United States | 19 April 2015Metro Swim Shop was the online supplier of suits for our high school's swim team. I ordered what I thought was the correct size, but when it arrived to my house, it was woefully too small. The first meet was only two days away, so I phoned Metro Swim Shop in a panic. Thankfully, they were able to ship overnight two more suits in larger sizes, as well as send me a return authorization for the small suit. The larger suits arrived the next day, and my son was able to select a better-fitting suit for the meet. Thank you for saving the day!

United States | 19 April 2015I ordered 2 bathing suits that were on the website, only to get an email from Metro Swim that they my order was being cancelled because they didn't have the items in stock. Annoying that I wasted my time shopping on the site and checking out and providing my email and credit card data. Now they have my email and I am sure I will be getting spam mail including this invite to review them... Note to Management - keep your website up-to-date and only list things for sale that you have to sell!!!

United States | 18 April 2015It was my first time on this site, and I had ordered a Fastkin 2 sized 28, but was sent a 24! The shipping and everything else was perfect but I was crushed when I found out my suit was sized 24 so I would have to wait yet another week to get to talk to customer service. I hope hat I will not have to pay for the shipping prices because it was the fault of metroswimshop

One of the two items that I initially ordered was showing as available online but then I was contacted three days later to be informed that it was not available. Although I did not truly want the item I replaced it with, I did not see that I had much of a choice. Once the package arrived, only the goggles showed up. I was led to believe that both items would be in the same package as I did not receive a follow up email stating that the item that had to be replaced would be shipped separately. When I called to ask where the one missing item was, the customer service agent spoke to me as if I should have known what the situation was; she asked if underneath the item on the billing statement it stated "drop ship" and when I replied that it did she said "well, that is what that means" - I do not work with the company so clearly I would not understand what "drop ship" means which I explained to her. Overall, terrible experience and I will not shop here again.

These performance suits tend to be North of $400, so the discount really helps! I also received free shipping. The item arrived very quickly and was just as described. I buy all my performance suits from Metro and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend this website.

This has continued, including a phone call to customer service to see if the order was indeed processing. I have still not received any information that the order will be shipped. I have little confidence that this order will be fulfilled. It is already in the range of unacceptable and unreasonable performance for an online seller!

Canada | 11 April 2015I saw the swimsuit I really liked on their website. When I put into my cart and checked out, the shipping charge was showing $50. I couldn't believe it how expensive it was. So, I called their toll-free number. I asked and double checked with their shipping charge going to Toronto. Their customer service was helpful. She told me that it should be $12 and I just needed to put that down in the instruction box when I placed my order online. I did it. When the product comes around 2-week by Express Post, it was exactly what I wanted. Their invoice was also showing $12 for shipping on top of the product. I am happy with the product and their service.
