United States | 04 June 2015My suit arrived fairly quickly and was as advertised. My only complaint is that the package was sent "certified" mail which created a small problem. No one was home to sign for the package so I had to wait until the next day & go to the post office to retrieve it. I presume this method was used to limit theft so I can't be too irritated.

United States | 04 June 2015Shipping was fast, unbeatable promo price, and items were what I wanted in perfect condition. However, website and back-end communication need attention. I placed an online order, then the next day I called and modified it as I learned of a new promo. I appreciate their willingness and ability to accommodate my request, but after verbally changing the order, the website continued to show the original one and I never received a written confirmation of the change. So I was not sure what I was actually going to receive until it arrived. A couple days later I was erroneously notified by Metro that my order was cancelled because they oversold - but ended up not true, thankfully. All ended up great, but with some stress.

She contacted me by email when my order was being cancelled due to the out-of-stock status for the item I had requested, leaving her name and phone number to call with any questions. I was able to reach Rachel (on the first try) and she volunteered to try to find the suit of the same size & style at another warehouse in any color. She promised to phone me if a suit was found. She phoned a few days later and had the suit I needed in hand and reactivated my order. That is excellent customer service and Rachel is the reason I will definitely utilize Metro Swim Shop for all of my family's swim needs.

United States | 03 June 2015Delivery slow and web site of low quality. Only reason to order from Metro is low price, service and customer support is of low importance. Unless you are flexible or certain with your purchase don't order from Metro. I've ordered at least 10 times from Metro and it's very polar. When it works out its great, but SwimOutlet is so much easier that I'll only order from Metro when it's a huge cost saver....you get what you pay for.

United States | 02 June 2015We were assured by Isabel in Customer service that we would we receive a Nike Suit that was lined if we requested it in the comment box which we did. The suit we received was not lined and even see through!!! Extremely unacceptable.. The response we received from Metro Swim was as follows: I apologize you were misinformed but unfortunately we can not guarantee that the suit being sent out will include the liner inside. The manufacturer made some with and some without and both are in one location as they are still the same suit. Unfortunately we can not go through our entire inventory looking for the suit that includes the liner. Due to the inconvenience we will issue you a return shipping label to send the suit back if you do choose not to keep it. I find this to be an extremely lazy customer response that they were unable to fill the order as promised by customer service. It appears our order as a customer is inconvenient to the company.

United States | 02 June 2015The website was hard to maneuver and kept resetting. It also said there were 5 suits available when I ordered. I even received confirmation emails. Four or give days later I received an email saying the item was not available. Many other sites I have ordered from would have already shipped the item within 1 or 2 days after ordering. Frustrating experience and will not attempt to order from them again.
