I was excited when I first came upon this website. Discounted swimsuits, wonderful selections, and an easy buying process. I bought my swimsuit over two weeks of needing it for a special event. Nearly 2 weeks after buying it the money was taken out of my account, and all the tracking information said was that the order was processed. I called Metro Swim Shop to see what had happened. They said that when I ordered the swimsuit it was in stock but now none were. Not only did I wait nearly two weeks to be disappointed, I'm without a swimsuit......never buying from hear again.

Prices are good. Need to be able to search by suit size rather than have to open up each suit to see what is available!!

I had a size issue in a tech suit for my daughter and they helped my get the right size quickly. Love their coupons too

Have ordered in the past and was very pleased. Quality product delivered quicker than expected. This time i ordered a product, and as usual, needed this product in a rush as a uniform for my daughters job (guard swim suit). System showed it was available and I ordered it online without any problems, however it was 4-5 days before I got an email back stating the product was not available. Would have liked to known this when I ordered or at least within 24 hours. Had to go elsewhere and was late in obtaining product.

Purchase failed because my debit card was declined although I know for a fact that it is good. Maybe I wrongly typed something...don't know...I just went elsewhere to make a purchase with the same card and no problem. Would have been nice, though, to have completed the purchase, with no problems...oh welll.

Everything I order was right on the money an my kids love there bags plus shipping was very quick

although the product I chose was no longer available I was notified within 24 hours and treated extremely well as if I were family. I would NEVER recommend this company! I wanted to buy a product that I was very excited about, however it wouldn't let me change the quantity. The website let me check out, and took my info when nothing was in my cart. I called customer service, and they were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful!

Website could be more attractive and user friendly but otherwise I'm happy with the service and purchase.

Metro Swim had the best price around. There website was easy to use and the delivery was quick. I was so pleased that I made another purchase less than a week later.

I was informed 4 days after I placed my order that the item that I ordered was no longer available. I was informed of this only after I inquired why.my order had not changed status in several days. I was planning on taking the item on vacation. By the time I was notified, it was too late to replace it. No restitution was attempted.

I have 2 competitive swimmers in the family and they go thru lot of suits and equipment year round. MSS gets me what I need quickly and I get great value with their discounts.

Found the suit I was looking for for a great price! Cheaper than Amazon or anywhere else I looked. Arrived efficiently and as expected. I will definitely look here before I even look at our local swim shop.
