a couple of hours. I always go to them first because they are so fast. I have also ordered stuff from Metro Swim shop and not even gotten a confirmation email on my order. Doesn't make me love the site!

United States | 08 July 2015I ordered a high level technical womens kneeskin for an important meet. What arrived was a men's jammer. I tried to call the company numerous times over a few hours but there was no answer or I heard a series of tones and then was disconnected. When I was finally able to get ahold of someone by email, I was told the correct item would arrive at a certain day/time and I was given a tracking number. When the item didn't arrive at the time promised I tried to track the item and learned it had not even left the shop yet. When I followed up in my email asking to speak to a manager or owner about the experience, my requests were ignored. I finally received the correct item but my overall experience with the company's customer service was unsatisfactory.

United States | 07 July 2015I had placed an order on June 29th for 2 speedo nano fracture suits/kelly green in a Smaller size because the other 2 suits which were ordered through our swim team were too large and runs long. On July 5th, I received and email stating these were back ordered until August 6th. The swim program only runs through the first week of August. I then called to see if the inventory online was correct. It stated there were 19 available. After speaking with two different people they mentioned that the shop in Connecticut had availability and he would confirm through an email statement. I have yet to hear if the suits have been ordered or shipped. This is such horrible customer service. I'm actually embarrassed for this company. My kids still need the suits today, not in 4-5 weeks.

To top it off, you would think that if she is selling suits to a group, there would be a good deal on the pricing. I went online to Metro's website and got a better deal! Absolutely ridiculous. I order from Swim Outlet every chance I get because your rep here is so horrible.

United States | 07 July 2015I used Metro Swim Shop to purchase a bathing suit. I also ordered a pair of goggles to push the total cost above the threshold to get free shipping. A couple days later, I received an email that the bathing suit was out of stock and no further action was necessary. The goggles were shipped next day. Don't get me wrong, I like goggles. But the only reason I went to Metro Swim Shop in the first place was to look for a bathing suit. Poor experience when something is listed as "In Stock" and then you find out that it isn't.
