United States | 25 May 2015Accidentally ordered 2 of the same swimsuit. When My mom called the next morning right when you opened was told order wasn't packed yet and would be changed to one suit. Later in day got email two suits were shipped! No communication between man who answered the phone and person in email department! Now I'm stuck returning the extra suit! Not very customer friendly!

Was going to order wetsuits for Tri races but think we will be better shopping elsewhere now! Will await word on returned item for now.

United States | 21 May 2015I was trying to find an alternative site to order our swimming supplies. I have three daughters who all swim year round. I ordered two suits for their club team, different sizes, but the same color and style. I was happy to have my package arrive as soon as it did. However, to my surprise, I received the right sizes and styles, but they both were the wrong color. I immediately called customer service. The woman on the line was very nice and helpful, but I got the impression that she didn't understand why I wouldn't be happy with the color if the size and styles were right. She then told me she had to look and see if they even had the right suits in stock and then told me she couldn't send them out until she received the suits that were delivered in error, back in her possession. I understand this, but it was their error, and now I am here wondering if my girls are going to have a suit before the first meet of the summer season.....It is very hard to tell my girls that the rest of their team will be dressed in red and black suits, but I thought a green and black suit would be fine for them. My first experience with Metro Swim Shop did not go as I had expected. Not sure if I will shop here again. Prompt service, but now I am waiting for the correct order to come.

United States | 21 May 2015I ordered a suit for my daughter in a brand she normally doesn't buy. The reviews said the suit runs small so she chose one size larger than usual. The suit came, totally too small. The policy is to pay shipping in both directions which, after paying amounts to too large of a cost to be worth the risk of online ordering.

Ordered them on this site for $14.99. I also ordered the speedo small swim bag, which ended up being too small, so I will be exchanging it for the speedo teamster bag in a larger size. The products were high quality with UNEXPECTED fast shipping. I'll be using this site again for more swimming accessories and suits.

United States | 20 May 2015I received my order (Racer X Kneedskin Tech Suit) that I even paid extra postage (2 day UPS) so I can have the suit in time for the meet, but the suit received was defective so I had to return it. Haven’t heard anything yet if I will be getting my money back. Usually I don't purchase such an expensive suit online for this obvious reason, but because all the local stores in my area are out of the size I was looking for, so I guess this is an expensive lesson to learn.

We put in a request but didn't expect anything. Sure enough, we got the swim suit in the color we had requested. Metro Swim Shop is just incredible!!

United States | 19 May 2015So far my experience has been terrible. I ordered 3 boys speedo hammer suits (2 size 22 and 1 size 24) and a pair of goggles. A few days later they cancelled the size 24 suit because they said they didn't have it in their inventory. Then I received the shipment and there were only the pair of goggles and a girls size 22 suit. The order showed that they meant to send the 1 boys size 22 suit and the 2nd boys size 22 suit was no in stock.

United States | 18 May 2015I received some of my order. One item is on backorder. It would be nice if I knew the expected delivery date on the back order item. It is a birthday gift and I would like to know if it will arrive on time. I am unable to log on to my account because I do not know my password. It would be nice it there was a "forgot password" button.
