I have bought so many practice suits from Metro Swim Shop. Always get the best price and always have what we're looking for. My daughter is very slim and has found the TYR Thin X-back fit her just perfectly and never rub her skin raw after a lot of fly. I've only had to ever return one suit due to a defect on Speedo's end and Metro Swim Shop was great about the return. I will continue to order.

I'm torn between writing a great review and writing a scathingly bad review. On one hand, my items arrived in a timely fashion. On the other hand, I paid a premium for them to arrive in a timely fashion ($25). On one hand, Metro Swim Shop was the only retailer to have the Speedo LZR 2 elite with comfort straps in the sizes that my needed. On the other hand, one of them arrived with a pin sized hole in the thigh right out of the box 20 minutes before an important competition for my daughter. She had to wear it with a hole as she had no other knee skin (hence why we ordered a new one) and the return policy clearly states that there are no returns (not that I could have returned a suit in 20 minutes anyway). Basically I threw away $479, so no, I wouldn't consider my experience acceptable.

Ordered merchandise from this company twice and had no problems. They have an easy return policy. I just wish that they would have a prepaid return label so that I won't have to pay to return an item that I am exchanging. I was charged $3.50 for shipping. Other sites such as TYR and Swim Outlet - you don't have to pay for the return shipping. Return shipping should be complimentary. Otherwise, every thing about this company is great.

We ordered a swimsuit on Sunday night, we chose the "free" delivery option. The suit was shipped out on Monday via US Postal Service. We received a tracking # and the expected delivery date was Wednesday. We did not receive the suit until Friday. Too late for the swim meet. Using USPS is a mistake if it takes 5 days to ship something from New Jersey to Massachusetts. I contacted customer service at Metro Swim and I was told I should have used expedited shipping. What is the point of offering "free" shipping !

I ordered the LifeGuard suit and when it came it did not have the "Guard" logo on the suit. I tried to call the number during the hours that was stated they were open but got no answer. I emailed to tell them of the error and so far have not received a reply. I have ordered other suits in the past and have been satisfied and I'm hoping they will rectify this problem.

Well let me tell you that I have order 3 times from metro swim and everything has arrived in good condition and the prices are amazing I have 6 competitive swimmers and it can get expensive I used to order from another vendor but one day accidentaly found this side and I was a little skeptical about it because of some negative reviews but I decided to give a try and it has been great so far. The only thing I have to complain is that they send me clear googles instead of smoke my son tried them and like them anyway so we are going to keep them. I have order swim suits jammers and equipment and everything is great at great prices. Keep the great pices and I will keep coming back to you metro swim.

My product appeared to be off of a closeout rack. It is in new condition but without the normal sanitary strips on the crotch and no protective bag. It was on a hanger that is not meant for that kind of garment. I am happy with my product.

Suit fits great. True to size. Order was filled quickly and delivered fast. Good price, but wish I had been more astute about noticing the coupon on the sidebar as the promo code, which I had left blank. An email advertising the promo code came to my email after I made my order. 5 star suit, 5 star delivery, 4 stars for me not being aware of promo. I buy from metroswimshop often, like doing business with metroswimshop, and will use them again.

I ordered slide style OOFOS and got flip-flop style. Package was open. Bag said slide. I have not went through the process of return yet, hopefully the exchange will go better than the order. I will definately re-review if service is good on exchange. I have no doubt the product is good.

I was very excited to receive my order however i was very disappointed to find that the size chart was not accurate. Now im stuck with $100 worth of bathing suits that i cant do anything with. The service was good, loved the prices, but think the sizing chart neds to be more user friendly.

I tried to manage an order online and by email and it was a pretty frustrating experience. The item ordered was 'out of stock' and I wanted to see what was available in the same size but different speedo kneeskin. After a couple of days of messing around, I called. The gentleman was very helpful. Not only did he help me finalize the order - he also honored the discount that was in play when I first ordered online. So if you have trouble online, call!
