Not satisfied this time with Metro Swim Shop. I tried to order TYR Avictor Prelude 3 times, and they were out of the sizes I wanted in all colors. The suits were listed as in stock on line but when I put the orders in, none were in stock that I needed.

I have purchased from Metro Swim Shop four times in the last year. All four times the products I ordered arrived in perfect condition and fast shipping. Prices are very reasonable especially when they run promos and sales. Love the email updates I receive to alert me of discounts available. I would definitely recommend Metro Swim Shop! Thanks!

I have always been very happy with the products that I purchase. Everything arrives quickly and it is always exactly what I ordered.

Products are fine but it takes 5 days after order for them to give you a shipping cost and ask if you still want product. This should be figured in at time of invoice, not almost a week later! Bad way to do business.

Product size confusing. Minimal product description. Bought one goggle too small for my kid--checked the website everywhere and didn't see its for age 3-8 y/o until got the product. Emailed customer service, no response.
