United States | 09 June 2015I placed my order on June 1st and it was due to be shipped to my house by June 5th and it's now June 9th and when I go to check the tracking on it, there is no new information. It's like it just got stuck/lost somewhere. This swimsuit was for my daughters swim-team swimsuit and it has now missed the first of our few meets. I'm pretty disappointed. It was NOT any sort of special order so, I'm not understanding what the deal is/what the hold up might be. I even contacted the USPS customer service and even they can't tell what's going on with it. GRRR!

Five days after I placed my order, I received an email saying the bag I ordered was out of stock and was asked to pick another color. I go to the website to see what's available and select another color (even though the original order still shows as in stock). Another few days go by and I'm told that one is out of stock as well. I'm a week into my order and haven't heard back what color is in stock and really have no idea if I will be receiving the bag I ordered. I actually am in need of the googles I ordered, but still don't have them. I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of communication regarding what exactly is in stock and when I can expect my order to arrive. I don't think I will be ordering from this website again, and am really bummed that I will probably have to cancel my order and find the items somewhere else. There are too many options to order swim gear for the website to be handling a very simple order like this.

Those were out of stock but they recommended I call Lenny on the 800 number. Lenny found the suit at a different location, sent it UPS, and followed up with a confirmation email and text. We received the suit in two business days - just in time for my daughter's birthday. Thank you Lenny!

United States | 05 June 2015With an online ordering system I expect a reputable store to only offer products they can actually deliver. This is why real time inventory systems have been invented. After all the hassle of ordering, entering shipping and payment information and waiting several days, I get an email that my order has been cancelled. I had to check my CC company that Metro Swimm did not charge me, I had to start searching online from scratch, order from the competition - same hassle again (actually a better system) and the swim suit arrives too late for my daughter. So much for customer service. Accidents happen - everywhere but just sending a cancellation and then expecting that I call them to order something else ...
