United States | 24 April 2015I got an email from Metro Swim Shop 4 days later from the order. I was hoping to reeive my order within 4days. However, the contents of the message, Product sold out, not charged, no further action. There were no explanations, no apology and no options. I don't understand why they took so long to find it out. The plastic bag I received was rapped by tapes all over and it seemed reused.

United States | 24 April 2015After running into a jam with another company regarding my high school water polo teams suits, I turned to Metro to help fix the problem. I ordered 10 Polo suits and paid for 2 day shipping because my girls needed then before a game 5 days later. Unfortunately, my suits did not arrive in time. On the day of our game, I called customer service 45 minutes before they were to close and never was able to talk to a person. I called back the next morning when I was told that my suits were out for delivery and that was all they could do for me, then I was hung up on. I then emailed customer service and asked for a manager to call me at their earliest convenience to avoid being hung up on again, I never did receive that call. At 4:30 that day, I still had not received suits. Knowing that they closed at 5:00, I called again and immediately asked for a manager. I spoke with John who was quite nice and he immediately worked towards refunding my shipping money as it had taken 5 days for my 2 day shipping order to come in. I still did not receive my suits until almost 7:00 that evening. I have used Metro quite a bit in the past as their prices are typically the most reasonable, however this will be my last purchase from Metro.

United States | 23 April 2015I like the bathing suit. Not sure yet whether it will hold up in chlorinated swimming pool, because I haven't worn it yet. The only think I don't like is that it is lower in the back than I would prefer.

United States | 22 April 2015I placed an order and my credit card charged for 7 items. However only 1 of the 7 items shipped. On the invoice included in the shipment, there was no indication that the other items were out of stock or shipping at a latter time. After a few days of waiting for the other items to arrive in the mail, I called to inquire about the products. At that time I was told the items were out of stock and would not be shipping. This concerns me because whoever pulled the items to ship should have noticed they were only shipping 1 of the 7 items. Someone from Metro Swim Shop should have emailed or called me to inform me that the items were not shipping and that I would receive a full credit for the merchandise not received. It it poor customer service for the customer to call to inquire about the merchandise and then need to ask for a refund for unshipped items. The survey will not allow me to select 1/2 star for a rating.

United States | 22 April 2015I placed an order on 4/14/ 15. When I checked on the order a week later, it does not show any status/progress. I called NJ and they referred me to CT sales rep, who is on vacation and couldn't get back to me for another week. No one was able to tell me when the order would be filled. Not sure what the benefit of this was, when I can get the fins for a lower price, faster from another on-line swim outlet.

The emails I receive are informative and let me know when the best prices are available. I live in St. Louis and I always receive my order with in 3 to 4 days. Awesome service!

United States | 22 April 2015Love the emails with clearance items and coupon codes. Wish it was easier to search clearance items on the website. I can't seem to be able to search for "all" clearance items. It forces you to choose another filter like price or brand.

United States | 22 April 2015Metro Swim Shop shipped my order to the wrong address. The address was not associated with my account at all. My daughter needed the suit for a swim meet and I paid for UPS 2 day shipping. I also asked to make sure that the 2 day shipping would get to my house on time and the employee assured me that it would be no problem. They only refunded my shipping cost. That was their solution the problem.
