I bought an item and the company hasn't shipped the item yet, the order is more than a week still in received status and also the cost has not been charged from my bank, I sent a message to see what is going on and nobody has answering me anything, I will wait until tomorrow friday june 12 - 2015 or I will have to call and cancel the order because a bad service and low reliable for now.

We have come to love Metro Swim Shop. We are big swimwear buyers and have done business with other online stores. Metro Swim Shops' customer service has been very helpful in the past with getting the right suit and sizes shipped to us as expeditiously as possible. The selection can't be beat and they have become our "go to" for our competition swimwear.

I placed two different orders recently, one for my daughters competition suit and another for needs for her to life guard and the competition goggles she needed for this season. The suits inner lining separated the first event she wore it. The second order for the lifeguard needs, the goggles never came and no information was indicated that it was on back order. I contacted your facility, at first I was told I needed to send correspondence the the enclosed invoice. Both orders never included invoices. I was able to talk to a represented later that sent me the return information and agreed to send me a new suit and goggles that were needed as soon as they received back the defective suit. I appreciate the understanding of that individual. The first person made me feel like nothing would get resolved other that sending in correspondence and a invoice which I never received.

buy a day 06/02/15 3 products and told him to send me the tracking number and shipping company was and no one answers me when emails nor will come . that if I receive many emails from advertising deals . thanks

The experience working with MetroSwim was excellent, as usual. The only problem with this order is the suit itself. The material is essentially see though. Now we have to see if we can return a suit worn once or if we are out $60 for an unwearable suit. We expect more from Speedo Endurance!
