I'd been searching for a particular kind and size of swim fins. Finally found them at Metro Swim Shop. They had what I wanted, at a cheaper price than I had seen anywhere (of like kind but not my size). And the "kicker" is that I took the risk of having them shipped regular rather than paying extra and I received them in plenty of time for my trip. Now that is service. Can't wait to go snorkeling in the Islands! (I can give them 5 stars before using them because they're identical to ones I've had in the past.)

I like your products; however, it is difficult to understand measurements. The measurement app and the actual merchandise shown on E-mail do not always coincide. I recently ordered something that I thought would fit me and found it to be a size 8 when I received it. On the label, it showed the size 8 and the other number which I do not remember at this time. Consequently, I will have to return. You do have very good products.

For free delivery I got my package fast. The carrier left the package outside of our house and the whole box was soaking wet from the rain when we got home. But metro swim shop wrapped all my orders together in a plastic bag so nothing got wet. Good job!

The only complaint I have about this company is, they say they have so many number of items in stock, but when you go to order and pay for it, you get an email the next day to say that the particular item is "out of stock." I even wrote to customer service, hoping they would update their inventory on their website, and all they said was, "those items are still in back order and we don't know when we will get them in..." but still did not update their website. Other than that, my other orders were correct, in good shape, and I received them in a timely manner. I would buy from them again.

The service was excellent even from the other side of the country, Oregon. Having used another company exclusively for my competitive gear needs all it took was one bad experience for me to switch, and I'm never going back. At first, I was hesitant on making a purchase through this website, only because I had never heard of it before. I decided to make the purchase anyway, and I'm glad I did! Everything fit great and the prices were very good. I purchased a grab bag of 3 Speedo girl training suits for $40. That can't be beat. I only wished there was a grab bag of 3 for the boy jammers too. Shipping time was very quick.
