Fast shipping, incredible pricing!

Metro Swim Shop does indeed have very low prices, however, it is hard to sort through all the options when there are no filters built into the website. There are some serious bugs in the website. I was checking out and typing in my order, and refreshed another page that was in the shopping cart (did not have the most updated cart) and when I placed my order, I checked out my outdated cart. The difference was only $10 so it didn't really matter, but it was a little annoying.

The site was easy and simple to navigate. The suit was on sale which made it the same price I've seen on other sites.

I still have not received the gift card I ordered last week, which I was hoping to receive on Saturday, April 4, 2015. It was a belated birthday gift for my goddaughter. I was seeing her on Easter and therefore had to make up a fake gift card saying the Metro Swim card was "on its way"! To date, no gift card has arrived at my home. What's up with that?

All of our new purchases are received quickly and as expected. The few times that we have had to make a return, the items were processed and refunds promptly received. I think the website could be a bit better.

I purchased a swim suit. My size was hard to come by so I spent a significant amount of time searching for a suit and finding my size. I purchased a swim suit. I gave my credit card info, received a prompt indicating that the purchase was complete.. and then received an e-mail stating that you no longer had the swim suit available so my purchase had been cancelled.

Was looking so forward to getting my Oofos flip flops I ordered, and was completely disappointed when I opened them and was sent slides.

We have ordered several times from Metro Swim Shop and have been great to work with. They have always delivered our products on time and with no hassle. It can be a little hard to get them on the phone, but when you do they are easy to work with and friendly.

Swimsuit's neck line is much deeper than I thought.

Either the pictures were incorrect or the packing was incorrect. The items I ordered were slide on and I received 2 pairs of thong sandals. 100% wrong. The size and color were correct, but I still have to send them back and hassle with this.

I buy from this site a couple times, have no problem with return/exchange. i like to see product review by customer, that will help in picking the right size or feel. Sometimes, the fit is off even by the same company, ie, I bought 3 competition swimsuits of the same size, but one is cut so small that needs returned.

Suit feels great and well made, but runs big so need to order smaller sizes possibly 2 sizes smaller from speedo suits.

I spent a fair amount of time shopping for a specific item for my wife. I was a little hesitant to order from Metro Swim Shop, having never ordered from them before. I took the plunge and ordered, and several days later received the "Sorry, we've canceled your order because the item is out of stock." Very disappointing and doesn't make me think I can trust their inventory in the future.

Ordered the 35L Speedo Swim Backpacks and they were the best price out there. Delivery was quick. Love the bags!
