I wanted to take advantage of a promo during mother's day and bought a suit for my wife and also got me a drag suit for myself to later find out I was not getting it cause you were out of stock. If you do not have an item in stock then why do you still advertise??? Now I have to pay full price for it. I might as well buy somewhere else.

Ordered this suit for my daughter. She loves it. While she usually wears a 34 (5' 10", 138 lbs), the sizing chart indicated her measurements were a 32. Ordered the 32 and fit was great.

I purchased my items, a little over 2 weeks ago and there has not been any information on the shipping or when my items are going to be delivered, however my card has been charge for items I have not received yet. Very frustrating and unprofessional

I ordered two suits for two different daughters. I ordered a 26Y Speedo Nano Fracture and a 26 regular Nike suit. It clearly said it on my order and again on my packing slip. I received the correct suits but both were youth. Not sure why they sent the wrong size. It is frustrating not not receive the correct items purchased I wish I could post the picture.

I first learned of this website for ordering my son's competitive swimwear through swim outlet. I ordered 2 briefs only to receive an email the next day informing me they sold out. What a disappointment.

I had a simple need: some good old-style metal whistles with the pea inside, so it warbles. Metro Swim Shop had them, and they were shipped the next day. Delivery was even one day faster than was promised.

Shipping is fast and reliable. But ordered 2 suites, came in different sizes, although i ordered the same size.

I ordered 2 suits. I was in need of one of them in a short time. The one not needed came promptly. The other was marked sold out. Had I been told that I would have chosen something else. My Granddaughter was very disappointed and so was I. Even if this sold out after I ordered it, you could have notified me. You have my e mail address. This was very poor service.

Good selection and pricing. The suit I ordered for my daughter was not in stock and I had selected expedited shipping. I received a call the same day with alternate selections that might meet my needs (different color or different size). We weren't certain on the size anyway so we opted for the original suit 1 size smaller and received it the next day. Great service!

The worst service I ever seen in my life .This business must be banned because they are operating it from residential garage .Can not write more because I think it would be wastage of time for me !!!!!!!!!!!! will never order in future.
